Fashchic15 — Order not delivered and no update what so ever

Hi...
I have placed order of 4 items amounting to Rs. 1006/- from Fashchic_15 website on 10th December, 2020. It showed that payment is successful and order is complete. But I have not received any mail confirmation yet from their side. I tried contacting them several times via instagram, whatsapp and email but they did not respond to any of my messages. I also tried logging in to my account to track the order but to my surprise m unable to login. I am helpless. Please help me out!

I ordered from fashchic on 20 th January. They said it will come in the 2nd week of feb but never sent any tracking details. Either refund or send my order fast.

This is the last mail i received from them.than i select 3 another tees but no answer still i am sending mails but no answer.i don't want tees from you😡😡😡😡😡😡transfer my money.either i will take action against @fashhic15

I'm really pissed off with these guys @fashhic15 I ordered 7 items amounting rs 1300 and still didn't receive any of the updates. They are not replying any of my messages neither on Instagram nor on email... it's so frustrating

Place an order since 11march n haven't received any tracking nor can't email... It says address not found...n can't be delivered.. bt payment has been deducted

Ordered 2 tees for a long time ago... But couldn't recieve it yet... Plzz give me refund or my order... Otherwise legal actions should be taken as a mandatory step.

Had order dress since 11march 2021 n haven't received my dress still..sent uncountable mail said wil sent by next week by April n now it's june.they even stop replying mail n haven't sent d product still.. if it's not possible to delivered the product do refund ..Its just too much from this site!!!
