I've placed an order with them for around 1500 rupees and they delivered only 2 products, I yet have to receive 1000 worth products, they do not respond to my texts, calls or emails.

I have ordered from this website but it's 3 month's and I have still not received my order.
They are not responding to mails and even they turn off comments on Instagram.

I have placed order of 4 items amounting to Rs. 1006/- from Fashchic_15 website on 10th December, 2020. It showed that payment is successful and order is complete. But I have not received any mail confirmation yet from their side. I tried contacting them several times via instagram, whatsapp and email but they did not respond to any of my messages. I also tried logging in to my account to track the order but to my surprise m unable to login. I am helpless. Please help me out!

I ordered from fashchic on 20 th January. They said it will come in the 2nd week of feb but never sent any tracking details. Either refund or send my order fast.

I haven't received my order which was placed on 5 th may... And on top of that when I was making payment it was showing error.. Then I did it with another card... And it was also rejected.. After a minute money was taken from both the cards... Like what the hell.. They are not replying to any of my mails, messages, I feel so angry... 😡😡😡😡. . . I demand refund

I think this Fashchic website is a big fraud. Police should take strict actions against them. My order was place almost a month ago and haven't received any response on [protected]@gmail.com or a confirmation email or a tracking number, it just says your order is placed, it's processing, they don't reply in emails or DMs
