Hi There I am Uday and have bought Fastrack sun glasses on last Friday at Marthahalli store. When i went back to store today to exchange with some other i heard from agent no exchange on sun glasses which they were failed in explaining to customer before bying the product. This is my bad experience with Fastrack and don't understand, isn't an agent job to explain company policies to customers? As customers would always go for exchange...

Dear sir, Model no NC3024SM02 Fast track watch cost 2795/- has been purchased from Fastrack Abad Nucleus Mall, 14/392 n, maradu, cochin-682304 on 24/10/2012 and under guarantee period for two year, the watch shows the compliant of case corrosion, Yesterday i went to the Titan Showroom and gave my watch for repairing.They are telling for this simple compliant also will take 1 month to make it ok.I am very shame on you for this poor services,...

Being a branded product this kind of product is not acceptable. I have shown the same watch to the purchaser thrice in last 10 months but that vendor is also not good. Hi have purchased fast track watch model no - 4052pm02 there are both digital and analog dials in it. when i used it, the strap got broken, i have not been able to find a genuine one anywhere even in delhi and Hyderabad even after visiting several company Showrooms and service centres. People should STOP Buying this Fast Track watch's if the company cannot cater for after sales service....

near about 4 months meine ek fast track ki watch purchase ki thi.ghaziabad (choudhry maud) ki pass vale showroom se uska model no h 2166SAA.
ye watch ab tak 7-8 time repair ho chuki h.jb bhi shop per jao vo ise repair ker dete h or kuch time bad ye phir se khrab...vo iska koi permanent solution nahi de rahe h..
m ek student hu or mere exam bhi aane vale h or ye watch khrab h..
or iski vajah se mujhe bahut problem ho rahi...

Iam purchased watch from fastrack offical showroom on (26/01/2025), they told watch in good condition latery i reached home i check watch, but time is show wrong, my home 40km away from showroom, so my next work on april month so i come showroom on (22/04/2025) they told i need 15-20workingdays needed to service your watch, i told ok after 25days later i go showroom they told your watch is good condition laterly i reached home that same problem again i go showroom this time stictly i need replacement for my watch but they told no replacment only service they new watch need how many time service overall travel expancies is rs2500 for petrol whats this behaviour ineed new watch...

My Fastrack smart watch not working while in warranty period and launched a complain via email . They asked for invoice video and back photo of watch . After that they sent a mail to share the address for replacement, but after 10 15 days no update from them and they are not replying for mails.

It's really a bad and disappointing experience

I purchased a fastrack smartwatch (reflex play +).BLUE COLOUR
it was working perfectly well but its been like a week or two i am having problem with the watch.the watch is not taking charge and getting swtiched off and is not getting ON because of no charge .i purchased this watch on 9.05.2023.and i am still on my guaranteed period.I visited my nearest fastrack shop and also from where i bought this.

please do look into the matter at the earliest.

I bought a Fastrack Revoltt FS1 smartwatch via Flipkart in September 2023. After 7 months, the watch is not working. It is not working even after plugging in with the charger. I have sent the video of the same to their customer service team but haven't received any response or update from them. They are not responding to my mail and I am unable to connect them via call. I want to get the replacement or refund.
