I have purchased Fastrack reflex hello smart watch. Variant no :38079PP03
currently this watch is facing charging issue display not opening .only two months only I am use this watch.i'm contact tha service centre he told this Fastrack reflex hello smart watch one time repair cannot possible to replace.now what I do

Watch display not working

The incident took place in 06/11/2023. I was wearing the watch on my hand and there was short circuit in the watch as I felt some current in my hand. This incident occurred again and again due to sweat in my hand and thus I didnot wear the watch from then onwards.
The Order ID: OD[protected] dated: 16/06/2023.

Now, even after charging the product is not starting and so there may be battery problem.

Im not receiving otp in my phone and i am from mauritius. If ever i received it and im putting the verification code its saying incorrect verification code even though im putting the right one

Fasttrack refelx curv provided by my working company.. starting its working good amd user friendly but suddenly display not working i did not broke anything. max i don't use rarely i will use.
now back green light is working display not working

Hello, 3 days ago I bought a Fastrack Reflex Nitro smart watch from India and when I returned to Tunisia I tried to activate it but after downloading the Fastrack Reflex World application I was unable to register. it does not accept a Tunisian phone number to send the OTP. What should I do please?

Senser is not working .product is under guarantee period

My watch gone suddenly stop. and not opening. Please solve my problem suddenly. I'm official man and it's too necessary.

I have purchased a Fastrack Smart Watch Invoke Pro on 19/09/2023 from " Mullick Watch". On 16/10/2023 it stop working so i take it to the shop as it in on the warranty period so they told that we will replace it with a new product, as durga puja is going on so they told that you will get it on the first month of November, but till date i am complaining here i have not received my watch from them. They are just not giving any type of support to me just telling that we will call you.

I am requesting you to take a action on the company and on the shop because it is totally a harassment for me and also for my family.

Please do the best for me it is my humble request to you.

Currently this watch is facing charging issues, I have visited store twice for the exchange but they ask to complaint online. I have attached the short video as an Evidence of my issue.
Please revert me with the possible solution as soon as possible as it's been a month and I am not getting any help from Store & service...

I have purchased a FastTrack smart watch, and after a few months, the watch is not working, and the screen is not working. I want a replacement product. I've been attempting to file a complaint and sending emails to customer service for over three months, but no support or assistance has been provided by the company, nor have I visited a nearby Titan store.

I live in Nigeria. My siblings and I got a Fastrack Reflex Nitro watch and we’ve been unable to pair the watch with the Fastrack Reflex World App. The app didn’t send us otp. For clarification, we have 3 Fastrack reflex watches and none of them are able to be paired because we couldn’t get otp
I’ve contacted customer support at Titan but they’ve been so slow in response
I’m very disappointed...

This watch are purches only 10 days. My problem so i am not open the watch.. But today are Open the box and watch are start bt the watch are not started. The watch problem is power on only few sec and power off.. They are on/ off problem for more issue i am not use. They are power on not bt plz help mi🙏🙏🙏 and replace my watch plzzz

We have booked fastrack service to muthumalai Murugan temple from Gugai..
Driver was supposed to pickup customer at their home, but this driver didn't come to our home ..He asked us to come to mainroad to claim their car service...We 2 aged people along with baby and baby's mothers walked to mainroad ..He S yelling like something when I opened the door to sit..I told y r u taking like this, u should hv pickup ur customers from the pickup place( home ) but u r standing somewhere ( other than pickup place) and yelling customers ? He suddenly raised like something and about to yell without respect by worst behaviour like mind ur words ..without respect and such a rude behaviour of driver is like speechless...we r not their servants to tolerate all these words from driver ?? Then dropping place also he dropped at the street end itself ..he didn't cm to the pickup spot or drop spot..
