    I have applied for fiitjee big band edge test 2021and done my payment through upi and my account has been debited with 400(exam fees).After transaction there is an option for downloading the admit card but it is not showing.

      Now after a One month of Delhi government decission of reopening coaching institute in offline mode .
      Fiitjee South delhi not reopening the CLASSES in offline mode .
      Please reopen South delhi as soon as possible.
      Otherwise we make a association of parents whose children are now studying in fiitjee South delhi and we legally case in Highcourt against fiitjee South delhi as It doesn't reopening it's coaching institute physically.

        I belong from a poor family and because of the pandemic my sister was not able to study the online version and even the educators were different. I tried reaching out to them few times in 2020 but I didn't get any response. For us the money mattered a lot and my sister is unable to prepare further. Please understand our concern and refund atleast 50% of the amount we paid of 2years 11&12th student iit jee preparation. You can evaluate and find out that she wasn't able to continue any of your classes since the pandemic started.

          I had registered my neice for the 2 year FIITJEE IIT course at FiitJee Kalu Sarai on 15th June 2021.

          She attended classes for 5-6 days only. The course was running at a very fast pace, concepts were not explained properly, faculty was just running with the course irrespective of the understanding level of students. She was not able to understand anything and got under immense pressure due to which we decided to drop this coaching which was impacting her mental peace and result of which the child is undergoing counselling.

          We informed FiitJee on 4th July 2021, that she will not be continuing with the course. And please deduct the fees for the classes attended and return the balance amount along with the post dated cheques provided at admission time.

          Contrary to the mail, FiitJee is harassing us for the post dated cheques and repeatedly asking for the balance amount.

          FiitJee expects us to pay 3 Lakh for 5 days classes attended.
          It is a real shame on the education system, that such institutes are running whose sole motto is to harass the students for the fees for which no service is availed.The faculty can teach rubbish, run through the course, teach sub standard but the students have to pay the full fees irrespective of everything. This is insane.

          Please help us in getting the refund for the course.

            My Son is studying in FIITjee Dilsukhnagar Hyderabad(4 year integrated course 5.5 lakhs paid.. All the times staffs told us to collect course materials. They should send to us by courier. Now I asked Mr Balraj ([protected]) to send me the details of the application form (like what certificates to be attached along with the admission form. He did not send me details. He asked me to me come there for all information. In this covid stuation I asked him to send the details but he wants us to come there for details.
            Kindly help

              Dear Sir,
              Subject: Grievances of a group of students newly joined in FIITJEE Vijayawada
              I am the father of a student who recently joined your prestigious institution in junior intermediate at Vijayawada campus. We ruled out many established and successful carporate colleges and joined our child here with conviction about the academic standards, and also the sophisticated means and methodologies tot institute is known for.
              But to our disappointment they don't match with the reality existing here.
              I feel immense and urgent need to bring to your notice the following which demand immediate action.
              1The teacher of Mathematics for this batch is using sheets of paper clipped together with a peg to write on!!!
              That too without taking proper care to focus the camera correctly.And when students complian about it, his answer is that it's because of poor network!!!
              Isnt it ridiculous in the first place to write on sheets of paper and then not focus properly and above all, give such an irresponsible answer!?
              Maths being such a challenging subject, how can visibility be compromised!??
              According to the least standards expected, they should use white board and markers or use digital screens and white boards. Even petty small schools are doing this and not using papers.
              And it's not understood why your staff is teaching from home while most of the teachers around are teaching from campuses using required tools.
              2. The children have nobody to clarify the doubts or to reexplain a concept and are expected to read the material. The study hours are to make up the loss as far as we understand from your office.
              If it was mugging up without conceptually understanding, there are successful colleges where children do only that for just 50, 000 per annum. We chose your institution not for that. We were promised conceptual teaching and consistent doubt clarification and personal care.
              3. The day begins with a study hour at 8.50 and the teaching classes at 10 am. Study hours are turning out to be extremely non serious and even not happening since there is no teacher monitoring them and they exist only in the timetable. Very precious time is getting wasted.
              So dear sir, I sincerely request you with a serious concern not just about my child but on behalf of the whole batch to look into the facts, collect children's feed back through Google forms assuring anonymity.
              Let me sum up the points of concern as follows.
              ⭕ Teachers should teach from the classrooms. It's not a lockdown period.
              ⭕ Using the required tools, digitsl devices or lab equipment according to the concept must be made mandatory. Excellent videos available on internet can be made use of too.
              ⭕ Teaching must aim at conceptual understanding but not at encouraging mugging up blindly.
              ⭕ Doubts must be encouraged and clarified by the teachers promptly.
              ⭕ Regular feed back on various aspects of the whole process should be taken assuring unanimity.
              ⭕ online Study hours also must be monitored by staff who can clear doubts.
              Nothing mentioned so far in my opinion is irrational or impractical.
              Tens of signatures and promises from parents have been taken in the application during the time of admission and we expect the same responsibility and answerability from the institution too.

              I am not willing to reveal my identity as my child fears scornful treatment from the teachers if they come to know about this.
              Since each day is precious, please react promptly and kindly rectify the problem.
              We hope that FIITJEE values it's standards and also keeps the promises made.

                Questions of test paper of class 7 is wrong
                After complain Neither respond the fiitjee rnc centre nor solve the issue
                Being a reputed coaching this type attitude is the gross neglence
                Eventhough Neither syllabus is going on good speed nor PTM has been held

                  I bought a Samsung tablet from fiitjee in 2019 and now I have no use for the fiitjee software and I want a regular tablet . But I can't bremive the mdm software which prevents me from resetting to factory configuration.

                    My self Guravaiah Gupta from Visakhapatnam. My kid joined in your Institute. During joining time, I paid amount twice through bank. I submitted the necessary documents to Vizag branch. They were forwarded the communication along with supporting documents. Myself also sent a mail . But I did not get the refund. I am waiting for last one and half month.

                      I recently took admission in Fiitjee south Delhi of panini course. My batch code is eSANKALP2123BP1 and it was started on 18 May 2021.But now I am not able to understand the concepts in class and I am unable to bear up the pressure.I had only been 13 days from when my batch has been started and now I want you refund my fees after reducing your fees of 13 days. As its my right to get my money back and if it not happens then I have to file case against you in consumer court as it is my right to do so. I think you understand my situation.                         I was a student enrolled in fiitjee but left the institute due to personal reasons but i had bought the 30, 000 rupee tab and now im unable to use it. Fiitjee has not done anything to disable their skin from my tab and I fell duped of 30, 000 as I cannot use it for purpose

                          My brother wad supposed to study for JEE in fiitjee and bought the samsung tab a7. Now he is going to prepare for NEET instead because after much discussion we changed the decision and now we're stuck with this tab having the FIITJEE lock. It's been more than one month calling regularly to the fiitjee centee in my city but they haven't removed the lock and he needs to use the tab for his classes.
