Sir i am a student of fiitjee vijayawada. Officially they announced summer holidays to us. But they ruined our enjoyment of holidays. They gave lots of homework, a bundle of a4 sheets with questions. They said if we miss a day's work they will demote us to last section. They are calling us daily to give report for the work done. It may be for our benefit. But they overloaded our work, no time for enjoyment. I request you to take action immediately. Thanking you sir,

Sir,
I want to state that i visited in your fiitjee center (Patna) to collect information about fees structure. I had got 60% waiver in admission fee, 100% waiver in tution fee, 100% waiver in examination fee, 100% waiver in (Gmp+rtpf) fee and 100% waiver in two year integrated aits fee for patna center but i told that i want to take admission in south delhi center. They told me that i have to pay rs.1, 48, 619 to take admission at delhi (South) center in two year integrated school program for jee (Advance) 2020 and i have to come between 21st january to 31st january to meet stephen sir and take admission. They had also given me mobile no. Of stephen sir ([protected]). I had send whatsapp message to sir to send me fees structure for taking admission at south delhi center. He send me that i have to pay rs.1, 67, 345 to take admission at south delhi center but when i went to patna to meet stephen sir and take admission at south delhi center he told me that i have to pay rs.2, 87, 508.

In this way i was given three different information in three times.

I am pushkar kashyap of class 6 (Going to class 7 in 2018). I appeared in the ftre exam held on 24/12/17. I got my results on 14/01/18 but i was not a bit satisfied with my result. My 3 teachers checked my paper several times but they found only few mistakes of 50 marks but in the result i got 98 marks less. And i am not getting the option of checking omr in my page. I am sure that the checking is not correct. Please help me

Once you are trapped by fiitjee, you can not come out. If you will request for refund, you will get reply -

Para 9: i understand that if i leave the institute before completing the full course for any reason whatsoever, including transfer of father / mother / legal guardians / ill health of myself or any other member of the family or my admission in any institute / course / engineering college etc., or my studentship is cancelled because of misconduct etc. I or my father / mother / legal guardian shall have no claim for refund of fees.

Para 10: in addition to the above, i understand without any ambiguity that the fee once paid is not refundable at all, whatever the reasons be, nor is it adjustable towards any other existing courses at fiitjee or any yet to be launched nor towards the fee of any other existing or prospective student.

Para 22: i/we, the parent / guardian and / or the student, hereby severally and jointly declare unambiguously that i / we have read and understood all the clauses contained in the declaration and agree to abide by them without any reservation or ambiguity.

Para 23: i/we further declare that the above named student is taking admission in the fiitjee having considered everything material, on his / her own sweet will after giving due consideration to rigors of time, distance and studies ahead and with the permission of the father / mother / legal guardian without any coercion from any side. Further i / we understand that the students is required to work hard to attain the average standard of the batch allotted in order to cope up with studies and put in extra efforts if lagging behind in any subject / topic.

Para 26: i promise to abide by all rules and regulations of fiitjee declaration, in letter and spirit.

My daughter had enrolled for the 4 year class room program - weekend contact classes in 2015 when she was in 9th class with an option to exit at the end of 2 years, ie. After 10th class. Per the agreement the exit option should be exercised on or before 28 sept. 2016. The fee for the entire 4 year program was given as post dated cheques at the time of admission, i could not recollect the exit date as it was signed 2 years back and there was...

Dear team,

I am being trying from almost 2 months with a complaint related to a student who was forced for attempt to suside due a faculty. As per her she on her first day of call was told by her faculty that you have joined wrong batch with this 1 year program you will not be able to crack any engineering.

With this statement she got more of demotivated and planned to leave the classes and go back to her home town. By any case her guardian in delhi tried counselling her to join the classes and do not worry or think about what had been told by her faculty. She then did some more classes but after 20 days i dont know what happened she finally decided silently to go back which she did.

After going back home she coming into tension and pressure of what had happened to her in fitjee tried doing suside.

I would like to put your all attention on the point that when she had stopped going to classes her 2nd installment of almost 72000 rs got cleared.

With this instant her guardian when to his class center at lakshminagar for refund but he was requested to write a letter and give so that they will talk the concern with higher authority and will get back in 10 day.

See that system how lethargic it is reason after 10 days when the guardian called he was informed to wait again for 10 days.

After 10 days when again he called he said we are still working on the concern you have to give more time.

At last guardian decided to visit center and asked for the resolution the mr abhishek said that refund is not possible.

See the seriousness of employee on this urgent and priority case where a student is attempting suside and people at center is not taking any concern.

Need your intervention on this and refund to be done on priority.

Transport facility is a major problem at fiitjee shaktinagar centre. Students studying here submit rs8000 for transport in office but there is lot of irregularities like buses do not come in time regularly, crowdy buses, bus don"t take students nearby their houses, etc. Moreover, all the aiots and ai2ts are conducted on monday - the day on which transport facility is not available. This is the major reason why so much students of class 10th studying at fiitjee shaktinagar have discontinued for 11th and 12th this year and the number can go beyond...

Hi, my name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. This is the second complaint that i am raising against ms. Saritha and mr. Ramesh who had insulted and harassed me just because my son who studied at fiitjee and now pursuing his b. Tech. At iit, even though is eligible for an award announced by fiitjee, i was insulted and harassed by mr. Ramesh and ms. Saritha by using harsh words like 'over reacting","irritating" for asking a simple question...

Hello, my name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. As i son is pursuing his b. Tech. From iit, hyderabad, for the last 2 years i have been asked to submit the form after filling it up, and the mark sheet to receive some award (Amount).
For the last 2 times i have only submitted the filled in form and the copy of the mark-sheet and have received the amount accordingly.
First and foremost thing was the fiitjee had recorded a higher rank in their system and it took almost 1 year for them to even hand over the medal which my son was eligible and even after waiting for 1 year the rank was manipulated on the same medal by ms. Saritha who said that i had to adjust with it and when i accepted she said that i was a good parent as i didn't even ask any question about the medal that was handed over to me.
Today 4-oct-2017 when i went to submit the filled in form and the copy of the mark-sheet i was asked to meet a person who didn't even reveal his name but rudely asked if i didn't know as a parent that a letter and the id card of the student also had to be handed over to me. When i asked him as to why i was not informed when i was handed over the form or later when the new rule came into force he said that unless i submit the id card he cannot process it in a very rude way.
Later when i met ms. Saritha (I came to know that his name was mr. Ramesh), and asked the same question to her she immediately said that i was over reacting as she said that probably i had some other thing in my mind (Which didn't even make any sense to me as to why she made that statement), and said that she is getting irritated when i ask such questions as to why a parent is not kept informed.
Without even knowing as to how mr. Ramesh talked with me or the discussion he and i had, ms. Saritha was so rude and in an insulting and kind of harassing way said that i was over reacting keeping something in mind and that she was getting irritated with this question as she said that unless i submit the id card the process will not happen which was not the answer i was expecting for the question as to why i was not informed as i told her that previously i was not asked to submit a letter and the copy of the id card.
She also went to the extent of saying that i can report this to anyone including the head of fiitjee, hyderabad mr. Ananda raman or the management and that no action would be initiated against her.
She was so rude thinking that she probably thought that she was my boss and that i was begging her to give the award which she thought that she was giving it from her pocket.
Why does fiitjee encourage such behavior from a senior person like ms. Saritha and is it a policy that parents would be harassed/ insulted just because it has announced and trying to hand over some award to a student who with his effort has secured a seat in iit and that such students and their parents have to be disrespected just because they accept the award from fiitjee.

Dear sir,

My son yash daga, has joined your kolkata classroom classes at exide branch.

My son has joined the fiitjee with great expectation but he was unable to study as most of the teacher normally speak in local language "bengali" for explaining, and he being with mother tongue hindi and studying in english medium school sri sri academy, it was difficult for him to study.

Therefore he quit the fiitjee on 29/06/2017.

Since i had paid full fee for 2 year, i would like to request you to kindly consider to refund the balance fee. Being an educational institution, i hope you sole motive is not to make profit, i hope you would understand the problem and consider my request.

There a head for fiitjee centre in tiruvallur. Heavy work pressure n harassing students.in the sense punishing students. Beating boys n scolding girls in unparlimentary language. Lot of depression and not even respecting parents. This is happening regurlarly. Many parents have cpmpalined about him but no response from your side. A kind request to change the fiitjee head of tiruvallur as soon as possible. Our condition is miserable here. Please do the needful.

My son has taken admission in fiitjee vijayawada for 9th class this academic year. But he had unable to adjust with the circumstances of school and hostel. Due to this reason i brought him back to my native place. I had paid rs.1.00.000/_ amount at the time joining. I had given request for refund the above mentioned amount, but fiitjee vijayawada administration in charge refused, and he told that fiitjee will not give any refund.
Hence i request you kindly arrange to refund the above mentioned amount.

My ward dont want to go to fiitjee becoz they only focus on numericals rather than teaching the basics of that chapter, so as my son said to me that i will not be able to continue for next year, so i call fiitjee but they denied to do so. That they can return the post dated checks that is not clear now, and to be clear by next year..

I was the student of FITJEE PUNJABI BAGH CENTRE...I gave an application for quitting the course of 13th batch JEE MAINS+ADVANCE. Also, I attached an application for refund. After that the Cheques were withdrawed on 27/06/2017. I would like to know the reason behind its withdrawal without informing me and I want the refund.

Sir,
I want to state that I visited three times in your fiitjee center (ghaziabad) to collect information about fees structure and admission date but I had received different information each time.

Details are provided below.
On 1st visit ( 9th June) before the exam ( held on 18th June) the fees was to be 152000 Rs for 12th passed stundent.
After exam on the 2nd visit (June 24th) it was told that the fees has been increased to 165000Rs due to GST. Since I got scholarship of 65% so the reduced fees was told 115584Rs. It was also told to get admission before 3rd of July.
So I went today (1st July) for submitting fees for admission but again it was said that from today GST has been applied and the fees increased by 3938Rs. Since in my last visit it was already told that GST has been included in fees.
And also denied for admission for the batch starting from 5th July without any prior information. Since according to the given information I arrived to center before 3rd july for admission but it was denied.
Please consider my application and take immediate action on it so that I can take admission on time to attain classes as soon as possible.

"MR ..." the one and only center head of fiitjee Amritsar limited is a "dis-satisfactory" teacher as he didn't know how to deal with the parents and students studying in the center.
I the student of class 11th didn't went fiitjee for about one month month due to some health problems, this center head rusticated me from the notable institution and denied to provide any of the facilities, i.e, classroom study material, phase tests and aits which was to be provide free as i "was" the student of fiitjee four year classroom program and i got 100% scholarship in the test saying that he is not concerned about health problems and i wanted to give the tests conducted by fiitjee limited for the preparation and kept enrolled in the institution without coming to fiitjee as i am studying private tutions and they didn't told about 'this type' at the time of admission and i was not studying any coaching outside in class 9th . This incident happened on the 1st of June, 2017. I am rolling my eyes in the exasperation. I am keeping my name as anonymous as the head knows all. PLEASE TRY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE .

My daughter is in class tenth and studying in raipur fiitjee Shankar Nagar centre. The maths teacher Pradeep Singh is very casual and does not take students view seriously. He has not completed syllabus of Phase 5 and casually asks the students to come for two hours only before one day of the exam. Inspite the exam got postponed still he is lagging behind the syllabus. He is not at all concerned whether students are understanding clearly or not.

I joined my son in fiitjee cochin for south ex - 1 yr course in 2016 batch. They collected entire course fees in one go.

After two weeks he discontinued the classes, as he did not find it to the expectations. I approached them for refund of fees, but they are keeping mum and neither refunding the fees. I approached consumer forum for mediation. They refused to participate in the mediation or to refund the fees.
I then serched on net, and found there is supreme court ruling, for not charging more than one semester/ one year fee and not to collect lumpsum fee in one go. Yet alarmingly, this institute continues to engage in unethical education business, violating all law and order of the country

I want to file a case against them for stopping this unethical business in the name of education and exploiting the poor/ medium class families, who with great difficulty are arranging the heavy fees, to give their children best education facilities. Please, help to file the case and with a lawyer to fight for our right against greedy fiitjee.

I humbly request that i was given choice to get admission in pinnacle - two year integrated program for jee (Advance) 2019 on merit in fitjee patna. Starting admission on 1st may but when i approach for admission on 1st may at 11:30 am the fitjee patna staffstated admission couldn't be taken since seats are full. Being in merit list with 100% scolarship if i'm notadmitted in your institute i'm at loss, what to do. Please advise
