Hi,

I've ordered "Outline of Biotechnology" book with Flipkart.com on 10th march. During the payment, they mentioned the shipping period as 3 days for urban and 5 days for rural. Today the date is 25th March. Till now i didn't received the product and even they are not responding.

Really i was so frustrate with their service and customer care.

Flipkart providing very worst services and customer care.

Sorry the book name was "Outline of Dairy Technology - by Sukumar de."

Now only i can able to contact them, they told that the product will be shipped in this week. If they start ship in this week, then when can i get it and why they have to mention the shipping period so in the site.

Fake promises, bloody customer care.

I agree that flipkart is a non-sense bookstore. I am also ditched by them in past. They don't supply books on time and never turn back to our emails. There are other sites like www.amazingindianbooks.com, www.gobookshopping.com, bagchee.com, www.bookshopofindia.com, www.rediff.com which are offering great service. I must say, we should choose online supplier cautiously.

i hve order one set from flipkart.com micromax x235 first of all mkt price is 1700, but this site give me 2000 no problem i buy.but his mobile's cam is very very poor quality so i am very disagree this web site my mobile no.is[protected] name rajan arora, ludhiana

Flipkart uses clever gimmicks and ploys to entice innocent buyers. They played a dirty game on me. I wwoul like to invite all those affected, to get in touch with me (drpartha AT gmail DOT com), so that such unscrupulous vendors do not swindle more people. We have to join hands and stop such maplractices.

Did you notice that flipakrt uses a mouse in its advert campaigns ? They sell mousetraps, not books. So beware ! Dont get temped and dont fall into their mousetrap. You can get details from me (drpartha AT gmail DOT com).

Naaptol.com — wrong promise

I had ordered silhuettes(slimming undergarment) from Naaptol.com. They did not deliver the right product as promised, also the product does not fit, tey would not take the product back and ,my money is wasted. The company should be shut down

Ordered on 13 April 2021. Original delivery date 15 April 2021-nogo, Promised the delivery by 20th April 2021-nogo,
Received SMS from Flipkart that it would be resolved by 22nd April 2021, and on the website, it says postponed to 23rd April 2021.

Looking forward to Flipkart concern and specialists team to take action and delivery the product however, what I am getting is a postponed date each time. "tarik pe tarik"
No Proper communication from Flipkart Team.

Kindly look into this asap.

They have also posted "7 day service center replacement" of mobile handset but when it comes to replacement within 7 days they said we are sorry we can only refund and service center personal said we have no information regarding Flipkart replacement policy.. Flipkart is putting wrong information on their website to attract innocent buyers...

    Book Not Recieved

    I have purchased a book from the Flipkart.Com, The seller company shipped the book through Overnite Express, but the Courier company doesnt have the service in the shipping address area, so they returned the book to the seller company, as per the courier company website. Now i have requested the seller company to re ship the book but they say they have not yet reveived back the book.
    Please suggest the remedial....
