Complaint 2

1. I have booked above mentioned realme TV on 15 Jul 22 and I got message that item will be delivered in a week.
2. I could not get the item in a week. On 21 Jul at 2300 hrs a rep called me that he is coming to deliver the item at night. I astonished that item is supplied at night 2300 hrs. I told to come on next day for delivery of item.
3. He agreed to deliver the item on to 23 Jul 22. But could not come on given time.
4. On 24 Jul he called me that he is coming to deliver the item. I was eagerly waiting of my item. When I saw the vehicle. The vehicle is fully loaded with different items and all items are wet due to ongoing rain. I requested at use some tarpaulin over vehicle to avoid damage to item. The tarpaulin was torn at many places and all item are wet. He told we are coming like that only.
5. When I saw my item the TV box is fully wet with rain water and rep is telling take item like that only. We are purchasing costly items from a reputed firm and agency is not taking any care to supply the item in safe and good condition.
6. More over the rep was not talking properly.
7. It is requested to supply my order in good condition at the earliest.
8. Earlier also my realme android phone was delivered after 15 days.
9. And Also orders cancel without information and without any reason.
10. I have booked above mentioned 1plus TV on 29 Jul 22 and I got message that item will be delivered in a week. Then order deliver date 1 Aug 22 But order not delivered. 2 Aug i will call delivery boy and delivery boy said i am coming 5 pm. Then i am ready to wait. Then i am see 4pm order was cancel without any reason and without my permission Then i call customer care then customer care said order cancel as per your request But i am not request to any cancelation. Then 2 customer person said order cancelled by logistic team because order was damage. Then 3 customer person said order cancel by flipkart because customer not response. All customer person are lie and also not respond for any complain. I have 6 to 7 complaints but got no response and also consumer complaints are also not respond.
11. And also all flipkart customer care are lie and wrong information passes to customer.

    Customer care are not responding I have mail more then 5 to 6 times but company are not responding. Customer care person said please wait 24 to 48 Hours your issue will be resolve as soon as possible but any one person and company are not responding. My Phone No: 6355078466

      Hi,

      I ordered my wakefit bed mattress and mattress cover on July6th2022, that should be delivered by 12july2022. But that was not delivered and i did not get any update about that till 22july2022. On 22july2022 Flipkart executive called me and mentioned that cancel the current order and make a fresh order so that we will be giving 1100 as a compensation amount i[censored] place a fresh order and it was delivered. So I cancelled both the orders on 22july2022 and made a fresh order. My refund was not done till now. And the fresh order delivery date was also crossed. They are not giving any proper solution as well. My time is wasting from the past one month. Kindly help me

        Can't claim warranty through the invoice flipkart has provided

        Hi, I'm Soham Mallick, recently I have purchased a MacBook Air M1 (512gb) from flipkart which has been delivered to me on 31st july 2022. They have provided an invoice for the same. For claim any short of warranty anyone have to validate their product date of purchase on Apple. Now my problem is, I'm not able to validate my product with this invoice which flipkart has provided to me and my product information showing me "coverage expired"....

        Flipkart asked to pay Rs 2000 advance as pre-order pass to participate in special sale of Nothing Phone 1. So according I paid Rs 2000 on 30th June 2022.
        When I successfully ordered the said phone on 27th July 2022 paying full amount, Flipkart cancelled the order on 30th July 2022 without giving proper reason. When I asked for the cancellation on their twitter account, they said due to unforeseen issues faced by the seller the order was cancelled.
        They finally refunded the whole amount of pre order pass and of phone.
        They just took Rs 2k in the name of pre-order pass and holded it for a month and even on successful order placement and full payment of order, they cancelled the order.

          I have purchased Dinning Table from Flipkart having warranty of 1 Year.

          Manufacturer/Flipkart are not repairying it not they are ready to relplace it.

          Initially I called Manufacturer he said he will replace it if Flipkart will arrange pick up and delivery but now he is not picking up my phone and even not replying to my emails.

          Complain has not been resolved. They are making fake status.

          I want my table to be repaired or replaced as it is under warranty.

          Manufacturer accepted product is defective on the conference call. Flipkart needs to arrange Pick up and delivery at their expense.

          Executives of Flipkart are very rude.

            I purchased 2pak of kaju katli (sweet)by Flipkart, that price was 360 rs of 400gm . That order cancel by Flipkart and statement that order is cancelled by your request. But I didn't do any requests for cancellation. Now they are telling reorder but that same product price high by 40 rs. It is one type of metal torcher and metal harrasment.
            I want that product at same price or free of cost or gift voucher behalf of that missbehave

              I have bought a mobile phone for my sister as letter faced some technical issues in mobile i have requested for return with the return window they accepted it and they say the technician will visit once and they will take the return, first time technician visit done as per his suggestion the problem with device is not continues he has to stay with me whole day to identify the defect it was his statement also he suggested that after that if you face that issue again you can ask for another return request and as problem with device was continues i have requested for return again and customer service
              executive created another return request and this time also he informed that there will be tech.visit done.
              after one day i got a call from technician and he said he will visit today as i was not available at my home i request him to visit tomorrow he positively replied that no problem i will visit tomorrow but letter on he marked the visit successful and and rejected the return though he did not completed the visit.
              i called the customer service to complaint this but every one just asking to wait for 24 hr. after trying to 3-4 times finally got a call from executive of flipkart and she said that return window is closed so seller is accepting the return but i have requested for return before return window get closed, then i asked her to transfer the call to senior supervisor then she disconnected the call.
              i am tired of it now that order was gift for my sister on occasion of Rakhshabandhan and Flipkart is harassing us like this.
              you are my last hope to make my sister happy on Rakhi festival,
              please help

                I was order many products from flipkart but this time got wrong product when i was request to them they totally ignore that Which I am really shocked from this type of behavior I was ask to refund my payment but they not responding on this today is 2nd of Aug till they give me dates on dates but really m not tolerating this much of responses fro them please help me as I am really fed please..

                    I have ordered a watch from flipkart name as tagg verve edge and i received it defective, i want my replacement ot refund, i have contacted flipkart executive around 20 times but they aren't supporting me instead of support they are sending me messages that your issue is resolved, i think flipkart is a good company but now i feel it is totally fraud with me, i just need my replacement or refund please help

                          I am really struggling with Flipkart on this order. Trying to return this product since a month, have spent more than 5-6 hours on call. Everytime they ask 24-48 hours of time to resoltthe issue but i haven't found any resolution.

                          I tried to contact the Flipkart grievance officer but still no resolution

                          It's been a month since i am trying to call Flipkart and return a product that i received in damaged condition.

                          Everytime I am asked to wait for 24-48 hours and I don't get any resolution back. Haven't been able to talk to any Flipkart senior executive, for some reason they are always unavailable.
                          Please find the call recorder with the Flipkart representative in the attachment.

                          Please help me return this product .

                            Order non-delivery

                            I ordered a package on the 27th of July. It was supposed to be delivered on the 31st of July.

                            The delivery partner contacted me when I was in class and I called back soon after. They said they would deliver it as they were close and asked me to give OTP so that they wouldn't have to contact me again. The text attached with the OTP said that I had to give it to him but didn't state the purpose well. I gave it to him.

                              I have ordered A suitcase worth Rs.2199 on flipkart on 24th July 2022which was expected to be delivered on 2-4 business working days which was under Flipkart Assured policy. But the product was showing a delivery date of 07th August 2022 which was 14 days from the order date. Hence the delay issue happened due to the proce of the product which I bought went up to Rs.2, 899 after the day.

                              I need the product delivered within 2 days (04th August 2022) which I was planning to use that on 5th of august. If it not possible to deliver the product within the day or seller cancel it, I need full refund along with a discount coupon of Rs.700 along with full refund.

                                I ordered nothing phone 1 from flipkart which got delivered on 28th July 2022. I'm facing issues with the product and want a replacement for the order as it is still under 7 days return policy. Whenever I'm trying to raise a return request in the flipkart app it is showing something went wrong please try again. It is hereby requested to look into the matter and get the product replaced as soon as possible.

                                  the product has been delivered on 13/07/22. Now today bag one shoulder belt torn. I only carry my official laptop, one water bottle . Only 13days left, bag condition is above. I talked with your executive just few minute before, he accepted my problem, but he can not do anything.My question is if i purchase anything even from my local market, they also change.You are requested to return your bag or my full amont otherwise i have to complain indian consumer forum for final decision in this regard.Awaiting for your urgent reply

                                    I had ordered a mobile (Realme 9 pro+) from Flipkart through sbi debit card on offer on 23rd July 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 26th July which later got postponed to 3rd August. The Delivery Status of the order, as on 2nd August is still showing - "Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner"

                                    I also came through a similar complaint on this website regarding the same product by the same seller.
