My account has been blocked by Flipkart, and I have to pay my Flipkart pay later bills for August which have purchased though pay later. Since my account has been blocked I am unable to pay the amount. Although in 1 St September bill has been generated and I m unable to pay the amount by clicking on that link since they blocked my account.

I have time till 5 September. Although I have called Flipkart customer care support several times and even wrote to them on their Twitter Flipkart customer care support they didn't help me out.

To avoid late charges I want to pay my bills as soon as possible but can't do that without their support. Here they r fooling us. They want to take extra charges from us that's the reason they aren't responding to my query

They blocked my account without giving me any warning and now I couldn't pay my bills. It's above 300o .

I was Flipkart plus member my credit score was 25000, I never paid late. Whenever I bought any product rom Flipkart pay later

Please help me out.

    It's been almost a month today since my flipkart account was blocked. My flipkart pay later emi account was not opened even on the due date. I am unable to make the payment. If I miss the payment my cibil score will be affected. I will have less cibil. With that the flipkart account should be unblocked.

      I've ordered Nothing phone 1 from Flipkart which had a green tint issue so I requested for replacement but instead of providing a good service they placed my replacement on hold and kept sending and cancelling the replacement 3 time now. And when 3rd time they cancelled the replacement they're saying it's out of 7 day policy when my request is going on by 1 and half I'm really disgusting by the fact that as an Indian i wished that Nothing never established partnership with Flipkart.

          I'm ordered a mobile vivo TQ 44w midnight galaxy throw credit card in 20 agust in Flipkart but delivery delay about 7 days after not responding the seller I'm also cancelled the order in 27 agust.after cancel my order refund not back until 6days i want my money urjent
          And suggest to Flipkart to remove flash tech retail seller because this seller not responding after receive the payment .

            I ordered NIKE Air Max Impact 3 Basketball Shoes For Men Size 10 (Order no. OD[protected], Seller was RetailNet, I got totally different Nike running shoes instead. The order was delivered on 28th August, 2022 and from the same day I have been trying to return the product but Flipkart officials are rejecting my request. I have sent my Aadhaar card as well as all the photos related to the shoes received and even their customer support accepted the fact that they received it still nothing from them. Please get me my refund of 6, 310 rupees.

                    Sir. I ordered Oppo enco M32 Bluetooth earphone on 23 August, price 1699 and it delivered 27 August. When i open the order the order was Damaged as one side i have initiated a return request but the seller buzzindia has rejected the return request and the company coustomer was not connected me. So what can I do. Its a scame from company to me please help me sir.

                        This is to inform you that already I am faced a lot of problems for return request but I am already paid total my dues.So Repeatedly I am informing you solve my previous problems.But unfortunately I am harassed again.                           I had ordered Juice bottles from flipkart grocery store which delivered on August 17th 2022. All the items were broken or leaked. Some were wrong items delivered. Even the parcel container was full with leaked juices. I will attached screenshot of those photos.
                          So I raised return request. Again again inspite of rejection. At last they blocked my account without any message.
                          After that I contact with customer executive they didn't response my query and not even transfer my call to senior customer executive. I also ordered sandals but they are not good so I had requested for replacement and after replacement I didn't receive the exact item. And they blocked my account. I am unable to get refund.

                              Hi, I ordered a pair of Louis Philippe pants and received a pair o[censored]nbranded pants instead. I have tried returning this product but my return request keeps getting cancelled again and again.

                              The order id is OD[protected]. I have talked to the customer care 6 times now to no avail. They file a return for this product but after 2-3 hours the return request gets cancelled. Nobody has come to collect and check the product. I get this reason in the email, "We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact." This has happened multiple times now and has cost me my time and stress. Please resolve this asap.

                                HI We ordered a dining table and worth Rs23, 999. We have been patiently waiting even though flipkart has been delaying it indefinitely. We are tired o[censored]s having no where to sit and after they missed 3 guaranteed delivey dates when we are contacting them they keep disconnecting us and neither they are giving us a status nor refunding the amount so that we ca get the necessity things from other vendor. We are really harrased and i cant loose my hard earned money to such a scam company who cant service or support their customers

                                  Hi We ordered dining table and sofa worth 45000 Rupees and flipkart has been stalling us from last 3 weeks without any updates and not even cancelling the order and refunding the amount. They are wantigly playing games and not providing us any status or contacting us. We have elderly people who are forced to sit on the floor since we have no sofa and dining table to eat and we lost our hard earned money of 45000 and flipkart is not servicing the customers correctly. I have the recording of all calls and chats and will be presenting the case against flipkart and all agents who stalled us and i will be adding the elderly people health affected by this . Never had such a dumbass company and will never buy or even look at the site in future

                                        Both these orders have been delivered to me. 1st one on 1.9.2022 and 2nd one on 25.08.2022. Screen shot attached.

                                        As per flipkart return policy both these products are eligible for returns and refund within in 10days of delivery. But return option is not showing on flipkart app for both these products.

                                        When I am tring to call the customer care executive they are saying both these products delivery is not updated in their system. I have been following up for this problem since delivery of order ID - OD[protected]
                                        PETER ENGLAND Slim Men Black Jeans which was done on 25.08.2022 at around 4 pm.

                                        Flipkart is not giving any proper solution to my problem and just giving dates for resolving it. First they gave me a date that this issue will be resolved by 30.08.2022 but then itvwas extended to 1.09.2022 and now it has been revised to 6.09.2022.

                                        It is very much clear that this is a technical error with flipkart but flipkart customer care staff a d backend team has proved to be completely incompetent to resolve it.

                                        I also wanted to raise this request to flipkart higher authority through emails but flipkart does not provide any email id for customer complaints. It seems flipkart deliberately does not want to have and written proof of complaints related to their service. Still I have recorded calls of conversations with their customer care executives which I can produce if required. My request to flipkart higher official is to reslove my problem at the earliest of I will be compelled to go for further escalation of this issue with consumer forum.
