I have been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 686577 for almost 5 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 90% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 686577 about 3 days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away I.e. 686577 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Both these pincodes are in the centre of town. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah.

    I had ordered vide Order ID - OD[protected] for Rs. 1778. On App the status shows delivered but items not received by me. I had been complaining to Flipkart since 05/08/2022 but no resolution received till date

      I had ordered a realme pad x 6gb 128gb varient, but got a 4gb 64gb varient. As the delivery boy did open box inspection in front o[censored]s we were only able to see that the tablet, the charger and the cable I.e. the content of the box were there but after he went away we also saw that in the back of the box its written 4gb 64gb variant instead of 6gb 128gb which was written in the invoice that we paid for. But now they are refusing the return/replacement of the said product

        SPF claim rejection

        I am seller of Flipkart from past 8 months and I raising SPF claim due to wrong return. My 10 SPF claims are been rejected without going proper investigation and this time also they have rejected for safer side I have taken a video of it after I have received my return product from courier boy please I need help I am facing too much lose due to this SPF claims every time they are rejecting my claim for no reason...

        I ordered from flipkart and item was missing at delivery, now they are making me fool, again and again they ask for id validation and i send to them, but every time they reject the request for no reason, I really need help my 1799₹ are stuck order id OD[protected]

          I ordered AGARO Regal Hand-held Vacuum Cleaner from flipkart on 13th july 2022 and made the payment online. The product was expected to be delivered by 16th but due to delivery issues the seller canceled the order. But I have not received refund till today[protected]. The product was expected to be delivered by 23 july but it says due to some unexpected issue faced by the seller the seller cancelled the order. But I have not received refund till today i even chatted with customer care agent but no help

                I ordered my phone from Flipkart on 21st July and now it's been almost 20 days and I still haven't received my package. I tried to reach out but they are not answering. I didn't got any help from them??? They are just sending repetitive messages.

                    It has been past 8 days of delivery date and still my order is not delivered till now and the filpkart customer care also just pushes the resolution to next 48 hours and don't provide solution to the problem. I have neither got my product and nor the refund.

The issue was I received the fake product, there was no brand box, no MRP tag, and shoes were wrapped in plastic with only Flipkart brown box and invoice.                         Ordered 2 max baby boy ankle length socks of 6-12 months size but both socks of 2-4 years delivered. I instantly raised complaint reaching customer care, they created one replacement and others return complaint as available then but replacement and return requests of both item rejected. I have been calling them since 31 july 2022, also raising written complaint along with photo but they simply send me “issue resolved “ message and close complaint.
                        As product is “not as per description “ I want resolution of my complaint not messages @Flipkart

                          My order is come at my nearest hub udaipur on 5th august 2022 delivery promise date was 7 august but could not be deliver and today approx 11 am my order was out of delivery and approx 4 pm i recive notification by ekart Unsuccessful Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues What is the reason the flipkart is not deliver my product i m also call customer care but he says i will try your product will be deliver fast

                            I had purchased Motorola g52 6gb 128 gb rom of Rs.16528 on 31/07/2022. which got delivered on 01-Aug- 2022 with order id: OD[protected]. it's having multiple issue like mic not working, network problem, heating, auto touch screen. the product seller name is
                            TREASURE HAUL ONLINE Flipkart is not taking it's ownership now and seller hual treasure denied for replacement every time. Fake report has been submitted by technician to Flipkart even they not visited for inspection. i put my hard money to purchase this mobile but i got defective product. i was never expect with flipkart they treat me like this. they are believing fake technician information not customer.

                                I ordered the "Allie Wood Sheesham Solid Wood 6 Seater Dining Set." on 23rd July 2022. Promised delivery date was 2nd August 2022.

                                Date 1st August 2022-- I received notification that delivery was attempted.
                                I called customer care immediately to know who made this delivery, like which courier or delivery guy. Customer care said they have no information about tracking ID or courier service but assured me that I would receive the product in 24 hours.

                                Date 2nd August 2022-- I received notification that the product will arrive on 9th August due to some issues. I called customer care and explained again that no one would be available after 5th August, so kindly cancel this product. Customer care said they could not cancel this product, so they asked me to wait till 5th August to see if it could arrive on time.

                                Date 5th August-- I called customer care again and spoke with a senior customer care person. She confirmed and promised me the order would be cancelled by 8th august and I would have my refund. HURRAY!

                                Date 8th August --I received notification that the product will arrive on 15th August. I called customer care again & asked that today the product was supposed to get cancelled. How come I am getting a new delivery date? The customer care person said, " Sir, I have the same tools as you have; I can see the date is extended, I cannot track the product, I cannot tell you which courier service is this, we do not have the seller's address". WOW!! Really, what kind of customer care is this? I explained the whole story again and asked him to connect with a senior executive. BOOM!! He disconnected the call.

                                My money is on hold by Flipkart. No information about product or shipment. Kindly refund my money immediately & I won't dare to order anything from this ever. This behaviour is unacceptable.

                                  Hi .I had ordered a long frock in flipkart on July 12th ...I paid online...I got a delivery confirmation msg on 16th July..but the product was not delivered...I immediately msgd the customer care ..they said it ll get resolved in 48 hrs ..from past 25 days..I ve been calling them regarding this issue ..but no action has been taken ..20 calls has been made ..iam so disappointed with flipkart..they have given the issue resolved msg but no solution has been provided..pls help me in sorting this
