Delivery guy doesn't deliver really. He wants us to come to his location. Is this really home delivery really ekart, , ,
Every time I ordered something from Flipkart, the delivery boy refused for home delivery, he said come to our side . And said in it that you have come empty-handed, you will take the kind of goods, have you not brought a bag? And also he was talking very rudely and nonsensically. Can I deserve it? Fool delivery boy.
the only problem with the delivery boy.
Is this What we pay for,
Is the service we deserve?
Flipkart should cancel ekart if things r like this
Never experienced like this other than.

    28 जुलाई 2022 को यह आर्डर किया था लेकिन फिर मुझे 2 अगस्त को इस आर्डर को शिप होने का बताया 2 अगस्त को जो बोले सिर्फ नहीं हुआ तो मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट के कस्टमर केयर से बात की उन्होंने 4 अगस्त को यह आर्डर शिफ्ट होने का मुझे बताया गया लेकिन आज 5 अगस्त हो गई लेकिन ऑर्डर फिर भी सिर्फ नहीं हुआ मैंने यह आर्डर यह माई से आर्डर दिया था और ईएमआई पर ब्याज मुझे मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड होल्डर के द्वारा लगाया जा चुका है और अगर यह आर्डर ship नहीं हुआ तो यह ब्याज और मेरे मूलधन जो 10 दिन तक flipkart के पास था मुझे हानि होगी हत्या कर से निवेदन है कि मेरा आर्डर जल्दी से जल्दी shipping करें

                I ordered something on Flipkart and they given me 23 July 2022 date and I received a call that the delivery is failed so they will deliver the product by 27 July and I waited for my delivery but they didn't delivered the product I ordered. When I checked they have given me another date of 1 August now again they given me date of 3rd August i will cal to customer care his giving another date of 5th August now again they given me date. today, morning his committed to deliver on today but not deliver the products.

                i m so frustrated But today his not deliver the products so please help me for the delivery & also require compensation for the delay.

                i m lodging the compliant against the flipkart.

                    Hello,

                    This is in reference to the defective duplicate product received from Flipkart.

                    I ordered Aipods Pro on July 20, 2022 and delivered on July 26, 2022.

                    When I opened the package, I found it a duplicate, low quality airpods whose built quality was terrible, packaging was not good and few parts were damaged. Its noise cancellation was not working.

                    I verified it with the Apple Store and they confirmed that It is a duplicate product.
                    Very Bad experience with flipkart.

                    I raised a request for refund but the delivery agent denied the refund as per them the ticket was raised in the wrong category.

                    It has been 21+ Days, still pick up & refund has not completed.

                    I want my money back as soon as possible.

                    I have raised multiple tickets with Flipkart but not getting any resolution.

                    Hence, I have raised a complaint in the consumer forum and will be filing a legal complaint if I didn't get the resolution within an hour.

                    All the proofs, evidence, original bill attached.

                      My order Id is OD[protected].

                      I have ordered 6 items of grocery on 24 july 2022and paid full amount . the delivery boy delivered the 5 items on 26 july 2022, i thought that rest item will be delivered in few hours or days but have not received the item till now. I am calling them and asking for the help, or resolve the issue.
                      No action has been taken till now, Every day I am calling them they put me on hold for 15-20 minutes and thn says that the concerned department will get back to you in 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours.

                      Everyday I wait for the call but no call/ mail/ msg.

                      A very pathetic experience.

                      Will never use flipkart grocery in future

                          Hi Team,
                          I have purchased a product on 17th july 2022, the product i received is damaged and requested for replacement but the seller has cancelled it. I have raised request 5 time but all the time seller cancelled the request without any reason and not a single time anyone has contacted me from flipkart.
                          Now even my Flipkart account has been blocked two times for requesting the replacement of damaged product.l never violate its terms of service or its privacy policy. please review my account and i request to you that please unblock it. And resolve my issue and refund it. Kindly look into the matter.

                            I ordered Lenovo laptop from Flipkart()and Petilante online was the seller on 22july22 and revised it on 26July22 night and I opened it on 27July22 and screen was not working and when it turned on it was flickering badly hence raised a return initially I asked for replacement but they said it’s not possible so only return option everyday Flipkart customer care called me and said they will do the pick up but no one turned up and on 2aug22 return period of the laptop was expired and still as my issue is open Flipkart gave me date that by 4aug22 my issue will be resolved but on 4aug22 I get a msg stating refund cancelled as return policy is finished case closed. Flipkart and seller was waiting for the policy to end so that I Should keep the faulty product with me. This is unacceptable.

                                There are two issues here. My Flipkart Account has been closed due to unknown reasons. I have Paylater Account enabled with my Account (nanda.[protected]@gmail.com)

                                Order ID : OD[protected] / OD[protected] :- The Product has not dispatched yet, I escalated - however your team disturbed me a lot by calling daily stating the same updates but no resolution. This Product was ordered before 2 Months, no resolution yet.

                                Order ID :- OD[protected] :- A Return request has been refused stating unknown reason for the damaged product, however now my account has been blocked by Flipkart.

                                      I have ordered the product of Westido sofa set 3+1 with order id OD[protected] on 04 July 2022. Flipkart promising date for delivery is 20/07/2022. As of now i didn't received the product. I am calling the customer care they are just ignoring my calls. Flipkart is doing fraud by showing my product delivered on 11 th july 2022 11.43 PM same as the shipped date. i am paying the money with interest and GST with out having the product
