    But not delivered and rescheduled to 3 aug 2022 and now its again reschedule at 7 aug 2022.

      Hi Sir/Ma'am

      I am Harshit Kumar, a plus member and active buyer and I have done my last 34 items which was grocery items. The delivery guy told me about one Item (Flipkart fruit and vegetable chopper) is out of stock and not delivered at the time of delivery. But he's updated status as delivered. After that I complaint multiple times but not resolved yet. And now my account is also blocked and not able to login. It's more than 20 days now. Kindly keep my account active as soon as possible. Beacause it's too much... Sir...

        I had ordered a laptop under exchange. The delivery person rejected the exchange even without taking a look at the old laptop and insisted on making full payment without exchange discount. On complaint, flipkart team assured resolution but after keeping it pending for whole one week cancelled the order on its own.

        Flipkart offers such schemes only to attract customers without any real intention to pick up the old laptop and in the process playing a fraudulent tactics to boost its sales. It not only takes advance money from customers but waste their time and effort as well.

        I hope some legal authority take note of this and investigate the affairs at Flipkart to save customers from unnecessary harassment and manipulation by Flipkart.

          Ordered sunsun jtp 16000 aquarium water pump from Flipkart but received colouring stones on 5/7/22 . After that immediately I complained, shared pictures, called many times and tried everything possible to be done by me, but the company senior executive kept me waiting, cancelling complain and not providing me refund nor replacement till now.

            Hello sir,
            Myself Ranjeet yadav, I am a regular flipkart customer .I order products on flipkart every day.I am also a plus member on flipkart.
            Today on 03/08/2022, In morning, I saw that my flipkart account is blocked.I called customer support, they gave me a date that the problem would resolved .
            Sir I am worried, I have done some prepaid orders which I haven't got and I also have some wallet balance and I am a genuine customer on flipkart and I want to be with flipkart.
            Due to some reasons, may be because I have attempted many return requests on flipkart, or any other glitch,
            I just want my flipkart account to unblock.
            Please take action on my concern.
            I want my account back.

                Hi Team,

                Ipurchased poco f4 mobile with order "[OD[protected]]" in july-2022 and
                Recently i noticed charging problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
                The invoice was not with the order and also not sent to my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing. I am asking them from day 3 of my purchase but still they did not provided bill.

                Please look into this

                    This is in regards to my order I'd OD[protected] which is a matress and I have received the product on 18th July but it was damaged so I arranged a return which was scheduled on 19th July. The pick up was done on 19th July itself but it was not updated on the App. And did not got refund. I have raised complaint on customer care and they clearly don't have any answer. They just simply give the dates. Now they updated my complaint as resolved but I have not received any money or resolution. I have attached the pic and name of pick up guy.

                        On july 27th 2022, i ordered a Sumsung washing machine with 2Items with below Order Id.
                        Order ID OD[protected] from flipkart site. Payment got deducted from my Kotak bank account but flipkart mobile app shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 4 days for something to happen. I lodged a complaint also on flipkart but no response even after 72 hours. They need to be refunded my money or confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

                            Worst experience i had faced while order grocery from flipkart on prepaid basis. Even after the 2 days of delivery date, i could not get the my grocery and cancelled order without information due to logistical issue. what a worst service you are providing.
                            If this kind of service you will provide to your regular customer, No more option will here to go for another option.
                            In future i will never go with Flipkart

                              I ordered some groceries from Flipkart groceries having order id OD[protected], worth ₹700. During payment, the delivery boy sent me a link through which I paid ₹700, which was already debited from my account but the boy told me that he has not received the payment. So I paid him ₹700 again for that same order. And I complaint regarding this issue to agents 8 days before. They told me to wait for 7 to 8 days then I will get my refund. Now today is 8th day and the agent is saying they can't do anything and go to bank. Is this there service? Please help me to resolve this issue. Here I'm providing a screenshot of my bank statement.

                                I ordered Titan watch on Flipkart on 16th July 2022 (Order ID: OD[protected] worth Rs 2558 I got the package on 18th July 2022 which was packing only with cello tape and no other type of seal or packing in polythene Wasn't
                                1. When I opened the package, the Titan Watch was not there and in the box only the bill and page of the watch manual and a small piece of stone were found.
                                2. When the return request was submitted by me, it was rejected by flip kart 4 times and I complained to the customer care, then in the 5th time the return request of the product was filed and in order from me on email [Incident: IN[protected]] The image/photo of the item found was sought on July 25 and my identity card was asked, which I sent and talked about the solution in 24-48 hours but no reply.
                                3. Flip kart not resolved even after calling me multiple times and asking for reply from 27th July and 28th July email giving 24 hours and 48 hours waiting time I also called 20-30 times but no proper solution kept giving only 48 hours, sometimes 26th July, sometimes till 29th July, but neither money was refunded nor product and without any information and solution my flipkart account was blocked on 28th July.

                                5. I have been very harassed since 15 days and neither did I get the product nor the money was refunded.
                                6. So sir, you are requested to give me a proper solution and the money should be returned and the mentally tortured should also be paid.

                                  1. I have booked above mentioned realme TV on 15 Jul 22 and I got message that item will be delivered in a week.
                                  2. I could not get the item in a week. On 21 Jul at 2300 hrs a rep called me that he is coming to deliver the item at night. I astonished that item is supplied at night 2300 hrs. I told to come on next day for delivery of item.
                                  3. He agreed to deliver the item on to 23 Jul 22. But could not come on given time.
                                  4. On 24 Jul he called me that he is coming to deliver the item. I was eagerly waiting of my item. When I saw the vehicle. The vehicle is fully loaded with different items and all items are wet due to ongoing rain. I requested at use some tarpaulin over vehicle to avoid damage to item. The tarpaulin was torn at many places and all item are wet. He told we are coming like that only.
                                  5. When I saw my item the TV box is fully wet with rain water and rep is telling take item like that only. We are purchasing costly items from a reputed firm and agency is not taking any care to supply the item in safe and good condition.
                                  6. More over the rep was not talking properly.
                                  7. It is requested to supply my order in good condition at the earliest.
                                  8. Earlier also my realme android phone was delivered after 15 days.
                                  9. And Also orders cancel without information and without any reason.
                                  10. I have booked above mentioned 1plus TV on 29 Jul 22 and I got message that item will be delivered in a week. Then order deliver date 1 Aug 22 But order not delivered. 2 Aug i will call delivery boy and delivery boy said i am coming 5 pm. Then i am ready to wait. Then i am see 4pm order was cancel without any reason and without my permission Then i call customer care then customer care said order cancel as per your request But i am not request to any cancelation. Then 2 customer person said order cancelled by logistic team because order was damage. Then 3 customer person said order cancel by flipkart because customer not response. All customer person are lie and also not respond for any complain. I have 6 to 7 complaints but got no response and also consumer complaints are also not respond.
                                  11. And also all flipkart customer care are lie and wrong information passes to customer.

                                      I ordered my wakefit bed mattress and mattress cover on July6th2022, that should be delivered by 12july2022. But that was not delivered and i did not get any update about that till 22july2022. On 22july2022 Flipkart executive called me and mentioned that cancel the current order and make a fresh order so that we will be giving 1100 as a compensation amount i[censored] place a fresh order and it was delivered. So I cancelled both the orders on 22july2022 and made a fresh order. My refund was not done till now. And the fresh order delivery date was also crossed. They are not giving any proper solution as well. My time is wasting from the past one month. Kindly help me

                                        Hi, I'm Soham Mallick, recently I have purchased a MacBook Air M1 (512gb) from flipkart which has been delivered to me on 31st july 2022. They have provided an invoice for the same. For claim any short of warranty anyone have to validate their product date of purchase on Apple. Now my problem is, I'm not able to validate my product with this invoice which flipkart has provided to me and my product information showing me "coverage expired"....
