Dear concerned
It is highly disappointing to have services like this from a company of esteemed reputation like yours. Even after telephonic discussions with your customer service representatives and despite their fake promises to have my refund back by october 25, 2018. No refund had been credited to my account till date. Which is very disappointing and disheartening from a company like yours.
Actually i placed two orders on october 15, 2018. By making a payment of 912 for each order. But due to some technical issues or internet problems i could not complete the orders. As the amount was debited from my sbi account and orders were not placed at the same time.
Out of these two incomplete orders, one order is getting displayed in my flipkart account under cancelled order (With order id : od[protected], while as that of there is no record for the second order (In flipkart page). While the amount of rupees 922 was debited twice for two times for two order from my account.
For cancelled order, i was supposed to have the refund by october 25, 2018 which i have not received till date. While there is no record of the second order, for which the money was debited from my account.
Hence, you are requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue on priority basis.
I am attaching snapshot of bank statement for your reference.

TV had come on 27.10.2018 and till now installation is not done...we also called to customer care ... TV was to be installed upto 31.10... We are planning to go out of station that's why we are insisting it to be done on time.
