I have purchased a mobile handset from flipkart on big billion day10th october 2018 by exchanging my old handset. After 12 days of an order through online, i got my new handset with some display and heating issues. So i raised a replacement order for this issue. After some technical visit, the technician also found the same issue. Then the technician forwarded a complaint issue message to flipkart for further response. During this time i felt mental agony, as i don't have any mobile phone to contact flipkart online. Because i have already exchange my old mobile phone to flipkart. After two days of submitting of technician report, flipkart send me a message that my request has been accepted and they gave a new mobile in replacement. On 2/11/2018 flipkart again send me a dead mobile phone with missing accessories. On same day and time i informed the delivery boy about this as i open the delivery box in front of delivery boy. He was suggested me to check it once again with proper charging. So i follow it but it not work. So i again raised so many complain to its customer care service briefing about the same. Till now they are refunded hard earned money neither replaced the faulty mobile handset. I am very much disappointed and felling helpless. So help me

    I have bought a sandisk memory card 32gb in flipkart in big sale offer tat is diwali sale. Today only i inserted my memory card in my mobile but it is showing like memory card is not inserted. I have also checked my memory with other mobiles. I have also checked with mobile shop also but they said fault is in the memory card. I want to exchange the memory card or please refund the amount to me

      I ordered a product from flipkart and the delivery boy came toy deliver product at 10 p. M.. I asked him that it is too late for the delivery i can't accept it now deliver it tomorrow. Then he started abusing me and said abusive words. I have recordings of his conversations. He said abusive words about my family.
      I just asked that deliver product tomorrow and he started abusing me and said me to come out of house and he will beat me up to hell.

        I have ordered an item from flipkart on
        4th november 2018 but it was not delivered to me despite being in city of delivery and misrouted and not delivered yet on 10th november 2018.

        The promised delivery date was 9th november 2018 and now extended to 11th november 2018

        There has been no update neither ekartlogistics nor flipkart on status
        And still showing last update of 6th november 2018 done -"dispatched to bnl_gurgaon" on tracking details of the said ordered item.

        I want my order delivered by 11th november 2018 at any cost else i have to file a case of consumer harassment in consumer forum.

        This is my second consecutive order to be misrouted and still lacdaiscal attitude of flipkart and its logistics.

        Hope flipkart makes sure to deliver order by 11th november.

          I had purchased a lenovo ideapad 130 core i5 8th generation on 26/10/2018, and i recieved it on 27/10/18. I used it for 3-4 days after that some os probelm started generating, touchpad also not works properly. So i complaint about that and raised a return/replacement on 4/11/18 as per their replacement policy (Within 10 days replacement policy), while they accepted that complaint and sent a technician on 8/11/18 to check the system. The technician observed the same as well and wrote his report that system is having issues like touchpad not working properly, system not booting into os. Now they are saying that (Flipkart's app status showing) the request raised for replacement has been rejected from their side on (9/11/18). I have all the records and evidence regarding same.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I am ashish pandey.

            I have ordered phone on flipkart during their festive offer. The product was supposed to get delivered by 26th october. I have attached image in which it is showing that item is packed and delivery date is 26th october. Today is 10th november it has been more than 2 weeks i haven't received my phone. I get call from flipkart executive they are saying to cancel order because they are not able to track my order and not able to deliver my phone. The executives are calling again and again only to say cancel order but they are not giving me any solution regarding my order. I have even made prepayment of my phone. I told executive that i am ready to wait but i wont cancel my order. I have ordered phone to give as a birthday gift to my friend which was on 28th october. I even called flipkart executive on 26th october they assured me that i will deliver my phone latest by 31st october, i was ready to wait and give the gift to my friend even after birthday (I mean it was just delay of 2 days from actual birthday, i would have manage). I gave my full corporation to flipkart. But now they are calling me again and again to cancel my order. They even told me that if i dont cancel order from my side then the seller will cancel order from his end. Its clear they dont care about my order and they dont want to give any solution to me. They are being so unfair towards me. They are not valuing their customer.

            Now you tell me why should i cancel my order?
            Dont you think they should make arrange for my phone?
            Dont you think they should coordinate with the seller and find out what actually happen to my phone and make arrangement of my phone instead of telling me to cancel my order?

            I ordered phone in good deal. Flipkart offered 10% off on axis bank card. The cost of phone now is 23999 but i got in good deal at price 21598. And now if i cancel order i will be in loss of 2401 which is a big amount. So i dont want to cancel order. I am ready to wait but i want my phone to be delivered to me as i have ordered.

            Flipkart is a good brand. People trust its service. I trust its service. Please maintain your trust. I have been using flipkart from many years and this the very first time i am facing such issue. All phones and many items i have purchased from flipkart and its service have been very nice and reliable. I dont like to complain but flipkart is doing injustice to me this time.

            Please help me!!!

            Ps : i have even ordered extra 1 year warranty with the phone, i haven't received that too. I have attached image of my order details. Please have a look.

              I purchased realme 2 mobile from flipkart on 2 november2018 and i was delivered on 3rd november after 8pm. But i received defective product. I raised the replacement request but they said no replacement is possible. I will refund your money. But after 6 days they have not refund my money.

                I have purchased sony 1 tb external hard disk and it's not deducted to my sony tv. I am complained 4 times from 15 days. Every time postponing the issue.

                When i gave 1st complaint they have given time 5 working days to resolve. And next complaint given after 5 working days they have given another 5 days to resolve the issue. I have informed them to return my product and refund my money. Simply they are telling seller is not accepting the refund or replacement. When i call customer support they are saying wait for some time will escalating your issue to seller / concerned team. But not resolved my issue still now.

                I request you to pls raise a complaint against flipkart

                  This us to inform you that i have purchesed a woman kurta pallazo set vide cod facility. Today i have got a message from flipcart that the parcel is out for delivery. Since i was not there in my house, i made an arrangement for that delivery. But yet the parcel us not delivered to my house. Previously already this parcel had sent back as i was not there in my house. But today while i made all the arrangements from my end the result is same. This is rediculous. For three days i have not collect that parcel which i require urgently. Please do the needful so that i can get the parcel tomorrow positively without any fail so that i can hold my faith.

                    I placed an order on 5th november and was promised delivery by 9th. My product got misrouted and i was told to wait for 1 more day. I was promised that i will receive it on the 10th. However, they misrouted it again and then again. Now they are saying that i will have to wait 2 more days. This is not acceptable, they are delaying it again and again.

                      I anjan goswami made a order for single smallest blutooth headset on 24th oct.. And they confirm me to deliver within due time but failed because their logistic send a boy who new one that is why he cant find my address.. After that i made contact with them several times.. That also they failed to delivered... Any way after reached the product i faced some problem on that like low volume.. During driving it not listening properly.. And it also very noisy.. I decide i have to return and refund my money back.. Till today flipkart customer care trying to convince me that they resolve the problem. But actualy they can't..

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          After arrival moto one power i have start the phone and update them, after update the one power this phone show a sms on screen
                          "your device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and may not work properly." after pressing power button then phone does not start it.
                          So i will request u to fast replace and return.
                          Two technicians already visit my addres but they identity phone is dead but they have complain about software issues in my phone.
                          Flipkart not replaced my motorola one power phone.

                            Hi sir, ma'am,

                            I have ordered 3 realme 32gb and 1 realme 2 pro 64gb from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 8091 × 3 = 24273 realme2 32gb and realme 2 pro 64 gb rs of 12687 on 25th october 2015. Because my all order cancelled, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days" and my 2 refund 8091 + 8091 is received 26 of october 2018 and my refund one 8091 and 12687 is not received in my axis bank account i attached statement in down

                            I waited till 6th of november but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to axis bank customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com. They said me to ask the arn number from flipkart.com, so that they can check in their system.

                            Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for the arn number. On that they said that they are not having any arn number since i have done the payment through net banking not through credit or debit card. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

                            I again called to axis bank customer care and told that reference no. Which i got from flipkart.com but axis bank guys were unable to see any details using that number since their system accept only 23-digits arn number to fetch any kind of information regarding refund. But flipkart.com didn't give me any arn number. After that axis bank guys told me to forward the mail which i had received from flipkart.com and told me to wait for 24hrs.

                            I forwarded that mail to axis bank cc and received a mail from them stating that citibank has not received any refund from the merchant flipkart.com. They said me to contact to flipkart.com.

                            I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank. When i say raise a ticket regaring my issue to your higher management, they do that but next moment i get the same mail in which they mention the same thing "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days". Flipkart is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com end.

                                I have purchased lavie sandals in flipkart and it was delivered to me on october 11th 2018 and i bought it for around 700₹. I used the sandals for just 2 weeks and the product has already torn in the bottom and front. The bottom started wearing out. I used the product very minimally. I called customer care to raise a complaint on this but the customer service agent placed return for the product but i was keep on asking her that how the used product will be taken by the wishmaster. The agent said that they ll pick up the product and refund it. I called customer service again and now the person said that i can’t return the product as i have already used it. I know this fact very well and asked them to refund the money as the quality they delivered was very poor and i can’t use the sandals anymore but they denied to refund money as well return can’t be processed. Worst service ever!! Never trust flipkart and i wills discontinue using flipkart and advising my friends also about their worst service.

                                  I am really shocked and surprise to see your 3rd class delivery system. I have booked my product on 5 th nov with promissed delivery date 8 th nov but till today i havnt recive the delivery. Continiouly following and calling to your customer care but they are only saying one thing please wait. Even my shippment is in my area since yesterday afternoon. But there is no one available the deliver the same. Even i have also informed them that i m also going to outsation for office work but they just saying repeated this please wait. Now i have a loss of rs. 25000/- due to your 3 rd class delivery services and my work also suffered. Will you please tell that can flipkart fullfill my losses.
                                  Now your customer care team said that please wait till 14th nov. What kind of rubbish things you guys doing or saying that you guys need 5 days to deliver the item in less than 2 kilometer area. I am also in area pin code 110046 and item also in the same area since yesterday afternoon. Will you please tell me why you guys need 5 day to deliver to same in less than 2 kilometer. This my last deal with the flipkart after that i have never done any deal with the flipkart in future.

                                      I ordered vacuum cleaner on 11th of october. It was supposed to be delivered on 23th october but later it was rescheduled on 26th october. On contacting flipkart i was told to wait for 2 days but every day i have to call them 2 times only to get fake assurance. After wasting too much time for doing follow-up i cancelled order on 27 th october. It's almost one month and even after 1 month. I have not received refund yet. This is worst service i got from flipart, i totally disappointed from this kind of service. Kindly look into this seriously and arrange refund asap.

                                      Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed seller has initiated refund on November 12, 2018 and the same will reflect by November 13, 2018 as per standard banking procedures. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                        I want to reactivate my account. My account is registered with [protected]@gmail.com. My account has been deactivated saying that there are a number of returns. I only return those products which are under their return policy. I am a regular customer and was about to reach there plus coin membership benefits so i think this is the main reason for deactivation. Kindly check my account that how much i purchase from flipkart and if a person purchase many things at a time there will be things which are to be returned also. Moreover there is not mentioned in any of the policies that what is the maximum limit for returns for a particular account. It is obvious that a person is going to return the things which are not upto the requirements.
