In big billion days, i ordered a mobile phone on flipkart (Prepaid order) order number: order id od[protected]. And it was supposed to be delivered on 16th oct 2018 though as per the msg received yesterday. I have still not received it now. After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item. And tell me why should i reorder the item, which is id being sold at a higher cost now? I want answers...br...

I just ordered an acer predators helios 300 laptop for ₹68, 556. I paid in full for this at the time of ordering and the order was confirmed. It was supposed to be delivered in a week.

After few days i track my order and it says "undelivered due to shipment damaged" at my nearest hub.

I have book Mi Led smart TV from flipkart, with 5000 discount. My order was cancelled after four day without my knowledge, and when i contact customer service they said my address where not reachable.i have already taken many times delivery from flipcart at this address. I have ordered one mobile phone, "ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 (with 6GB RAM + 64 GB Storage)", during the recent "Great SALE" on 11th Oct'18.

The Configuration of mobile, I have ordered : 6GB RAM, 64 GB Storage, 16 MP +5 MP Dual Rear Camera, 16 MP Front Camera with actual price of the mobile, i.e. Rs.17999 and Net Price after discount will be Rs.11698.

I've purchased mobile phone on 16.05.2018 with buy back guarantee policy and i am entitled for purchasing a new mobile by using buyback guarantee worth 15401 on my oppo f7 but could not avail it as it gives out error on both desktop and mobile platform saying abb is not enabled for your account.

Order id od[protected] for samsung 345 ltr fridge has not been delivered and the online advance payment of rs:26090, rs:2499 and rs:100 are still not returned to me.As per flipkart refund id:[protected] and refund id:[protected] the amount has been transferred on 14/10/2018.But till this time amount has not been credited to my sbi account.Please do the needful actions at the earliest.

This is mayank katiyar here and this complaints is regards for damaged product I placed A order on 15oct and Tommorow is delivered after opening then I found that my product is damaged and the colour I placed in order is changed I already return request is done but flipkart team is not resolve my problem I send many mail but no response from flipkart team my order id OD[protected] please help me and refund money...

I have raised a complaint regarding my issue with the Flipkart to refund my gift voucher on 13th Oct .

No proper action is taken, If we are calling customer care, they just tell us they have been escalated our complaint and wait for 24 hours or 48 hours our team will resolve it.

But,

Already it's more than 5 days, there is no refund or getting voucher back to registered mail ID.

I have bought scatchite casual from flipkart on 10-oct-2018 of size 8 but they are small in size then I replace them and ordered same shoes of size 9 and they are delivered on 18-oct-2018 but they are of size 10 instead of 9 now they are of no use for me and I am very angry with flipkart. We ordered samsung washing machine during the sale for exchange of our existing washing machine. The mechanic / delivery person who came did not get the product, he checked our machine (Which was completely functional) and said it was rusted and that he was cancelling the order. I have purchased samsung s8 in EMIs. Without cancelling the EMIs flipkart refunded the amount. Because of that i can see both the refunded amount and EMI in my creditcard statement. Request you to look into this issue, i've ordered for JBL Flip3 during big billion festival on 11th October and the order has not even processed yet after 7 days. Called customer care and got typical reply that seller will update soon. Really harassed by this service of flipkart and we expect some decency and honesty by Flipkart and sellers for reassurance.
