I ordered a watch (Order id - od[protected]
From flipkart on 12th october which was supposed to be delivered on 23rd october. On 23rd, i got a call from the delivery person around 1.30 but i wasn't able to pick up the call that time. I talked to him around 2.30 and he told he is not nearby right now and would deliver the watch at around 7.30 while returning. At around 7.30, he called and told he is getting late and would come back tomorrow. He didn't turn up the next day. After some time, the watch was showing delivered.

I complained about the same and was told that my complain would be resolved by 29th. Then it got delayed to 30th. I didn't get a call on 30th so after waiting for 1 more day i called back on 1st nov. Then, i was asked to waiting for 24 more hours. I didn't get a call next day either. I have been contacting them almost everyday from 1st november and everytime they say we need 24 more hours. (I have the call recorded.)

On 6th nov, i was told that i will get the refund within 24 hours. (I have that recorded as well)

I talked to them an hour back (8 nov), now they are asking me to waiting till 13th nov. Looking at their behaviour, i'm pretty sure they will delay it again and this will keep on going.

I asked them what is the delivery person saying, they told they haven't talked to him yet. I can't understand what were they doing from last 15 days after my complain.

They are not helping at all. They are just delaying things.

    I had ordered a combo gift set of eva fresh deodorant from flipkart which got delivered on 30th october. However, while making card payment to the logistic vendor the payment was taken twice. The delivery agent had told me that the first payment was not processed due to some error and took payment again.

    I had logged in a complaint with flipkart on 31st itself informing them of the situation however, till date the complaint has been kept on hold.

    Request your help in expediating the matter and in getting the necessary refund.

      I ordered LG G7 ThinQ (Platinum, 64 GB) mobile with order number OD[protected], at flipkart.com as the site was showing the item in stock during Diwali Sale 2018. I made the payment of Rs. 26, 999 through credit card on November 5, 2018. I received a confirmatory e-mail and sms that order is approved and the product will be delivered by November 10, 2018. On November 6, 2018 at 12:17 pm, I received the mail and sms that item has been shipped.

      But on November 6 2018 at 8:32 pm, I received a mail and sms that the refund amount for this order is transferred to your card and will be credited by Nov 07, 2018 as per the standard banking procedures. I was shocked to see this message and immediately called up flipkart customer care where I asked to stop the refund immediately and asked to deliver the product. Customer care representative assured me that my complaint would be escalated.

      I checked my mailbox again and there I found this message:

      ""Greetings from flipkart.com!
      You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on flipkart. However due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your order OD[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items""

      I checked flipkart.com and found the product available for sale at higher price for Rs. 32, 990 and in stock. I never expected this from flipkart.

      I received a mail from flipkart on Nov 6, 2018 at 10:02 pm.

      "Dear Customer,

      We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 07 Nov, 9:00 PM.

      Thanks,
      Flipkart Customer Support"

      I did not receive any reply.

      I again called up flipkart on Nov 7, 2018 and I was told that shipment was cancelled by the seller. I was also told that the product had reached to Gurgaon from Mumbai. How can they cancel a product which was already in transit and was about to deliver?

      On Nov 7, 2018 at 8: 38 pm, I sent a mail to customer care.

      "I want the product at the same price at which I ordered earlier. Issue me a coupon so that I can order it again at Rs. 26, 999.

      If this request is not fulfilled, I will never order any product from flipkart again."

      On Nov 8, 2018 at 2:28 pm, I received a mail from customer care.

      "Hello,

      We're really sorry to let you know that your order has been cancelled due to an unforeseen error that has now been fixed. You may place a new order and the seller will ensure that it is delivered to you.

      I want flipkart to deliver the product to me at same price at which I ordered during sale period. The order was cancelled by the seller and there was no fault of mine.

      I ordered it at Rs. 26, 999. Now it is available at Rs. 32, 990.

      I want the product at the same price at which I ordered earlier. Issue me a coupon so that I can order it again at Rs. 26, 999.

      If this request is not fulfilled, I will not order any product from flipkart again.

      My request to flipkart is to read my mails and this complaint properly. My complaint is not for the refund. My complaint is for the delivery of the product. I want to reorder the same product at same price at which I ordered. I received a call from flipkart's executive and he was asking about the status of refund.

                Order i'd - od[protected]
                Expected delivery - 26th oct
                Then it changed to 31st oct, again to 3rd nov. Still order not delivered.
                None of the above scenarios have got info from flipkart, everytime i had to call them then they just change the date and we will make sure to deliver by that date.
                Now the response they will deliver the product asap, they cannot promise a date as well.
                The worst part is the order got struck with thier own courier partner and they are not able to contact them from last 15 days...
                Worst ever experience with flipkart...

                  My name is nitin jaisingh. I had bought an full hd led tv of blaupunkt by flipkart on 13th october 2018 and it was delivered on 23rd october 2018. But the quality of product is very poor and i had submitted my request 6 times, only 1 time the technician had visited and same thing i elaborated to him. But now they are saying your replacement period is over you can't return your product. Kindly help me in this matter.

                    Since 13th Oct I had given return/refund request for track pant that I ordered. Its been 8th Nov but still my pick is not done.

                    Customer service Assistant Manager (Gaurav) give me assurance that I will receive call back from any of Customer service Manager which did not happen. Logistic partner every time reject the return request without any proper justification.

                    This is simply pathetic customer service Flipkart is giving.

                      Dear team,

                      This is to keep you informed that i have purchase an item "huami amazfit bip onyx black smart watch" on 3rd nov 2018 with paying through card & the same was delivered to me on 6th nov 2018. I was very much satisfied with the speed of delivery time. However unfortunately the item is falty & a return request has been raised on 8th nov 2018. The request was approved with in 2hrs but the replacement time i have been promised is on or before 15th nov 2018 which is not justified.

                      If a new order can come to me by 3 days then how come a replacement is taking so much of time? This is just the harassment of customer. This is not customer centric solutions. This is just an way to avoid replacement so that customer can’t raise any replacement in pain.
                      I have purchase the same & for replacing faulty product i have to wait for 11-12 days. There are so many delivery options available in flipkart (Like 1 day /2 day delivery) then why replacement is taking so much time.

                      I need the product in 3 days. Please do need needful.

                        I have ordered my real me 2 pro mobile on 3rd November 2018.. till today I have not received my order . In shipment track it's showing as package misrouted... How many time it will be misrouted.. 2 times it is misrouted as on today and now my order is delayed further more.. I want strong action on this other wise I ul see in court with all details...                           Hi,

                          I had purchased serum cream from flipkart via debit card emi option. However before order delivery, i had cancelled same. Hence i was due for refund.

                          Flipkart people have sent message that amount has been refunded to credit card, when i dont have any credit card. I have contacted multiple times to them and so far there has not been any satisfactory response from their side.

                          Also bank in which my account is there, is debiting my account on no refund has been made to my saving account (Account from which payment was done).

                          Need urgent resolution of same.

                            I bought a Google Pixel 2 XL on May 13, 2018 under the offer "Get Rs 10, 000 cashback on purchase of Pixel 2 XL using HDFC debit card". I never received any cashback.

                            I was continuously in touch with Flipkart Customer Care and escalated the matter to the highest level. Refer to screenshots below with emails from them claiming that I will get my cashback before a specific date.
                            This went for the better part of five months. They kept on pushing the deadline.

                            Then suddenly I got a call from their executive saying that I am not eligible for the offer without giving any reason whatsoever. I have since contacted them again but got no response.

                            Yet another fraud committed by Flipkart.

                              My self Suresh kumar. I booked ELGI ultra wet grinder 2.0 on 13th OCT 2018 in a Flipkart online web side. 100% payment also completed using my debit card. The promise date of delivery of the product is 22nd OCT 2018. After so many follow ups with the flipkart team till now 08 NOV 18, the product was not delivered. After 27 days of waiting and so many follow ups about the product they called me today simply they were told me to cancel the order. Flipkart team denying about the delivery and not even taking the responsibility. Simply telling that the courier service not in their scope. As a consumer I am trusting the online purchase on the basis of Flipkart platform reputation. If they are doing this types of irresponsible frauds need a justice on this.

                                I have order an laptop (Dell vostro intro i5 8gen) from flipkart, my order number is od[protected], after i receiving laptop i have found that chargeer
                                Heating issue in laptops, and the configuration was not match as per flipkart website.
                                In flikart site charger showing 65w and hdd rpm is 7200. But found in that laptop charger is 45w and hdd is 5200. Then i have raised a complain in customercare.
                                Finally two time raised a return back laptop tickets and both the time retailer was canceled it, kindly provide the proper solution,
                                Other wise i will raised complain in consumer court and file a legal action on this.

                                  I booked Poco F1 at 12am of 1Nov 2018 with order ID:
                                  OD[protected]. I placed a cancellation request with customer care on 1st Nov at 01:38pm, executive confirmed cancellation and informed refund will be processed. Later to my surprise product was delivered at 04:30pm at my mom's home. After multiple calls with cust car executive on 11/01, I raised a ticket IN[protected] with SLA data as Nov 8, 2018 which is to route the ticket to the correct internal team to address the issue with resolution and process my refund which was denied by the team today stating that you could have not taken the product.

                                  Please help me in this regard given its the fault of Flipkart due to which the product was delivered to me after cancellation. Please help me to get the refund.

I was assured order cancelled and informed refund will be processed in next hour. Later to my surprise product was delivered at 04:30pm at my mom's home which I was unware of which was supposed to be delivered on Friday Nov 2, 2018. When I called customer care at 06:30pm and 07:30pm they are not able to hear to resolve my cancellation request placed earlier but they simply disconnected my call saying that they higher authorities will speak. I request flipkart to intervene into this matter and take the product back and process my refund. I did n't opened the product yet given my request for cancellation placed at 01:30pm before the product delivery.

                                  I raised a return request to collect my product and to process my refund. I had to select one of the reason to raise the return request. Flipkart is deceiving customers by giving false information to customers when amount is paid upfront while booking the product.

                                  Again I called customer care executive and spoke to Anand and found the status that return request is raised and replacement will be carried out by the back office. Upon clarification of the entire story right from the booking, cancellation request to delivery he understood the customer concern and he made a communication to his back office on reference ticket # IN[protected] that its the executive error for not cancelling the request and product was delivered.

                                  Please pick the product which is not at all opened and process my refund. Otherwise I will go to consumer forum for my amount given its the flipkart fault instead of cancelling the request you delivered the product and gave wrong information to riase return for refund.

                                  Again on 11/04 - I called cust care executive and heard that my return request was rejected. I explained my entire history to Sweety executive and she transferred the call to Shyam (Supervisor) who that bloody did not heard me in full and disconnected the call.

                                  Later immediately I called on to their customer care executive and the call was transferred to Sharma (Supervisor) he advised my return request was raised incorrectly which has to be cancelled first and then he informed the closing of return request will not harm anything to get my refund request. He raised a ticket IN[protected] with SLA data as Nov 8, 2018 which is to route the ticket to the correct internal team to address the issue with resolution and process my refund.

                                  After speaking to him I felt a sense of assurance other executive did n't or do not have ability to resolve the customer issues. They don't dare to face customers instead they know how to cheat customers.

                                  Need to wait to hear from their internal teams to pick the product and process my refund.

                                  Nov 8, 2018 - After multiple times calling to the customer care, their back office team called and denied the request stating the policy does n't allow.

                                  If that is the case, I would like to highlight the mistakes happened from flipkart.

                                  When I placed cancellation request on 1 Nov 18, why a confirmation was given to me that cancellation process and refund will be given by 8 Nov 18.
                                  Why product was delivered after the cancellation request
                                  Why you deny the refund when you have done this mistakes.

                                  I have all the recordings which I can submit for proof where they admitted that it was their mistake.

                                  Please help me from unfair trade practices by the flipkart executives.

                                  Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on[protected]. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                    I had an issue making a cardless credit payment last month since there was an issue with the payment gateway. I had reported this issue to flipkart before the end of my due date last month but it was not fixed. I had to incur a late fee and almost everyday kept getting calls from flipkart payments team chasing me for payments. On one had flipkart acknowledges the payment gateway issue on email and on the other hand i'll be getting calls from flipkart saying that there is no issue with the system and harassing me for payments.
                                    Firstly it was not my fault for not making the payment i had money in my account and was trying to pay via my debit card.
                                    Secondly, the flipkart cardless credit team had no idea what the issue was. Almost every stubble l single day for the last 30 days i kept getting calls just chasing me for payments and telling there was no issues with the system.
                                    I have attached the emails from flipkart regarding this matter.
                                    I won't through a lot of mental stress and agony due to this for the last 30 days of my life.
                                    1. I would need formal apology from flipkart regarding this matter.
                                    2. I need a compensation for the stress i had to go through and all the time and money and i've wasted on this.

                                      I ordered an item from flipkart on oct 14. It was supposed to be delivered before oct 27. However, not delivered. I called flipkart cc and they told courier partner was unable to deliver the product. So requested me to cancel the product. I did the same. I have received the email confirmation that product was cancel and refund have been initiated and it will be credited within 6 days including bank holidays.

                                      I checked the tracking today and shocked that it has been marked as delivered. Refund initiated was cancelled as well.

                                      I am in touch with flipkart but lost the hope that this will be resolved. They are only saying that they are in touch with this horrible courier partner. Meanwhile your queries will be addressed on or before nov6th.

                                      This is my first worst experience with flipkart. Customer service was pathatic.

                                      I request someone to guide me through the process and get the product or money back.

                                      I yet to get the response from any of the executives from Flipkart. Its been a month time from date of order. Pathatic customer services from flipkart. They tend to delay and dragging the time.
                                      I really appreciate if someone could help to address this issue and get the product or money back. Thanks in advance.

                                        I have bought asus zenfone max pro m1 including jevees mobile protection plan total I have spent 15, 298/- rs. within 70 days phone display has been broken and by keeping 1 yr protection plan I have registered the complaint with jevees on 14/10/2018 against plan id JPP0FFK462406 (CLAIM ID AD[protected]). and optioned for local asus service center for repair. they have provided me the wrong address and after making many follow up and escalating this issue to flipkart. have finally got correct address after 1 week. and set has been handed over to concern service center. since they have service policy of repair within 10 days. its been 17 days am calling service center and even escalated this issue to both flipkart and jevees. only I am hearing while receiving call from flipkart (IN[protected] is we required 24hr to clear but that 24hr still not came yet. I've been waiting for 17 das without my phone. today as well I called both jevees and flipkart. they don't have any update regarding this. now I don't need that product and I'm requesting for full amount to be refunded 15, 298/-. making man follow ups there is no resolution regarding this.. find the attached job sheet given by service center...
