I am having trouble logging into the flipkart account and tried calling and speaking to the customer care but of no use as the language they use if terrible and cannot understand them at first. Their approach towards me (Customer) is pathetic, placed on mute without informing, cannot provide the details on why i am unable to login to the account, what is the issue etc. Over to this when i asked them to put me through to his manger, placed me on hold and did not come back for atleast good 20 mins, this happened on 5th nov'18. Today i tried calling them as the email address showing in my account is incorrect and i wanted to get it corrected, which i was unable to as i could not login in the first place, the customer care agent named shubham took the call and all he had to say was try after sometime as the systems are down, and he had nothing but the above answer.
