On 05/11/2018 I ordered for a Redmi Note 5 Pro (black 4 and 64 gb With Order ID[protected] amounting of rs 11699/- which was all ready paid from my side) Which was delivered date on 12/11/2018. as per your confirmation via SMS to my ph no([protected]).
But till today i am not getting the product. or any kind of call from yours end,

    Dear Sir,
    I ordered Crompton Sea Wind 3 Blade Ceiling Fan (Brown)Order ID OD[protected] on 10 th Oct.2018, and i got the fan on 19th Oct.2018 but i was out of station for along time didn't opened the order but today on 15/11/18 when found that Fan blade is White in color and motor is BROWN color .Please replace my Fan's blade otherwise it will be of no use to me.
    Please consider the delay in my response as festive season.

      Within use of 15 days the glass base of the stove got shattered in pieces and my wife just had a narrow escape from a big accident. I immediately complained to flipkart about the same and they registered the complaint with complaint no. In[protected] and told me that they will get back to me by 10:30 am on 15 nov 2018, but till now no one had contacted me.

        Flipkart is such a fraud company. I have ordered a phone on flipkart using my gift card and the order id is OD[protected]. Before they have rejected my orders 4 times and finally block my account which contains 8999 rupees gift card. Their customer care service also very worst they also didn't reply for my query. I need my gift gard back. So please help for it.
        This is the mail they send to me.

          My name is dilpreet singh aujla from khanna (Punjab) and i am a regular customer of flipkart but today i have one problem. Actually i ordered one almera and when i received it then i found it's a defective peace even it's quality is also not good. So i decided for refund moreover when i talk with your customer executive then he said "apne kya us par buldojar nikal kar dekha" and he cancelled my request but again i call to your customer executive and share my problem then she said that seller don't give refund option but you can replace it so i choose to replace it because it is a defective peace also but if the product does not have good quality then what is the benefit of it and now i want to ask you that what is the benefit of loyal customer? Is it your reward? My brother is living in abroad and now he is coming in india and even he also ordered products from flipkart.

          If it is your reward then i am sorry to say but it will be last product from me and my family side and i am professor so i will give bad feed back to my colleagues my student and to everyone.

            I had purchased redmi note 5 pro (Gold, 64 gb) for which invoice was issued on 12th july 2018 by savan retailers private limited vide invoice no. : fabbg[protected]. When i started using the mobile piece i found that there was a manufacturing defect in the sound where the sound was very low and even after tuning to maximum volume level of sound i was unable to hear the same.

            I tried to reset the sound by different settings but everything was is in vain and till today the sound is working very low and being a professional i am suffering in my business due to this low sound
            So i request you to do the needful and replace my mobile piece.

            I am attaching my invoice for your reference & communication purpose.

              I ordered a rayban oval sunglass (Order id[protected] on 12th sep 2018 which got delivered on 14th sep 2018. The item i received is completely different and its not rayban and i got some cheap quality sun glass. I ordered it directly to my fiance’s house and my inlaws did not open it and check it before sending it to saudi arabia where my fiance is living. The item got reached to my fiance 2 weeks back only and when he opened the parcel there was a black sun glass which is not rayban and no other brand name was written on it and was kept in a rayban case. I have been purchasing so many products in flipkart for a very long time with great trust and now am greatly disppointed with this, as the sun glass won’t even have a worth of 300rs. For which i have spent around 3700rs and gifted to my boyfriend who is in saudi and now i can’t return it also as the replacement policy time got over. The only mistake i did was i did not open and check it before sending it to saudi.. Got cheated like anything.

              Seriously am so so disappointed and frustrated...

                Hi,

                My flipkart account has been deactivated on 11th oct. The reason of deactivation was not clear till 18th of oct, when one of their executive responded over email. The reason cited by them was: "due to high number of cancellation of product, your account has been deactivated".
                The number of cancellation/return is on the higher side owing to the fact that most of the orders are garments. Due to size and fittings issue the orders are returned/cancelled.
                Coming to the most interesting part, during the big billion day, flipkart was conducting various games and quiz competition. From one of the quiz competition i have won a marq by flipkart 20l solo microwave oven. The date was 9th/10th oct. I have not cancelled any orders in between 9th oct and 11th oct (The day my account was suspended). Moreover i have not received my microwave oven.

                  This is my first purchase with flipkart. I purchased marq 55 inch led tv on 13th dec'18 and got it delivered on 14th dec'18 very pathetic experience. Regret for buying this product. After the package was opened by the installation engineer i found the screen to be broken and shattered. Requested for the replacement. Waiting for the replacement product. I think i have to consider twice buying from flipkart again order id. Od[protected]
                  Very horrible and stressful experience after spending nearly 40bucks. I request the concerned authorities to consider for replacement at the earliest.
                  I honestly don't understand if a new product can be delivered in a day why for a replacement of the new product for the fault which is not ours takes a week's time. That too after paying the entire amount. I think this is kind of experience one should undergo while purchasing online. With showroom purchase atleast we can go and ask the showroom authority. I dont understand whether i would get back the product worth the money i have spent.

                  Was trying to order shahnaz husain cream through my debit card after entering the card details and then i proceeded and after entering otp the transaction failed but money got deducted from my debit card account and the order was also not placed please help me get my money back

                    I have made a order on 7th nov and the delivery date was 10th november but i did not receive my order on 10th instead they have changed the date to 14th nov and the same thing happened again they changed the deliver date to 19 th nov i really dont know whats going on, the money has also been deducted for the order and i am still waiting for my order as if im gonna receive this order or not.

                      I ordered a hp laptop from flipkart but what they provide me was a different old model and as soon as i found it i immediately placed a return request for that before closing of the 10. Days return period. But what flipkart is doing is unexpected. They didn't contact me when i placed return request and said we'll contact you after 4 days and after 4 days what they said "your return window is closed now" inspite of the fact that i place return request on 1st november that is before 5 november (Replacement period 26october - 5 november) it's not my fault the return window is closed it's flipkart's fault that they contact me after that. And now from tha last 10 days one moment they placed the return request and after some time they said your return request is cancelled. I don't know what flipkart was doing from the last 15days that they are neither passing any resolution nor accepting my return request. Every time i call them they said we'll help you but i don't know when after months or after years this is the worst experience i had with flipkart. Flipkart

                        I purchased lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb) phone on (Order # od[protected] on oct 14th.
                        The microphone was not working properly so i launched a complaint on nov 1st for replacement and i was told service engineer will check first on nov 5th. Then after few days i saw the status has been changed to 'rejected'. Nether i got call from anyone nor flipkart customer care is ready to help...

                          I ordered a refrigerator of worth 20k and i received a damage piece. I raised a request for replacement which lead to visit of technician for the final approval. The approval for replacement was granted but i was traveling outside india for 2 weeks. Meantime i have asked flipkart to keep the delivery on hold and resume once i’m back. They cancelled the return online. I contacted flipkart once back but no response from their side. I lodge an incident in[protected] on 9th nov, 2018 but i don’t find any response till now. The only answer i get from customer care that sir you wait for 24 hours, we have escalated to higher authority and they definitely get back to you. What is the use of keeping a damaged refrigerator at home, where you paid a huge amount.

                            Hello,

                            Replacement id:[protected]
                            Affected product : moto one power mobile
                            Imei number : [protected]

                            Problem : dust inside camera lens which leads poor image quality. (Manufacturing defect)
                            Issue reported on : nov 02 (Valid return policy date)

                            I've ordered two similar mobiles motorola one power imei numbers [protected], [protected]. Received them on october 23rd. (Big billion days time) (Return policy valid till nov 02)

                            Some problems found in mobile imei [protected] like poor camera clarity so that, raised replacement from my flipkart account for the same on nov 02, 2018, same day approved for replacement.

                            On nov 04, replacement delivery arrived to my home. Here the problem starts!! The delivery person has refused to deliver because, his return document showing that the mobile imei [protected] has to be replaced which is had no issues.

                            As i am an end user i have only option to raise return against orders in my flipkart account webpage. But there is no field to select imei while raising return since i’ve bought two similar mobiles.
                            It's not completely my fault with wrong imei updated at return details!!
                            I'm not aware about what is going on flipkart background after user clicked "return"

                            I’ve called customer care to complaint regarding this refused delivery. I was tired of explaining him about issue…finally i made him understand after 15mins.

                            He raised new return request against affected phone, but this time he introduced new process called “technician visit” (100% unprofessional technician) by jeevs to confirm the phone has really camera issue or not before sending replacement.

                            He came on 7th nov, technician assigned by flipkart came for tech visit, i have explained camera issues to him. Then he inspected my phone he found that there is a white dust particle inside camera lens (I got shocked about i got defective phone from flipkart), this should be the root cause for poor image quality of camera. Moreover, he assured that you should get replacement for this defect.
                            He took picture of the affected camera lens and went.
                            End of same day i got notification from flipkart app that saying your return request rejected. What is this??

                            Again i called customer care to know the reason for rejection of replacement, they said that “sir, our technician concluded that your phone in good condition. So we cancelled your replacement” how clever they are???

                            I frustrated like anything again i called customer care, i lost my total energy to make them to understand, their words even more frustrating “we can't replace now” since you have crossed return policy end date. Hence, please visit service center get it repaired!! They are not ready to accept as i already addressed return on nov 02 which falls on return policy period.

                            Thereafter, i am restless after so many mails and instance ids in which many are not responded or responded improperly saying “sir, please wait for 48 hours and assuring that we will provide best class solution with in that.. Only fake promises since last 10 days”…

                            2. Closing as customer not reachable, but honestly no calls, missed call alerts even though i’m reachable all the time.

                            I'm a flipkart customer since 5+ years.. This time worst experience i had...

                            I request this forum to take convey necessary information/actions against flipkart

                            They are purposefully cheating the Customers with help of Jeeves named as "Technician Visit". They are not at all Professional Technicians to Resolve the Customer Issues, He doesn't provided any Job sheets of Defects with Proper Information & Signature.

                                I have purchase redmi note 5 3/32 blue colour 4 sep 2018, it's delivered on date 15 september, i'm reach nearest hub for self collect at that time i'm using my bebit card for swipe in ekart couier, so it's deduct my amount of rs 9, 999 twice, second amount deduct after completion of 1 month 16 october 2018, i have bank statement, pos id (Debit card swipe id), and lots of proof, i'm call ur customer executive they didn't resolve my issue, i'm file my case at nearest police station as well as i'll fight with you by law, contact [protected].

                                  I order for this product (Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1) in offer zone at price of rs 9507. but, My ordered was cancelled without any notification by the seller.
                                  now the price of this product is rs 12999. flipkart helpline told me to purchase this item at hiked price, which is rs 3452 more than before price.
                                  I want my product back at rs 9507. please help.

                                    I ordered total 8 items during big billion day sales of flipkart on 11.10.2018. 6 items have been delivered. but 2 items are not yet shipped. Post one month of Order date, i raised a query to flipkart regarding status of my order. Now flipkart tells me to cancel the order as seller is unable to ship the item. order page shows that item is waiting for courier pickup from 14.10.2018. but item is not shipped. totally 5 times flipkart customer care personnel forcing me to cancel the order. they also said that, if i dont cancel the order, seller will cancel the order. both items are presently available with same seller "retailnet". if i cancel this order, i will be incuring loss of Rs 1610

                                      Delivered date:sunday, 14th october 2018.
                                      Dishwasher takes long time process (3 hours).
                                      Return approved date : saturday 27th october, 2018.
                                      Dishwasher return requested on friday 19 october, 2018. Pick up is postponing till now. First date on 7th november 2018, second date on 14th november 2018. Not yet pick up is done so far. No refund also given. So, our hope is decreasing.

                                        I ordered a Laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 130 Core i5 8th Gen) on 02-Nov-2018 with order id :- OD[protected], during diwali discount offers and paid 27379 INR using my credit card.

                                        The order was in way and status was showing it has reached in one of our nearby Courier center but they were not delivering it even after 4 to 5 days.

                                        Then suddenly on 12-Nov-2018, they changed the order status to "CANCELLED".
                                        I was surprised that how they can cancel my order without any cancellation request from my side.
                                        Then i contacted FLIPKART customer care. Instead of giving any me satisfactory answer they are saying that we will issue a refund.

                                        Here matter is that I don't want any refund instead I want my ordered product delivered to me.
                                        The reason behind this FRAUD might be the increase in the price of the product after the sale ends. Now FLIPKART and / or Seller (RetailNet) might want to earn more profit by taking reorder from my side at higher selling price.

                                        I want to request to "Consumer Complaints" Forum to help me to get my product (Lenovo Ideapad 130 Core i5 8th Gen) back at the same cost which i paid earlier because there is nothing wrong at my side.
