Ordered Unit Received on 21st Oct 2018, Installation Technician arrived on 22nd Oct 18, He mounts AC unit on wall and as soon as he turns power on he finds Unit is FAULTY and makes statement that Unit need to be replaced which he will report to his office. We make a call to Flipkart Customercare and they answer unit is not available right now but they will replace it whenever it is available, thus complaint is registered by us on 23 Oct 2018.Technician who arrived didnt report anything to their office as per customercare. So we were made to wait, again on 25th Oct 2018 i made a complaint through my flipkart account (Notification snapshot is attached) till 29th Oct noreply so made another complaint through flipkart account and asked for replacement as i could see unit is available on their portal for sale. Now Flipkart responds to me on 1st Nov, saying your request for replacement is cancelled as i crossed replacement policy period which was till 30th Oct 2018. On otherside they say we will send technician to repair your unit. Which was unacceptable and we made call to Customercare explaining whole above story and pain. She responds slightly positive this time sayin We will send replacement Unit. On 5th Nov, 2018 Rplacement unit arives at doorstep but didnt replace because unit which is faulty has been fixed on wall and he says its not my duty to demount it so please call customercare and inform them and get a Technician to demount and pack it. So we called up customercare She says oh our technicians are not avaiable readily so you have to wait till we find. We expressed our pain that last 15 days we have been waiting and waiting. She says you dont have any other way, your problem will be solved we asure you but you have to wait. So we are waiting and looking forward for a new unit and installation demo...with all pain this is really unethical and unprofessional way to deal with any consumer. Hope someone acts right after reading and compensate equally.
