I had ordered a MI Note 5 Pro Phone on 5th Nov which was suppose to be delivered on the 11th.

Flipkart had accepted the request and kept sending notification that the item has been dispatched and stuff.
On 10th nob all of a sudden i reveive a sms that my order has been cancelled. WITHOUT IMFORMING ME ABOUT IT.
I received a sms that my order has been cancelled and they have not refunded my amount yet WITHOUT INFORMING ME ABOUT IT
After that i called customer care, what a stupid reason they have given me that all customer have to get change to buy a mobile and this is the first phone which i was purchase from flipkart, i told them, then they check my order and saying i am sorry but i can't do anything, this is not acceptable, i purchased this phn on big billion sale, now why i will pay extra money, sorry is not the solution, flipkart is cheating with customer.If flipkart any any doubt then they have to call me, i ordered my phone on big billion sale, who will bear the loss, this is not acceptable flipkart, i don't need phone i need my mobile.Is this the way to cheat with customer without any reason cancelled the mobile before one day of delivery.Flipkart is cheating with customer first they accept the order and before i day of delivery date then cancelled order with a stupid reason.

      I have ordered Thomson UD9 108cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV
      and one wall mount stand on 22th OCT 2018, another few days The TV Stand Delivered, but the still not deliver. IF i call or mail to customer card always
      told with in 48 hrs your problem solved .
      They also not to take return TV Stand which already delivery,
      Very Very worst service .

        Hi Sir,
        I bought a TV recently on exchange offer. non working TV is also eligible for exchange if there are no scratches and physical damage (it's mentioned in exchange terms and conditions. I have details about it).

        but during delivery time, they refused to take my old televison saying it's not working. there is no physical damage and scratches on my old TV. it's completely eligible for exchange as per the trms and conditions they mentioned.

        I raised a complaint on this with Flipkart on 8th November () they said it will be resolved by 11th November. I called them many times they are giving the same response saying it will be resoled soon.

        but finally they said as per the policy it cannot be done. I have the recordings and other proofs with me.

        Please help.

          3 days back i got delivery of Asus zenfone Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (Grey, 64 GB) Color: Grey Seller:Vision Star
          on second of day delivery i have notified issues with phone to the customer care team and asked for refund. but team has denied and asking me to brand or service center or use as it as. this is very bad service. This guys are not listening to customer. Every time just repeat "sorry" word and reading policy documents again. i told them its issue with particular phone its manufacturing defect and i cant use like this i have paid my hard earned money but this team not listening to customer. They are just in favour of seller and want to grab my money.
          i really dont want to escalate to many places. but i am struggling for my money. i want help from someone who will provide me refund.

          there is no action from flipkart and i am not getting money.
          Flipkart is giving phone calls many times and asking same questions, repeating policy documents and telling about seller.

          it seems that they are just caring seller.

            I purchased samsung galaxy s8 in flipkart and charging is draining fast and also mobile is heating. Within 10 days i asked for refund and contacted flipkart. They said refund is not possible. Then i asked for replacement of mobile but still flipkart people are not doing it. 2 technical visit is done. Still issue not resolved.

              I gajanan devidas gawai i purchased mobile phone realme 2 pro on dt 05.11.2018 from flipkart online sites with prepaid mode order id od[protected] and after approving my order by flipkart expected delivery date was 12.11.2018 but on this i did not received my order hence i had check delivery status on dt 13.11.2018 the flipkart status shows order return because shipment canclled. Whether order is approved by flipkart then how flipkart rejected my order? In this way i think flipkart use my money which i had paid for my order. So you are requested to do needfull in this regard to hand over my order to me or if flipkart refunded my money with 24 % interest on my order value.

                I ordered one queen size mattress on 27oct which is supposed to deliver on 5 nov but it is not arrived.
                So i called flipkart and check the delivery status then it showing 5 dec i requested to them to cancel my order but they told me it will get deliver 10 nov so plz be rest assured i'm agreed to that but on 10 nov it was not arrived.
                So i call customer care on 12 nov they said we have registered your complaint with supplier please check order status 13 nov. So tried to call customer care but they blocked my register number.
                Today 13 nov i check same product now it is showing that it will get deliver by 3 dec. And when i ordered it 27 oct it is going to deliver on 5 dec

                  This is to inform that i placed an order with flipkart for samsung galaxy a7 on 04/11/18 noon. I received my order on tuesday morning, and the phone stopped working as the phone never charged up.. It is an defective item, its been good one week that i am following up with technician so that can fix appointment. I called the technician 7 times yesterday evening and i called him today morning as he was supposed to visit at10 am. As per him and the message i received from flipkart the appointment was cancelled as they were unable to reach me. I can probably show the call log i havnt received a single call from so called [censored] technician. I really dont have any clue what flipkart is up to.. I spend good 27 k and my running behind the technician like an # coz i put my money in such a unfaithful and unethical online shopping website known as flipkart. I want my phone to be replaced within 24 hours otherwise be ready to face the consequences. I am highly disappointed with what flipkart customer care services are upto. Its already more than a week still m not sure technician will visit at my home or not. They just do what they wish to, this is probably my last order with flipkart

                    I had ordered redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and then due to some issue i cancelled the order. Flipkart accepted the request and i was told that my refund will be completed by 30 oct'18.

                    But till now refund has not been processed into my account. I contacted them time and again but there response was the same as usual that they have refunded the amount and it is pending from bank side. When contacted bank with the arn number provided by them, the bank said there is no such transaction.

                    Kindly help.

                      I ordered asus zenfone max pro m1
                      Vision star cancel my order without my confirmation instead of long delivery. They took order from us is if they can't delivery it to me then don't show stock or we can't delivery. But they took order from us and cancelled which is very disappointing. Stop taking orders if can't do that 😡😡😡😡 hope customers will not buy product from you...

                          I am unable to login to my flipcart account. The products that i had ordered have been automatically cancelled and i have not received the cash refund as it. Kindly resolve the issue and refund me the amount at the earliest. I received a mail saying that my purchase history shows that the products i have ordered is for selling purpose and not for personal use therefore i cant login to my account.                             I have order real me 2 pro phone in nov 4 but due to missroute issue i did cancell the product. Refund amount should payable at nov 6. But i didnt get any message from seller.. Flipkart executes.10 times i did complaint to customer care. But they told to consult with bank.                                 I booked a product nokia 6.1 plus at 5 nov, i received a damage product (Back panel is damage). When i place request for replacement after 4 hour of delivery (10 nov).
                                I received a massage, my executive contact you within 72 hour. But till now i did not received any call from flipkart. You are provide very poor service of replacement. I think is you are losing faith of customer. Amazon is much better than you.

                                I was getting delivery at my pincode 734313 but now for every item I see it shows no seller ships to 734313 . I was regular customer of flipkart but now I am thinking to change to snapdeal, it delivers there . Therefore I kindly request to resolve this issue ..
                                Your website price for mcfee antivirus for 1 Pc 3years shows different price
                                but while placing order it shows higher price. This needs to be looked into.

                                  I have had ordered water purifier from flipkart on 18th october 2018, order id is : od[protected]. There was no information given to me by the company to me but one day all of sudden product status started showing as "delivered". Complaint id provided to me was in[protected]. Ever since then i was mentally harassed by them and no solution is provided yet. Please look into this matter.

                                    I have ordered an shoerack on flipkart of 14 shelves and i have delivered with a 8 shelve product. When i informed customer care they told us replace is not possible and return is the only possible solution. Flipkart executive only initiated the return request and i was told that pickup will be happened on 12/11/2018. However there is no response from anybody on 12th and when i again called the customer support they told that we will inform logistics to get it done by 13/11/2018. However today when i contacted flipkart they are saying that the issue will be sorted out by[protected] and i told them i'will be out of station and they suggested me to carry that package along with me and they can't help me any other ways. As far as i experienced the vendors attached to flipkart are not good or the process they following might be worst and i'm facing the issues with flipkart. I strongly recommend not to go with flipkart unless they change their process and quality check. Customer care is of no use just a waste of time for us to call them as because we will get only sorry response from them which won't help us in any ways.

                                      My delivery was on 26.10.2018 and today is 12.11.2018. Customer service of flipkart is ridiculous and pathetic you frame your own policies and not bothered about the customer requirement. After 20 days of ordering the product today i have received a call asking for the delivery address shame on your part and if asked for a compensation you people are talking about the policies. Really shame and no words to describe the worst service... After receiving a product from flipkart if we return after the return period and request them to accept will flipkart accept? Now when customer is facing problem and why are they not ready to help us in any form?

                                      I ordered 2 watch and a Spry paint in flipkart to one of my address of pincode 577548, it wasn't delivered to me but in flip kart app it was showing it was delivered to me I already paid amount through Credit card.

                                      Hi, I tried to book realme 2 pro 8 GB 128 GB black sea mobile couple of times however all time when I proceed for payment, it showed me "something went wrong " and mobile goes to out of stock.
