I ordered few items, they delivered incomplete product and picked up an extra product without my approval... They cancelled the product and updated refund on one product and mattress tehy have no clue about... When I call the CX care.. they hung up... Tehy test my patience... Floor managers won't take the escalation call.. now I have paid the money and I don't have the product... No resolution yet... My phone number is [protected]... I hope they learn a lesson now...

They have picked up bed and mattress both, their installation and pick up team has done it without my approval... Mattress status is still delivered and I don't know why they are not resolving it...

    I have orderd on the order id (OD[protected] Bonkerz 54 keys musical keyboard piano with microphone & recording option from flipkart as on 29 Oct 2018 when i have recieved the product from flipkart the product is fully damage & accesseries is missing then i have file the return complaint & since last one week every morning they are sending messages to me for product pickup but they are not ready to pickup the product neither they are ready to refund my money.

    Multiple times i have speak on the customer care but they are not ready to provide any solution on the same.

      Don't Buy in Flipkart - Worst service
      Flipkart is Cheating people buy giving exchange offer.

      I have recently ordered new washing Machine from Flipkart by taking exchange offer with them. For this exchange offer they have given me 2000/- off when I was ordering New washing machine.

      At the time of Delivery of New washing Machine they were suppose to pick my old machine in exchange. Instead Delivery person denied to take back my old machine and asked me to pay 2000/- then only he will deliver my new machine.

      Reason for Denying -
      Delivery person Denied for picking the old machine is because the machine handle is steel material and it has got some green spots in it due to usage. Those stains you can see in the attached picture.

      Since I wanted my newly ordered washing machine, So I paid 2000/- and sent delivery boy after accepting my new Machine. Immediately I called to Flipcart and lodge a complaint on this issue.

      After 2 days Flipkart people called me and said that they will not accept this exchange offer as the old machine handle has some ware and tear.

      That Means Flipkart expecting people to exchange their new brand goods in return of other brand new goods.

      Or

      They are cheating people by giving exchange offer till we Buy the product.

        Ordered Unit Received on 21st Oct 2018, Installation Technician arrived on 22nd Oct 18, He mounts AC unit on wall and as soon as he turns power on he finds Unit is FAULTY and makes statement that Unit need to be replaced which he will report to his office. We make a call to Flipkart Customercare and they answer unit is not available right now but they will replace it whenever it is available, thus complaint is registered by us on 23 Oct 2018.Technician who arrived didnt report anything to their office as per customercare. So we were made to wait, again on 25th Oct 2018 i made a complaint through my flipkart account (Notification snapshot is attached) till 29th Oct noreply so made another complaint through flipkart account and asked for replacement as i could see unit is available on their portal for sale. Now Flipkart responds to me on 1st Nov, saying your request for replacement is cancelled as i crossed replacement policy period which was till 30th Oct 2018. On otherside they say we will send technician to repair your unit. Which was unacceptable and we made call to Customercare explaining whole above story and pain. She responds slightly positive this time sayin We will send replacement Unit. On 5th Nov, 2018 Rplacement unit arives at doorstep but didnt replace because unit which is faulty has been fixed on wall and he says its not my duty to demount it so please call customercare and inform them and get a Technician to demount and pack it. So we called up customercare She says oh our technicians are not avaiable readily so you have to wait till we find. We expressed our pain that last 15 days we have been waiting and waiting. She says you dont have any other way, your problem will be solved we asure you but you have to wait. So we are waiting and looking forward for a new unit and installation demo...with all pain this is really unethical and unprofessional way to deal with any consumer. Hope someone acts right after reading and compensate equally.

          I brought a Laptop from FLIPKART online website which is not performing as mentioned on the Website Product Details. Laptop is too slow and taking approximately 20 Mins to TURN ON each time after Reboot. Laptop is hanging and Too Slow with any Software's loaded in it. Working on MS Excel with huge Data and Formulas are too slow. Now, when I am requesting for the return request as per Policy they are cancelling the request stating to get the problem fixed using Warranty, while Dell Support engineer is stating that only Hardware problem is covered under warranty and software cannot be done. Please support under this fraudulent case of providing in appropriate information in website and selling the products.

            I received a mail from Flipkart asking me, would you like to answer this question by one Mr. Taran Goyal regarding a product I purchased. the product was Jockey woman's sports bra. And the question was 'Is the girl included?' (Gmail screenshot attached). This was not just inappropriate but downright disgusting. I request this complaint be taken seriously and appropriate actions taken asap. Also requesting my identity be anonymous.

              I just purchased the vacuum cleaner from flipkart
              Eureka forbes trendy steel dry vacum cleaner

              I was doubtful if the parcel has it or not but it was there received on 3/11/2018 & tried using it, it worked for just 10mins & then stopped working.
              Contacted today flipkart they say they will come back on 7th nov & not willing refund?
              Somehow i have always been afraid of flipkart & today i got it.

              I received zoonis desktop where my monitor was nt good i replaced it again i got more worst product than before..the display of monitor is gttin worse day by day. The display is broken and it is delivered to me unchecked.even after replacement i got such a product how will i trust flipkart in buying electronics in future please consider this .

                  I have placed an lg 7kg fully automatic washing machine (Fh2g6hdnl42) from flipkart but they delivered (Data: 5th november) different model number lg 7kg fully automatic washing machine (Fh2g6hdnl22). I have contacted flipkart customer support but they not responding properly.

                  For me its total loss, you people making customer fool. For both machine, in price wise and technical specifications are different. Please try to delivery right product to the customer.

                  Seller of this product is hapcus. Please some serious action over that customer.

                  If possible, please do replacement.

                      I have raised a compliant of my flipkart account being suspiciously hacked by someone from Haryana and being used to place shopping orders. The issue was identified on Oct 30 and I have raised a complaint with Flipkart team. Inspite of acknowledging the issue, its still not resolved. Every day when i followup, they (customer service) team will keep forwarding or putting the call on hold and will hang up without any resolution. Its been raised to highest level in flipkart (atleast thats what told to me) and still UNRESOLVED. I have not seen such a pathetic customer care

                      I will raise complaint in local jurisdiction court, cyber cell and in twitter, if not resolved in one or two days time.

                        I bought panasonic mobile P960 delivered on 1st november, the mobile screen is defected and microphone not working properly when i raised the replacement, I received from flipkart customer care and they are explaining about change settings Im wondering how settings change the screen quality, they are avoiding to replacement.
                        The customer care representative saying we cant proceed further and he is communicate like a ROBOT saying same thing again and again without hearing what we are saying.

                          I ordered samsung 253 L refrigerator in flipkart on date wed, 10th Oct '18 1.43pm. But while installation person opened the package we found its damaged and packed and went out. And said "place return request".
                          I placed return request on Sat, 27th Oct '18 11.37am. Technician visit will happed on Mon, 29th Oct and they side we will be inform seller to replace the product. I received return request happen on or before Sat, 10th Nov from Flipkart. Many times called Delhi VRY customer care for pickup details but Mon, 5th Nov I got message from Delhi VRY saying ‘Your Flipkart package with Delhivery AWB[protected] will be picked today’.
                          But no one came for that. Flipkart now status showing Return request got cancelled.

                          I received message from DLHVRY packing service reg pick up on Mon, 5th now. But the delivery guy didn’t call me but he update wrong information to Flipkart to Customers not responding. When I try to call executives he didn’t pick my call. This is very wrist service given by DLHVRY packing service

                          Its regarding Replacement request made by Flipkart and same replacement got cancelled 2 time because of your wishmaster denied to pickup.

                          Your wish master (+91-[protected]) simply rejecting the Order for Pickup Samsung refrigeration by saying

                          "He will never Pickup the order and asked myself to drop the product to there hub and if i am not able to drop then throw the product whatever you want to do".

                          Unable to understand the Problem with delhivery executive or flipkart

                          In the last Replacement request they simply done the same and when I called they never pick the call. (My Last TrackId[protected]

                          Please help me on this and if you are unable to pick the Order please refund my money back.

                          I am fed up with this replacement from last 20 days, there is no proper response from delhivery side as well as flipkart side.

                          Very worst service flipkart provide to customer.

                            I have ordered a product on 11th October 2018 for Rs. 1199 which has not been delivered and flipkart called me today and asking me to cancel it. I have asked for compensation for such delay and keeping my hard earned money so long, but the agent denied rudely and told me to do what I can do.                               I have purchased a mobile Realme Pro 2 for 12127Rs on 14thOct was suppose to receive on 25th Oct maximum, but have not received the product on the said date. I have complaint for the same and got the confrmation for product delivery on 30th Oct. As I have not received the product the second confirmation date I have cancelled the order on 30thOct.

                              As per the Flipkart policy the refund is done within 2working days, how ever till today I have not received my money back. I have raised the complaint to.call centre who have no clues about the refund. I am now in a big problem whom to approach how to get the money back. As there is no resolution for any problem winch we raise in the customer care .

                                I had booked a product (Whirlpool washing machine 7kg) from flipkart on 12 oct 2018 which was to be delivered on 24th oct 2018, which i do not revived till date.

                                I called and checked with flipkart executives everytime after 24th and they are extending the delivery date day after day. First they said that it will be delivered by 30th, then on 30th they said it will be delivered by 31st, then on 31st they said it will be delivered by 3rd nov and then said it will be delivered by 5th nov. And on 5th nov. They said it will be delivered by 8th nov. Till data i have not received the product.

                                Even not getting the correct response from the flipkart.

                                    I had ordered a LG LED Television from Flipkart on 3rd Nov 2018 with exchange offer on my old television. My order was delivered by eKart Logistics on 4th Nov 2018, the delivery was taken by my Mom as I was out of station, but when the delivery person opened the package to show it already had a big crack on it. He took the images and all and pretended to sent it to Flipkart and assured my Mom that the replacement will be done next day itself. My Mom is a old lady and trusting on their promise she allowed them to take away our old television which is in perfect working condition. When I called Flipkart to know the status of the replacement of my order Flipkart don't even know about it. And then initiated the refund on my order saying the seller have confirmed that the product ordered is out of stock.

                                    eKart logistics is Flipkart's courier partner still Flipkart is not taking any responsibility to track who the delivery person was moreover after calling Flipkart for more than 5 to 6 times their CSE is telling that I will not get my old TV back and is also not giving me the cash back of the TV picked up against exchange offer instead they will give me some so called gift card which i can use to buy any stuff from flipkart.

                                    I requested them to give me cash back but they refused it.

                                    I am very disappointed by Flipkart's delivery and customer service approach and don't wish to continue to but any products from Flipkart in future. I spoke to 5 CSE but no support was extended. I was told a senior supervisor will speak to me with in 4 hours but no call from anyone came to me for any support.

                                    Flipkarts customer care service has failed to resolve my problem so request you to help me to get my refund of Rs.750 (Old TV exchange offer amount) and Rs.18024 (LG Smart LED TV price paid by me to FlipKart) asap.

                                    FlipKart have cheated me and have spoiled my Diwali as I had purchased the LG LED TV as gift to my Mom but now the situation is that my Rs.18024/- is blocked with Flipkart, my old TV which is in perfect working is gone and I am not even getting appropriate refund for all the mess up created by Flipkart.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have been using flipcart since it started . I have my wife's birthday on 6th . I ordered a mobile lg g7 thinq on 31 st .I didn't got my order delivered by the delivery date . I called your helpline number .They told me that the order can not be delivered as shipped on a wrong mistake by them .They are cancelling my order and money would be reflected by 13tgSirwas the only amount left on my credit card . Now I can't gift my wife anything right now on her birthday .I am very Dissipointed and won't ever use flipcart . You can't even think how Dissipointed I am. I will go to consumer court for all the pain I have faced .

                                        I ordered one redmi note 5 pro on oct'11th 2018 with hdfc credit card no cost emi in flipkart.at the time of purchase they haven't shown terms and conditions against no cost emi option.they shown amount with no cost emi.based on that i purchased but now the bank was charged with interest.if bank would charge interest they should shown that in terms and conditions while ordering the product instead of some other screen.
