I bought a Lenovo A600 plus mobile through flipkart. It was having various issues like battery charging, draining, no signal.
Mr. Suhas RM of Flipkart called me and informed me that the pickup is not available in your area so kindly send the product to our Warehouse via courier.
I too sent it on Saturday 21 November 2015 and as per the courier status it has reached the Warehouse on 23 November 2015.
As per the return policy mentioned money will be added to the wallet in 48 hours after reaching the Warehouse.

Mr. Suhas also confirmed me over phone that once the product reaches the warehouse the amount will be available in the wallet within 24 hours.

WHY DO THEY WANT TO GIVE A FALSE PROMISES.


As of today 27 November 2015 I have not received the money in Wallet. When I contact the customer care they always ask for 24 hrs time.

I shall wait till today if i don't get money in my Wallet the issue will be escalated to Top Managements and let them know how their company works.

I too faced a similar problem like this... Accessories provided along with my Lenova K3 Note just worked well for 1 month. When I contacted the customer service, there was no proper assistance from them. Only until we purchase products they are assisting.. after that they never mind the customers..

Flipkart must understand, without customers, they can't carry out their business...!!!
This is really pathetic to hear . I think hereafter we should not think about flipkart and now I am going to uninstall my App.

Did not expect such a service from flipkart, will uninstall App. Hereafter should think twice to buy products from flipkart.
Yes...very worst Customer care for FLIPKART. I already switched service provider. But flipkart continue the same manner would be very tough to survive.
Flipkart has adapted a lethargic attitude after establishing its services in the market. The employees down the aisle will soon close flipkart at this rate.

Flipkart has very poor customer service. They doesn't find a solution or resolve the issue immediately, instead always say 24hr or 48hrs to end up the conversation in customer care. I suggest you to escalate and post the same in other social medias so that you could get your money in quick time.
