I got admission in frankfinn institute branch Rajouri Garden New Delhi of air hostess training and i paid rs. 15000
As admission. Then i got into financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class of frankfinn.. I told to center head to refund my fees but centre head. Told that you will not get any money. What shoud i do kindly suggest me and healp me to get back my money

I can't receive my Nsdc certificate ..

No one call me from frankfinn side till today even I had paid 1350 Rupees fee for Instant Certificate .

As I requested for refund the registration fees not the course fees from Frankfinn, because one of my friend from delhi is also got the refund, that's why I requested for refund. But they are denying to refund. They are saying that fees once paid non- refundable it's mentioned on receipt, but on receipt it's not mentioned about registration fees. On receipt mentioned that course once paid will not be refund. And I found a person from your website who got refund too.

I have been called in the frankfinn for a seminar and interview for a job as cabin crew but when I reached there I have been aggressively persuaded to join their course. I had shown much disinterest still they managed to persuade me with dreams and hopes. I have just paid the Registration fee and a one month course fee. I am in my 3rd year and this year is very very important for me as this is my final year of graduation, I told the faculty about this but they persuaded me saying the timings will be flexible. And now the frankinn class timing and my college timings are clashing and I need to focus in my college. 2ndly due to pandemic the economic condition for me is not stable and i won't be able to pay any more to the frankfinn, and It would really help me if I get the amount I paid, back as then I will be able to pay for my college. Fees in my college is still due. And please frankfinn show some humanity and help me out.

Kindly change my batch timing because 5:00 to 7:00 is not comfortable for me please set by batch timing as 9:30 to 11:30

I have completed my course in the year 2015 from Lucknow ( Uttar Pradesh ) but have not received my certificates yet please help me in getting my certificates as soon as possible .

Please issue Diploma Certificates Its been a year and yet I haven't received my certificates for all modules and assignments were completed which were given on time. Please provide certificates for the whole batch.

When I joined Frankfinn institute of Air Hostess of pune center mam told me that you will get 2% discount through online payment.
And I have cleared whole fees. The amount is one lakh twenty- seven thousand and five hundred rupees
And now they are saying that 2% discount is over.
Please give me the 2% discount of my whole payment

I was pursuing the diploma course of aviation, hospitality and travel management in year[protected].I have paid the full amount of fees and got placed in one of the placement drive which was held in frankfinn institute of siliguri .As because of placement I wasn't attend my hospitality class.I have requested my faculty for the certificate several times but haven't got any positive response from there side .

Kindly look into the matter.
