Hi freecharge, An amount of inr 53 has been deducted for airtel recharge twice instead of once. While the account transactions in freecharge says 1 transaction as successful and the other as unsuccessful. Please find the transaction details provided by my bank : Ccavenue-ccael2iyw807-101 Please make sure that my amount is refunded. I've recharged through freecharge only. I have done one transection for jabong through freecharge but then due to bad quality of product i returned that product and refund was initiated on 8 dec but I still have not received my refund amount. 5 working days has already been passed away.
