I just topuped for 400 rupees but the diamonds were not credited to my freefire account

Hi garena freefire i am from Nepal,
I am play freefire more than 2 year's, and my game level is 56 and 4300+ likes, so i am talk to suspend my freefire account . But i am don't use any hack or third party app on my all time. And i am purchasing many items on my account so my money is wasted? And i am also upload freefire gameplay videos on my youtube channel.. And i am play with high ping because very big network problem in my village so this is not hack this is network problem, i am don't know to i am use in my past so please give back my account and i am watch more videos on youtube to how to unsuspend freefire account but i am not use any third party app to unsuspend my freefire account when garena give me my freefire account when i am starting to play freefire otherwise i am not playing freefire so please point this and solve this problem and i am sure to i am don't use any third party app and hack. They bann my real I'd or account without any reason. Also they didn't give any warning to me in my real I'd and ban that I'd.
I can prove my self with the attachment which I provide.
I accept that I use config file in my second account which just I created for only see that what are hacks and how they work. And after using that I removed that config file hand to hand on that time. But when I open my real I'd I saw they bann my real I'd.
I complain so many times about that issue but they didn't care anything about that.
I already spend so many rupees in my real I'd but they didn't care about that thing also.
I request so many times that you have misunderstanding please once again check my I'd I didn't use any thing that garena allowed me but they ignore.
I request you to please take action and raise my voice to garena please help me and give my I'd back please 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
