          this incident occured a few weeks ago, my free fire id was banned and i was completely clueless about it, for a fact i knew that it wasnt me who did anything. Later on i discovered that my younger brother had put a glitch file to get some costumes or so. I would like to apologize as well as ask for a second chance as i have spent an enormous amount of time and money (around 17, 000 inr) in this game. Getting it banned is no joke, i would like you to unban my id at the earliest and on my behalf i shall promise that things like this wont happen again.
          i would be really grateful if its resolved at the earliest

                I am a free fire playnig free fire, I am 17+ years old. And I' ve been playnig free fire for two and a half years. But the gameplay I used to play with free fire ID has now been suspended. My free fire ID was created with a Facebook account .

                But without my permission a hacker hacked my Facebook ID then logged in free fire and used glitch file hack. Mayde that's why my free fire I'd has been suspended.

                      I send a ticket to a garena support but I got dead end...                                 Hi garena i contact you because someone hacked my account and when i try to enter it show me a message: your account is logged in other device. but i have only my iphone as device. i open a request by your customer center and they sad to me that : we have disconnected all device to your account, u have to log out and then you can login again. i do that but when i login it shows me the message: there are abnormal activities with your account. it has suspended. now, i have spent thousand of money in freefire and in 4 years of game i haven’t never used any tipe of hack or third part apps. im a legit player and Γ¬ dont want to lose my account because i have no fault. please give my account back. please. my uid :[protected] .ts hydra . europe server thnx
