I am writing to you regarding the recent ban on Free Fire in India due to security reasons. It is widely known that your servers are considered unsafe for our country and nation. As you are aware, you released a similar game called Free Fire Max, which is essentially a copy of the original Free Fire. It is important to note that both games are connected to the same servers, allowing Free Fire players to compete against Free Fire Max players in the same match.
The issue at hand is that both Free Fire and Free Fire Max were removed from the Apple App Store. However, only Free Fire was removed from the Play Store, while Free Fire Max remained available. This raises concerns regarding the safety of Free Fire Max compared to Free Fire. It is puzzling how one game (Free Fire Max) can be deemed safe for the country (India), while the other game (Free Fire) is considered unsafe while both the games server are same.
I intend to report this matter to the Indian Department of Technology and Official Authorities. They should take appropriate action, and I will also bring to their attention how you promote in-game items through influencers, indirectly pressuring gamers to make purchases.

Complaint marked as Resolved My account was banned by garena because my free fire id was hacked by havker and he uses hacks on my account and the hacker use hacks on my account and garena banned my account i request garena before to unban my account because i spent too much in ingame costumes and items but due to garena security issue my account was lost and then they are saying that i used hacks and reality is that i described above atlast there is time garena please give my account back nor im going to consumer court of india and rest you know that free fire max is also a danger for indian gamers because free fire was banned due to security reasons and both the games run on same servers with firelink technology so giving my account back is good option.
