I am beyond furious, and I cannot contain my anger any longer! I need to address the complete and utter incompetence of FF Teams and their handling of the SSA server removal. It is outrageous and unacceptable that you have taken away the only server that allowed us South African players to enjoy the game with a decent ping.

Your pathetic attempts to distract us with meaningless updates are nothing but smoke and mirrors. They do absolutely nothing to address the core issue at hand, which is the lack of a local server for South Africans. It's laughable that you expect us to be satisfied with improved graphics while we suffer from 150+ ping and unplayable lag!

You boast about your servers and technology, but it's all a sham. I have not one, but TWO routers at home, each with high-speed internet connections, and even with those, my ping reaches a ridiculous 300+ when trying to place gloo walls up close to other players. This is infuriating and makes the game unplayable.

And don't even get me started on your customer support or lack thereof! Your unresponsiveness to comments on YouTube and TikTok is nothing short of disrespectful to your player community. People have been voicing their concerns and frustrations about the SSA server on your Free Fire page for ages, and all they get is radio silence from you!

As if that wasn't enough, your support website is an absolute joke. I can't even access it properly because it keeps giving me an error when trying to sign in with my Gmail account, even though I know I'm using the correct URL you provided on the Google Play store. The sheer incompetence is mind-boggling!

I demand answers and immediate action! Bring back the SSA server or provide a suitable alternative that gives South African players a fair gaming experience. Stop hiding behind useless updates and actually address the issues that matter. We, the players, deserve better treatment and respect from the developers of a game we have invested our time and money in.

Consider this a warning - if you continue to ignore our grievances and fail to take action, you will lose not only me but countless other loyal players who are fed up with your neglect and mistreatment.

I expect a prompt and meaningful response to this email. Your lack of action has already caused enough anger and frustration, and I won't stand for it any longer!
