                Dear Team,

                This is been observed that in solo squad ranked game the players are selected randomly and some players are new to the game so they don't know the proper game play hence they fail to support their squad in that of there are some old much leveled up players or a good player they use abusive Languages to other squad players in that reporting you about abusive language you ask that you need an proof now who knows that I am going to get abuses in this game so let me record it so I think you need to change this policy and take a strict action against using abusive language as I have sent there are children's below 18 who play this game it is not good to use such language in front of them and if garena team does not take any action on this then wi have to report to higher authorities to BAN this game completely

                          Dear Sir/ Mam,

                          I have sent so many mails to free fire customer care nobody taking initative for responding. My issue is this game is been spoiled children health. I am fed up my child been addicted to free fire, I need to say even parents mistake is there at initially we had left child to play. Now condition is child is not ready to leave mobile for a minute in a day at least child is playing with mobile for more than 10 hours. We have tried plenty of times not giving mobile, by watching free fire game attacking elders.

                          Please please we are unable to make keep mobile away from child the only solution from your end to de activate my child ID and can block YouTube video of free fire.
                          I know you may feel this is very small issue and may not give more attention this can affect child health. Please Please Please you may find one good solution I can provide device details and ID details where if you can de activate, some time where my child not finding free fire game we can manage somehow later child will forget completely playing free fire game

                                    My dear garena I have a suggestion to improve our game.
                                    I am a player of our favorite game free fire.
                                    according to my experience, many players face a character-related problem. when we start a clash squad match with "Aloke". then we realized that here we need "Chrono" character to show my skills and My strategy against the enemy team .but we have not any option to change the character . so I have a suggestion to make a way that we can change our character on running match. [rules - players can change the active skill character when the character is ready to use players can't change the character when the active skill character between the cooldown time.]
                                    I think the is the newest concept in the battle royal game.
