Geberit India — after many complaint no mechanic has come for repair

Made an urgent complaint on 05/02/18 vide complain id g[protected] for leaking flush where water was flushing out continuously but no one came so i again called many times but still no one came till date. Again on 17/02/18 i complained but still no one came till date. More than 15 days continuously leaking flush can you imagine the quantity of water wasted. I want some one before 9:30 tomorrow morning. After that we will have to go consumer forum only.

The concealed tank diverter does not work ever since it got installed. Poor product. The tank does not fill once used. Kindly send someone as soon as possible. Once we use the flush, the tank does not fill again sufficiently for the entire day. This is really very irritating and we are really in a very bad state since the toilets are stinking
