I am sending this legal notice to you on an instruction of my client Shri. Saurabh Singh, husband of your employee viz. Mrs. Charmi Tengar bearing Oracle HR ID[protected]Process Executive-Data, D/o Shri. Harish Nath, R/o, H.No B-82, Opposite Life Line Hospital, Indupuram, Aurangabad Chowk, Mathura, U.P. for the following reasons:-
My client Mr. Saurabh Singh states that he had married your employee Mrs. Charmi Tengar on 06.03.2016 as per the Hindu rites and customs and she left the matrimonial Gurugram to Noida on 18.10.2016 following her indispensable Extra Marital affair and continued to work in Noida . My client had filed S.9 petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights before the Family Court at Gurugram. In order to harass my client and his entire family your employee Mrs. Charmi Tengar had initiated many number of fake cases viz. Domestic Violence Case No 2886 dated 17.04.2017, Maintenance Case No 182 dated 17.04.2017, Divorce Case date 17.01.2020 & FIR no 37 dated 30.07.2017 for dowry harassment against my client and his entire family at Mathura for high amount settlement, bluffing and projecting herself as housewife having no means of Income and had to fully depend on her parents while residing in Mathura .
My client states that his wife Mrs. Charmi Tengar concealing her marital status, her job, salary and stay joined your company prior to her job in M/s Cognizant Technology Solutions with Employee Id – 635331. She had been continuously concealing her stay at Noida and employment in your company conducting the cases against my client. My client filed Transfer Petition (Criminal) No. 560-561 of 2018 and Special Leave Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 4834 of 2019 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court seeking transfer of proceedings pending in Mathura Court to Gurugram as well as quashing of FIR case against my client and his entire family. The employment details along with supporting documents of Mrs. Charmi Tengar is required to be exhibited the pending cases against my client in District Court at Gurugram & Mathura, High court of Prayagraj and Supreme Court of India . I have enclosed herein the copies of order dt. 22.11.2018, TP and SLP petition for your reference.
Moreover her earlier company M/s Cognizant Technology Solutions, Noida was impleaded as party respondent vide Notice dated 15.07.2019, in the ongoing cases Transfer Petition (Criminal) No. 560-561 of 2018 and Special Leave Petition (Criminal) Diary No. 4834 of 2019 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court . Just to save herself from the perjury of manipulating facts in the court of law she switched to your company .
It is therefore, I am constrained to send this legal notice to you with a request that kindly provide or furnish the employment details of Mrs. Charmi Tengar namely copies of Offer letter, salary structure, joining letter, marital status, spouse name, present address for pick & drop, salary account number, undertakings and all the personal credentials that she furnished during the appointment, failing in which I will be constrained to make or implead you as one of the party in the pending case proceedings against my client.
Till date we haven't received any communication from the company.
