Glowroad — incomplete product received | |||||
Hi i have order stainless steel oil dropper of 3 sets but received only 1. Customer not responding me. I have explained many times but no solution of my problem. Customer care agent says i have aproved your request but pickup boy frequently cancelled the request. He says he can picked your product if he received no quality check notification. How can believe in both. Nobody believable neither glowroad agents nor pickup agent. Glowroad app is really a fake app don't trust anyone. Plz give me my money back. My order i'd is[protected]. My margin for last 2 order didn't credited in my bank account. This is my 10th order and I'm facing this problem. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Its about 20 days now. Please I want my margin. Please.
No refund no product picked up no exchange offer no discount no half payment back .
It's a fake company fake customer service and the founder is rascal .
