Glowroad — poor service and horrible response

There are few orders which are placed more than 10 days and still not dispatched, i am not able to reach your helpline number as well which is the most saddest part too. request your urgent attention as customer is unhappy.

i have started wondering on whats happening with your team as the quality of service has started reducing

i would want to know when this would be dispatch.

Most importantly now my phone option for calling is disabled and every time i need to write email. post writing when i reply it says i need to write fresh emails, means for every response it takes 2 days.

This team was providing wonderful service and i am shocked with the recent replied and standard response and poor way of handling things

Glowroad — wrong product received and they are not refunding claim amount

I have bought padded bra from glowroad.when I got that product. Its is cheap quality product, non paded bra &also color is different. So I likely to return the product. I try to contact them. They didn't revert. On that day they didn't contact me & very next day they call me & tell me that they can't exchange or refund.

Cheap quality product receive. They are not exchanging or refunding
When I ordered Palm supporter through mobile app, the company delivered wrong product i.e. neck supporter.
When I am going to return back and refund, but it returning option even customer care also not available.
