Dear sir, i have purchased one lacha from glowroad before 2months and order was online payment also done but same has still not received i have mailed to glowroad many times but no responce recived ki dly help for my money refund. Many time we have update them that order not received but they told that order delivered but when we ask for proof they not even able to provide for the same kindly take required action and help for refund

worst delivery service and customer support

Recently i had palced 53 orders for my multiple customers and i came to know suddenly that all the orders had been cancelled after 14 days without any intimation and when i intimated this scenario to the customer care then they casually say single word sorry. So i suggest all o[censored] not to work from this app because their courier service and customer support is horrible like anything else. After placing the order over here, there is not any positive response about the delivery from their end. This not the 1st time which has happened. This kind of worst service has been repeated multiple times from their end and i totally stopped to work from this app.

I am complaining about my order
I ordered a product on 21 feb 2020. On the second day i got a message from glowroad that my order is packed. Still now its not shipped. Its my first order. Estimated delivery is today. But still now its not shipped yet. What is this??? Its not fair. My customer is too much angry about this. They tell me that they dont need that product because of this late delivery. I dont need this. Please cancel that. [protected] this is the order number. Kindly cancel this. No need this. Please do the needful urgent.

Respected sir,
This is regarding order id:[protected], i haven’t received this product at all, while this has been marked as delivered on 29th jan 2020. I logged a complaint to your call center on 30th jan around 9.30am stating i haven’t received the parcel. I also mentioned that i had another order id:[protected] from the same supplier ordered on the same day to the same address. This parcel was delivered on 29th jan 2020.
Since order id:[protected] was delivered properly to me, i had disposed the cover. I mentioned this to the call center agent too. She said the possibility could be that the supplier had bundled the ordered.
This is surprise to me, since in the past i had placed multiple orders from the same supplier and even for the same item, i had instances where i had got 2 courier parcels too. So i mentioned to her that i don’t have the invoice as it has my personal details and since the product that i have received is correct, i had destroyed it and i am concerned about the missing product only. She suggested that i write an email with the image of the correct product picture and mention that i don’t carry the invoice of the correctly received product and she said she will support from backend on this issue with invoice.
Unfortunately i think that is the mistake i had made. The worst part is the reply i got stating since i don’t have the invoice they cant do much about it
I called your call center again on 1st feb 2020 since this reply was frustrating and mentioned this. I was assured that i will get a call back in 4 hrs, to my frustration i didn’t get any call. I called your call center again and i was again assured stating i will get a call back in another 1 hr. Since i am losing time out to return the order, i had placed a return request and placed for the same kurtis since i didn’t get call for more than an hour.
Finally i got a call from one of your team member and that person though constantly was saying sorry, surely he was not willing to support the entire issue. While i have been suggesting him to check back the complete order history of mine and i have been giving passing feedback of every single order, he was not willing to listen and constantly stating he needed invoice while i have been telling from beginning i don’t have it.
Below are my questions to him and the same to you as well
1. If there is a missed order how can i have a invoice
2. If you are really customer focused, how much time will it take for your to reconcile the invoice with your supplier and check what i am saying is true or not
3. Mostly importantly, its shocking when your person who spoke to me said the picture uploaded by me don’t belong to your company and most importantly he is asking for open video which was not part of your requirement. Do u think am i so stupid to take 2 of your site kurtis and fight a battle which wasted more than 1 hr of my time. Sorry to say, i am not so jobless.

Since two days am emailing and calling about an order i have placed. They r recieving the call and everytime trying to pretend as if they can't hear me. Cheating resellers by sending different products plus arguing that their customer service is good. I have proof of all the call records. Tgye kept my call option inactive so that i can't contact them

I haven't received my refund amount for my order which has been initiated on 6th September 2019. Kindly check and refund the same to my bank account.

I ordered on 05/08/2019 for set of sharara with kurti on glowroad but colour different received on 14/08/2019
So returned on request on 15/08/2019 and pickup same day
And there was a message that i get my refund in 7 to 10 days but it's almost 20 days over i did not get my refund of of rupees 590/- i want my refund back it's a request.. The refund policy was 7 to 10 days but there are almost 20 days over but i don't did not get my refund kindly help me please...
So returned on request on 15/08/2019 and pickup same day

wrong product and wrong size with missing product

I ordered for set of four bra with free two lipsticks...
But when i receive parsal their is no exact amount of order... Only three piece and one lipstick was in this...
And also color is too different which i choose... With bed quality...
He don't respond me till 24 hours.. And after 24 hours he refused to take it.

I have ordered Digital printed Cotton kurti with SKU ID:- 5054. I have done online payment of Rs. 237/- but product was not delivered having shipment AWB ID:- AEPP[protected] showing status as "Delivery attempt failed". But no refund is initiated as well as not able to contact customer-care.Please refund my money as early as possible.

I am facing tough times with glow road, my prepaid order booked on 10th of August is still pending to reach, when tried to reach customer service they are giving lame excuses, fake company.

No body can do anything because kunal Sinha know how to deal with All this things, you can complain how much you want but nothing is going to change, He is never going to stop all the things, These things make his company more profitable, so no body can do anything against glowroad Except complain, there is only one way to stop Glow road is to burn Kunal Sinha Alive, other wise there is no hope that things going to change, it will be like that always.

poor service and horrible response
There are few orders which are placed more than 10 days and still not dispatched, i am not able to reach your helpline number as well which is the most saddest part too. request your urgent attention as customer is unhappy.

i have started wondering on whats happening with your team as the quality of service has started reducing
i would want to know when this would be dispatch.
Most importantly now my phone option for calling is disabled and every time i need to write email. post writing when i reply it says i need to write fresh emails, means for every response it takes 2 days.
This team was providing wonderful service and i am shocked with the recent replied and standard response and poor way of handling things

I have bought padded bra from glowroad.when I got that product. Its is cheap quality product, non paded bra &also color is different. So I likely to return the product. I try to contact them. They didn't revert. On that day they didn't contact me & very next day they call me & tell me that they can't exchange or refund.

When I ordered Palm supporter through mobile app, the company delivered wrong product i.e. neck supporter.

I give a order of rs.580/- since last 10 days but i can't get the product i already paid for that product when i check my order to track it shows out for delivery but i didn't get the product i m trying to talk but they r not in touch i m trying to cancel order but it say not cancelable since last 3 days continuesly i m calling but they r not responding to my calls my emails this is customer harassment.

Recently i have ordered a NYC HAIR GROWTH ONION OIL, it was of rupees 209 but the delivery boy have shown me a wrong bill of 450 rupees and charged me extra money. I need my money back by anyhow. Its not right . By today only i need my money back.

Dear glowroad, my order id[protected] is due for return pickup up as the quality is below standard. Your courier service boy is sending msgs everyday n not coming for the pickup. He gives one missed call n then sends a msg that customer not available. He has been doing this with many of my customers. I am totally disappointed n dissatisfied with your services. My customers hv been complaining.. There is no response from your side as well. If you don't look into the matter i will discuss this issue openly in social media. Your contact numbers are also not working. Extremely poor n bad response

product not delivered
29th july product was ordered. Not yet delivered. I have neither received calls from courier department nor from glowroad. No calls from customer. It's just showing "executive will 📞 me back in few minutes' but till now nobody has called back. Simply showing that product was rejected by me and other unnecessary stuffs under order status. If i have rejected the order, then where is the refund amount. Last orders profit margin also not refunded. R u people playing with customers. It would be better i[censored] could resolve asap

This issue we have face second time. This time we made proper video and send. Glow road supplier support team rejected claim n said all polybag edges n invoice not clear. We sent specially edges video but they said sorry we cant appoved your claim. Before rejection if they have common sense
1) how we will change the bag in second video
2) how we will stick the return id sticker on another poly bag
3) its common sense. I agree with the policy but before rejection you think
Why they ask for invoice n edges showing video in this every thing is clear
But they are not refunding our amount
