Maine ek hi product apne 2 address par order kiya tha, taki mai jaha bhi available rahu mujhe mil jaye but mujhe nhi mila time par, but mere noida vale address par courier boy ne mujhe bina call kiye parcel deleivered ka status update kr diya fir call kiya. Mai boli mujhe nhi chahiye mai out of station hu to bola mam aap jb aana to le lena, maine bola thik h, mera dusra order mere home town k address par aaya jo k same product ka tha uski real pic lekar maine return request dali aur us person se puchha k aap return kr doge company ko? To bola ha mam mai return kr dunga But usne aisa kuchh nhi kiya Mai 3 din se noida aa chuki hu aur usko call krke bola bhi k mera order de do vo bola thik h but vo nhi aaya aur ab call bhi nhi pick kr rha Mujhe to apna order bhi nhi mila aur refund bhi nhi mila Pura loss hua h service man ki vajh se Plz help me Maine customer care number bahot baar try kiya but nhi lga Was this information helpful? | |||||

Glowroad — My money didn't back after the product is returned

I ordered a black shrug i got different colour So i like to return that product. I mailed them regarding this issue but they just called and said they need to check about this. But after that there was no response.
I request them to call back, again no response.
They picked the product but they denied didn't picked i attached screen shot
I need my money back and return the product as soon as possible. Please help.
