I had bought a domain address two years ago. And you guys have, without clearly stating that it is on automatic renewal, deducted the renewal amount for this year and i don't use the services any longer. Also on top of that there has been an additional purchase that has been shown this there has been no email reminders of any sorts or any mention of having accepted this automatic renewal plan. There has been no request to save my banking details either for your automatic future use. I demand a refund for the amounts deducted without any permission of any sorts.

My email plan on [protected]@bethlehemdevelopers.com get cancelled on april 3rd. We have missed to renew because these corona issues. Hope you can understand the current situation. But right now i tried to renew or purchase new one, but your customercare have informed i cant get the backup. We have some important materials on my mail account. So have to get it at anyway. Please let me know the solution. Hope will get the replay soon.

Why godaddy storing people bank account details.
They use it to sell their product to one customer per account basis.
It means they are storing people bank account details from payment gateway.

Request you to take some action against them as it can lead to a big fraud.

It is a serious issue someone should look into this.

We have 8 domain with 19 email accounts of office 365 essential plan, due to covid-19 we couldn't renew on time we have missed the renewal date after that while doing renewal i have called up customer care of godday and done it but i have renewed on 27-04-20 but today we are in 02-05-20 till now email id outgoing is not working many time i have called up the customer care every time the put hold on my call i am really frustrated by calling them... I need immediately activate the email accounts or please refund us will look any other service provider.

I am deepak kanodia and i have purchased domains from godaddy.com on 16th april 2020 via order no. [protected]

I have paid rs 2609.60 along with gst (Indian taxes).

But godaddy still have not given the tax invoice to me. When i contacted them, they said this is how their system works and they given only the order copy (Attached)

I have also provided them with my company details...

They advertise on their website that.com domain names and other extensions are available for a very low price for the first time pruchase.. Like a.com domain name is available right now for rs 199 only but on checking out it says rs. 911 and also there are links provided by their customer service that says.com domains is available for rs 499 if purchased for 2 years.. But on checking out its like rs 1700.. So its basically they are baiting customers to get to the site and end up buying without the discount as advertised.. And thus cheating customers in various ways... On top of that their online chat service executive confirmed that these are false information.. And for specific time period which they never mention.. I think its a cheating business to advertise different prices which is almost as low as 1/8th time.. And then overcharge 8 or ten times.. Its horrendous and not expected from an online company like godaddy...

I have talk to their executive many times, but the same issue starts again and again

I had purchased an acer laptop two months back from lulu, kochi. I was confused about the model to purchase; however, since there was an offer of gift hamper along with acer laptop, i opted for the same. However, after a month i got a call from acer apologizing for the delay in sending the gift hamper and informed that now they have upgraded my gift and will be sending a blue tooth code less headset worth rs.2000/-. Despite my frequent calls acer has not yet responded. It is sheer cheating done by acer.

I have purchase the domain from GoDaddy in 2018. The issues is they have automatically transaction from Credit card without my permission. When I ask for refund any they told me you have renewed the auto-debit from your account. From my opinion, I have never activate this feature and neither to know how to activate the renewal feature. Since I am a student and never gone through a renewal and my friend asked me money which I never used. GoDaddy is cheating to customer with auto renewal feature and transacting the money without any approval from the customer. This is criminal offence and should provide an update by email to customer if they are really going with this.

One Important thing, Godaddy was also called me for renewal where I have denied that and I was sure it was never renew from GoDaddy but still they have done the transaction fraud.

I had a very bad experience and with proof and bad hear i am writing this message, I had 12 domains in my account, I felt like someone was accessing my emails and i changed the email, phone number enabled 2 step verification and got it secured, Even after doing this, I felt let me move all my domains to a new platform and i did which was a new account of go-daddy, later i see that without the hacker authorizing my PIN, He has changed the email, phone number everything backend also taken back all the domains into his control, Now go-daddy is asking me to write an email to changeupdate, Which i dont see a response, I have all the proff but careless replies, I have every call records, still they tell you need to wait, What if that bugger transfer my domains to a diff platform ?
I have 200 employees working in my company and still my emails domains are not workings, It's hacked. I need a answer and justification for his as i am in a very bad situation.

I have purchased a ultimate shared hosting plan around 1.5 yr ago, for 1 yr service seems to be fine but later on they started creating issues. Listing issues below:
1. While purchasing they have not mentioned anything regarding the other providers email accounts can't be used to with their hosting, if we want to send emails from out application we have to forcefully purchase their email plans even at high rates which requirement can be fulfilled with other providers free quota.
2. Randomly at any point of time they have started stopping all the listed domains in of go, either they disable all the domains or they stop all the linked application pools with the domains, which create complaint from my customers.

Never take any service from godaddy. Their service is worst among all the hosting service providers.in tv mahendrasingh dhoni appears and gives arvertisements for godaddy. Thinking that it is a good service i migrated to godaddy and i took costly hosting plan. Few months passed without any problem.

My wesite got one word press website and one phpbb forum. The forum got lot of project related pdf attachments in files folder. Only less then 10 associates access the wesite from chennai india. No other visitors and no other users of the attachments.

All of the sudden i got email saying that i need to remove files folder. Without that folder my wesite is useless and i can not run any project as my associates can not see any attachments. So i could not delete the folder.

1. Yesterday my website got suspended.
2. Now i need to delete files folder to get back my account.
3. Called customer support and asked for ftp access. Made 4 calls to customer support and waited for more then 5 hours to get ftp access. Each and every time the customer support guy thinks that the customer is a small kid and he needs to teach everything to the customer. I clearly said i am a director (It) and got more then 40 years experience in it. Still the customer support guys spend enough time to talk useless stuff without understanding what i need.
They took lot of time to finish their pre-scripted useless talk and started asking what the customer needs.
4. Now i need to take backup and delete the files folder. I started downloading files content to my local system (Local copy).
5. My ftp access stopped after few minutes.
6. Again i called customer support and got ftp access after 1 hour.
7. Initiated download again. Again my ftp access is denied after few min.
8. This process went on and i took ftp access 12 times for downloading some 6 gb files
9. I deleted all the folders and big files.
10. Called customer support and asked then to re-enable my account.
11. Customer support guys said i did not delete all the folders. I sent screenshots to their email ids and proved that the folders are deleted. The customer support guys said they talked with us guys and us guys said that those folders are not deleted yet and need to be deleted. I asked them to share the screenshots showing that the folders are still present. Customer support guys refused to share screenshot and kep on asking me to delete the folders what i deleted already.
12. I started shouting the customer support guys in all bad words.
13. The team leader joined the call again and again the same story went of for 4 hours.
14. Finally i asked them to share the escalation email ids so that i can escalate further.
15. All of the sudden the customer support guys started pointing other small files and folders and asked me to delete. They just want to pass some time it seems. I took local backup and deleted all the folders.
16. I got some 10 emails asking about the quality of the customer support. I gave worst rating as i am already getting worst customer support and worst technical support.
17. Finally i asked the customer support guys to delete any file/folder which they feel and re-activate my account. They refused.
18. Finally i said. Enough is enough. I just need cpanel access so that i can migrate to some other good hosting provider.
19. Again the customer support guys started blah blah and took lot of time and did nothing.
20. After some 3 hours i got cpanel access now.
21. I was told to re-check my account again and to delete the files if there any. Otherwise my website will be suspended after 3 hours.
22. I did not delete any files/folders as i already deleted them to get back my account.
23. Now my account is active. Phpbb forum is totally useless without attachments.
24. I am taking full backup and signed for a hosting account in another good service provider.
25. I need to migrate everything to the new hosting account within this three hours as i don't know what will happen after 3 hours.

I faced hell of problems with godaddy customer support in this small issue. I did not write all here as already it is too much now.

Godaddy is worst company and only run by advertisement otherwise it will be closed as soon as possible.

Godaddy staff are illiterate, you will get frustrated.

Never ever host your website with godaddy.
You will face worst problems with their customer support at any time.

While purchase there is no terms and condition products avail for usa only

Extremely disappointed with godaddy. We didn't renew the server for 2 months and our server was deleted. Few renewal mails were sent by godaddy which went into our spam. No one bothered to call us. Now they are saying they don't even have the backup. Very disappointing. Please help if you care for your customers. Call on + 91 [protected] or +91 [protected]. Our customer id is[protected]

Godaddy guys are not good, they have deactivated my current plan stating that my product is end of life, i had renew the product 2 months back and i have paid total 6700/- approx for one year subscription, its just 2 months over all my emails got suspended the suddenly, two weeks back i got the email about this suspension and when i spoke to customer care executive, he told me that my email are active and it will be active till 16th sept 2020 and mistakenly they have sent that wrong email about email suspension but after a week all my email got suspended again called customer care and they giving me a different story, all my email has lost their life and i have to buy the new product now, this is how they are pushing sales, This is totally unfair and professionally godaddy is not trustworthy for your business, to run the show for time being i have paid for one month subscription and later, i will switch over to some other good hosting company. Last month on (19 sep 2019) i was trying to purchase some domain names from godaddy but somehow i didn't get that time but my amount reduced from my bank account.
I already talk with this matter more that three time with there executives and send them my account statement also.
They always promise me will looking and revert back soon.
But i didn't get yet my amount back.

Im trying to buy a domain called 1234567.com, everytime it was showing as available but when im trying to add in cart it was show some error, from past 3 days same thing was happening to me and im a registered user in godaddy.
And cc executive saying that it was my browser issue, where i have been trying from different browsers also.

This is in regards to m/s godaddy had blocked and suspended my server stating the nature of business. And it is after being a long time customer to them for about 5 yesrs. And they are not giving access to my server to back up my data on it.
Above this their own security team states that there is nothing phishing or malware found on my domain. Inspite of a single domain or so, they have blocked my entire services and not helping me out to gain access to my data.
