I ordered 3 dresses from *theshoppingbazar.in* on 1 september 2019. I paid 715.00rs. I got message that your product will be delivered within 13-15 days.
But i didn't get anything. Now that website is not showing anything. Internal server error showing. That website server is not responding anything.
I need the items i ordered or money asap.
Please look into the matter.

    Please do something this fraudulent company charging high rates for renewal so that domain name can be auctioned by them at high rates and fooling people by displaying low rates and billing high rates at the time of transaction.
    Domain once purchased belongs to owner but this web domain and hosting and development team are hand in glove in cheating customers at the time of renewal
    Please stop this trap game and absurdities by this domain sellers and web space related crimes.

      My customer account number of godaddy is 89635445.

      -date of incident : july 16th 2019 (Probably as we have found it on july 17 2019)

      On 17th of july we have found out that all our repositories hosted with godaddy were lost including databases.

      When we tried to contact the support team they were absolutely clueless, they were not able to provide us when the data was lost, who performed the action ip from which it was done.

      The public_html folder itself was missing (Probably deleted), but customer support was not able to provide us any details about how this has happened, if its really from our end, they should be at-least be in a position to say that the data loss was from our end with so and so login, at so and so time, from so and so ip.

      Generally if any data is lost godaddy doesn't restore anything unless we are a part of backup plan, but without any such thing they have restored all our databases, but when asked if they were able to restore our databases they should also be in a position to restore our repositories, they simply said they can't, which is causing many doubts.

      The desirable solution we are looking is as below:

      1. We need all the data that was lost in public_html folder (The folder itself was missing)
      2. If you are not in a position to restore the data, give us the exact details of how the data was lost with proofs of when, and from which ip this was done.
      3. We need continuous functionality of the hosting plan (Cpanel) without renewal until either of the above details requested in points 1 & 2 are given.
      4. We also need an assurance and contingency plan to avoid certain failures or to recover from such failures within 4 working hours.

        First while registration for website, they charged me 1300, for domain registration rs.748 for 2 years, and for professional email rs.552 for a year, after a month godaddy is again asking me to pay, if i want to edit my website, its was never mentioned while purchasing the website, they also made false advertisement, that we would get website only at 99rs.
        I would like to make a complaint and get my full refund

          Its been more then 4 days i am not able to access my pleask admin panel and every time i called or chatted with their agent they giving the same answer that they are facing the issue and trying to resolve the issue. But their is solution till date. They are just giving the repeated answer. Please help me i am already losing the task because of this

            Password of our domain is registered on the mobile of name of ex employee, who has left 9 months back
            Since then we have been requesting do daddy to register our owners mobile number for the domain. We have submitted all relevant documents to godaddy team but no resolution till date.
            Surprisingly there is no contact matrix available in godaddy.

            We have been paying all bills till date.
            Goddady should understand delay is causing us business loss and threat to our domain.

              Every month i m getting error send mails.
              i tried to contact godaddy but couldnt get any specific reply.
              always same reason that out cpanel detected spam.
              But question is if i m sending max 30 mails in a month how can it detect spam.
              but no answer later they said its cpanel issue which v r giving u free of cost with server so we dont know and cant support for that.
              i will recommend not to buy server no support from godaddy.

                Hi Sir / Madam, I need your help in resolving my issue with godady india. I was called my the sales team of go daddy and was offered a product for a website designed by their professional team. The sales person never told me that the website content needs to be provided by me or anything else needs from me to get the website up and running. I went ahead and bought the design package on Date: Oct 5, 2018 10:01 PM with Invoice / Receipt #: [protected] against my Customer #:[protected].Attached invoice for your review.Total: ₹16, 199.25 INR. After the purchase i got email from godaddy design-team for contents, i was shocked and informed them that the content was supposed to come from godaddy and not me as per the sales agent. They said no and i had to design my own content. I told them i will need time as i am having family emergency and will need to get the content designed by specialized as i am not a content writer. I told them till then i will choose the design of the theme, they gave me limited theme to choose and when asked more they went silent. I called & emailed them but no response. Soon dec 2018 they emailed me saying that the department is closing my website deal with no information on refund or resolution. I was chatting with them constantly and someone told me that the refund is processed, however Today is June 7th and they still not giving me any response, the customer helpine told me i have passed the refund policy now and i can go legal. I need your help to get my hard earn money back or the product designed which is the website. If i have to do all myself then why should i pay godaddy for the same.

                  I purchased a domain from godaddy.com on 3rd jan 2018 for 2 years of period. Since last 10 days, godaddy blocked my domain. I called them several times and mailed many time but they are not helping me. They always say that send us this mail or that mail and at the end, they said we can't do anything from our end. Now my domain is available to purchase for others on their site. This is totally unprofessional that no one helping me since last 7 days.

                    I have been a costumer for godaddy since many years. Today i felt really bad for the go daddy services and the team response.

                    One of my client hosting got expired unfortunately he couldnt able to renew it. I immediately raised a request for restore of files. For which they asked to me pay 4999/- i agreed and paid. They promised me what ever the last backup will be provided. Today they just gave me files without mysql database.

                    When i spoke to godaddy representative and she says they dont have mysql data backup what ever has given it was the last available. Without a mysql how a wordpress website will run? Files and database for deleted on same day and how can they retrieve only files. When i asked the same question they are rude to me and they suggested to go and log a complaint. I paid but they gave me half files which is no use.

                    Request godaddy team to give me the complete data for what you charged or please return the money

                      I paid hosting renewal amount to godaddy they blocked my website.. They giving stuppid excuses saying that my payment laying with payment module provider.. Ccavenue

                      I really wonder why this people telling like this.. Ccavenue payment provider godaddy agent.. Nothing do with me.. And when i chat with suppoort guys most of the support guys are under trainee they dont know nothing about it.. When i told this time i goto consumer court they telling gohead

                      Now they says my website will suspend.. Until they receive the payment..

                        I have purchased a domain & hosting service from go daddy & after 2 years they have received a trademark violation request from netnames brand protection limited saying a have a trademark infringement violation (Incident id:[protected] on my website so i complied with them, i have removed all the content they requested by them & ask them to provide more information on what else i should remove so i am not into any kind of violation of their trademark.

                        They were no reply or guidance on what i should remove to comply with them. After i have sent many emails they have suspended my account ruining my 2 years hard work & investment.
                        I need help

                        I was trying to purchase Add user for the email services, they deduct the amount from my account and upgraded the existing email instead of adding an another user.

                        Now there customer support are telling that I need to purchase another user and have to pay them again.

                          Godaddy has charged inr4790 for domain buy service which was not required for the domain under our ownership. We have agreed to pay redemption charge and domain price if they could add the amount paid as credit. But they require a 10 year purchase for the refund.

                            Dear sir, i have made a contract with vanished pest control services. Details of company service card attached with this complaint. This is a fraud company. They have taken rs 2200/- for 2 years contract for making pest control services in my residence at palam. They never responding to our call. We have tried repeatedly for services but they are not responding at all. I feel cheated by making contract with them. Kind request to please help us in this regard.

                              Godaddy suspended my web hosting services stating trademark violation,
                              Few things i like to mention, first godaddy sales team allow me to buy that disputed domain, the time i was buying that disputed domain no one from godaddy informed me about the trademark issues with the domain.

                              2:) if there was any trademark violation, instead of informing me godaddy team suspended the hosting services, without any prior notice.

                              3:) who gave them permission to hold my business personal websites data with business confidential email database. As this is a complete theft of data.

                              My business clients loose their trust on me, and all because of godaddy.

                              Complete shame on their services.

                                  We were running a company in partnership with name of jst business and we have domain from godaddy and after 6 or 7 month my partner have resigned from the company after that i took handover of everything from him that took almost 6 month and after that i came to know my konectbridge.com is got expired and i renewed that 30 january 2019 for next one and it got renewed for with no error, todays i was going to do live my website on that domain but that was not showing in my godaddy account then i called to customer care and they said you can't get that domain due to some internal policy issues but at that time i haven't got any error while renewing the domain.

                                  I have every single proof that i own that domain.

                                    I have taken multiple domains and server hosting services from godaddy. Now i am really worried why did i choose godaddy. Almost every alternate day i get calls from godaddy saying its review call. (Not sure who asked for review) and these calls come randomly in busy day times. The caller don't even have courtesy to ask whether is it good time to talk, the way the talk looks like i am some service provider and they are clients. They are so rude and behave as if they as making favour by making that review call. I want these review calls to be stopped immediately or else i have to switch other providers.                                       My problem has been going on for a long time. Your team is not able to handle the issue. The problem has been going on for the last 1 year. Rather than solving the issue, your guys are beating around the bush.

                                      Your website doesn't support open source. The same website when we host on another server works smoothly. If you guys cannot resolve the issue, then refund the payment that has been taken from us. Failure to do so will lead us to take further action against your firm for cheating a customer.

                                        While asking for help for web error from customer chat executive name: saurabh ([protected]@godaddy.com), he tried to modify data from my personal folder that i reside in domain hosting plan.
                                        Also he tried to update folders from my storage and tried to modify all folders.
                                        As this is cause of damage my personal data and clients personal information.
                                        Due to this act, my data & data of my clients are modified and some of data is lost
