Hello Sir, I am Using using godaddy services from past 7 years now, but from 2017 My Account in godaddy Which has a linux based hosting plan is being regularly hacked, i had consulted the godaddy team about 250+ times but there is no proper response and my issue is not being solved, Today on 17/02/2019 all my valuable website files of my customers are being deleted from my account and i have being left with zero files.

    My godaddy is now becoming cheating company.. They cheated with client.. They remove the product without notice and when client going renew they will charge large amount of money... Customers have to pay careful attention to the burden of data... They are cheating with client too much... Customer service also not good responding to client... I requested to all do not purchase hosting and domain from godaddy...

      I have four sites on godaddy including one is a ngo for street dogs. They now tell me i will have to pay 4639 penalty per site ie a 26854 in total as the site expired 31 dec. They called me and i was in a meeting so asked them to call back and they didnt. I did not even know what the call was about, i think. So i had no idea that there was any due. The email reminder mail must have gone into spam, so why dis they not call back? And why this piracy of making tens of thousands on 4 sites that are not worth for than 2500!?
      This is really piracy on the high seas by an american hardcore sales firm and complete cheating of the indian customer. This must be checked

        My e com website was supposed to go live on 24th of january. Keshav from pune he was handling my domain. He just made live first page page (Home page) live of my website. I send him mails hundred times but i did not get a reply. Later i got to know that keshav left the job so then they assinged me another team. I dont know thr name but ([protected]@godaddy.com) this is her mail id. She uploaded the pictures of products but no pricing is shown add to cart option is not avaialble prices are not available you can not login and register. So i send so many mails to check these things but even she is not replying. I have called so many times evry time they say team will contact you in 10 minutes in 20 minutes but i did not get a call. Finally i get a call and they are saying that it will take more 3 days becauae they dont have any developer available. Is this your services. I made the biggest mistake in my life that i choose godaddy for my website. I can file a case against you guys because i have paid all the money and today is 5th of feb and my work is not done yet. I am having so much loss.

          They are asking payment from our customer with their bank account details
          Where in we dont have any such bank account

            After wasting too much time and still not get the answer, my issue is unresolved.

            1) Not able to send emails via outgoing server host
            2) Previously emails were getting sent with the same settings
            3) Domain, DNS settings is with godaddy
            4) Email accounts are also purchased from godaddy

            Not satisfied at all with customer service provided and frustrated as the support member sticks to only answer everytime rather than troubleshooting or debugging.

                My website database deleted by mistake, i will apply for database backup, an agent miss shabana told me that, backup file is available from last month, i said ok then, she say me to pay for the backup, i was pay that immediately, they assure me, my website is running properly as it is, after 5-10 days. Its being a month, their is not any improvement, today they said to me that, your database file in not in the backup, what the hell. How can i run my website without a database, is it a joke, i want my money back and also my website complete database.

                  This bloody # fraud people they had done renewal domain which was not used from last 2 years without my permission.

                  Don't believe these kind fraud people they will call keepon for all their # products purpose if people need your's # thing they will call and they will make purchases or renewals, without our permission how you people made like # transactions.

                    Hi,
                    I purchased domain name and hosting from godaddy for around 2000rs on 11th nov 2018. Due to some issue, my wordpress site wasn't live. So, i contacted godaddy to help me with it as i am not from technical background. But no help recieved from their agents so i cancelled my hosting on 21st nov and asked for 1408 rs refund to my bank account.
                    Now they refunded the money to go daddy account. When i asked why they did that, they said it was due to an error with my credit card. If there was any error how come the payment got charged but when it was time to refund they cheated and are definitely lying.
                    Now what do i do with the money stuck as its not flipkart or amazon that i can buy anything ; its domain and hosting which, a non-technical person like me would not buy everyday. And even if i need to i will pay for it instantly. But they just stole my money in their account. I mean i want my money back. No need of their stupid in-house credit. They are not giving me any cashback that i must use on their website, its my money (My hard earned money).
                    Please someone help me with this situation as they are trying to close of complaint based on technical error/ they are trying etc.

                    I spent many days worrying about it and wasted my precious time with their pathetic agents. Those guys are rude, unhelpful, no empathy, no dedication.

                      Everytime in every 7 to 10 days my settings of hosting fluctuates automatically and data on my site www.mahajanrishtey.com stops updating. Then I have to call customer care executive to GoDaddy sometimes they resolve it by giving 1 hour and sometimes they just say it's ur fault.Its very disappointing and I am loosing business bcoz of this. Please guide me as I am loosing business with every running day.

They are making money to sell hosting product. So please be aware of these all. Avoid to buy Hosting Services from them.

Made calls every day, very poor response and made me wait for long times, finally they say restore your back up with out any reason.                         domain redemption fee

                        I wanted to recover an expired domain which isn't even under registry redemption. It was still under recoverable. Yet the registrar godaddy at the checkout slapped with a fee of 2758 and domain renewal at 599 + taxes at 460.50. I don't understand that why these people are charging a redemption fee of a domain which isn't crossed the 30day post expiry period. On top of it when i was talking to their customer support they kept speaking about...

                        Mr. Sohail from customer support without any approval deleted my website from server on 19th oct., 18. After which we received an email saying that your hosting account is ready. It's time to build your website. Whereas i'd already mentioned to him to just transfer domain to new hosting as website is already developed. When talked to his supervisor mr asit, he is just trying to cover him up instead of giving us proper service. He has also agreed that there is mistake from their executives end but still is not providing us any service. Today on 21st oct., 18 at 7:00pm he asked us to download & upload all website contents or backup from old hosting to new & had asked to send mail or call him back after done. Now we are trying to contact him from 9:52pm. But he is neither responding to our call nor giving us call back. When the line gets connected and we ask executives to transfer line to asit either they directly disconnect the line or ask us to call back after 15-20 minutes. Nobody is responding to us & our website is not working & all mails are deleted & we are helpless. Please support.

                          I purchased domain name via order number [protected] but it was still shown available on other sites.

                          It does not show up in my products however i have already been charged.

                          Not sure how after purchase processing domain was still available elsewhere.

                          Support says it would be available in sometime however it appears as available on godaddy site again for purchase.

                          Seems like something is really wrong with godaddy domain purchase software.

                            I have purchased hosting plan from godaddy and created email but its not working after i have contact to godaddy support and 3 time they told me different things and i have done changes as per guideline. Once changes done i have waited 24 hours but its not working once again i contact them and they told me everything is fine you need to wait 24 to 48 hour.

                            I have waited 72 hour and contact again so new support team told me to buy new domain. That is very long things to explain but not possible in writing already i attached all screenshorts please read my chat.

                            Please dont purchase any hosting plan from godaddy. They cheat with clients like this.

                                I was a godaddy customer for the past 3 years where i have my hosting, domain name and even the business plus website builder product with them. One of the products business plus website builder expired on august 29th. I called them in july and talked to the sales people about a possible product business website builder as mentioned on their website which has similar features as the business plus website builder except the email marketing campaign and the service speed. The sales person then sold me a product which he said had all the features of website builder business plus. I finally made a decision and bought the product on july 31st. Once i received the product, to my dismay i found that it wasn't the product i had bought and talked to the salesperson about. So, i called godaddy again and mentioned the same. The sales person, then said, he canceled the product and added the version 7 of business website builder (Which i thought was on their website as well).

                                Once i received the product, i was happy that it was the same product an used it for a week and then wanted to try the seo feature. When i clicked on that feature, i got a message that i have to upgrade the product and pay another 12, 000rs per year for that feature. I was taken aback and sent a mail to the sales person who sold me the product with the screenshots of the product descriptions on their website. I didn't receive a reply for three days and happened to miss calls from godaddy because i was at work meetings. I sent a mail again on 10th august mentioning the same, but did not receive any calls from godaddy after that about this issue. Instead i received more and more calls about renewing my earlier business plus product.

                                I got very busy with work and also designing my website that i missed calling godaddy again about the seo feature. After i created my website and published it, i decided to see if the seo feature was turned on, but to my dismay it had not been updated.

                                Today when i called godaddy, the blame has been placed entirely on me that i did not call for 30 days and i chose the incorrect product, so on and so forth. Godaddy is refusing to give the seo feature in my product saying that it is not included in the product and cannot include it. They are saying i have to pay rs.12, 000 per year extra to get that feature.

                                I feel this is outright cheating and fraud.in fact, i feel they are misleading their customers by displaying one thing on their website and not giving them the same.

                                I would like godaddy to provide the seo feature in my product with no additional charge. I am stuck with their product for 3 years without a feature which otherwise can help me.

                                Your website says SEO and SSL are included in this product, but when I click on SEO on the builder, it says I have to purchase the Business Plus Website builder. Can you please explain this?

                                  Godaddy offers the most horrible hosting services. They have senior support executives like vinay charan, who cannot resolve customer problems nor do anything to resolve them.

                                  Our sites have been completely down for more than 10 hours. Godaddy is still not able to figure out the issues.

                                  This is happening for over 1 month now.

                                  The email services they offer are simply cheating customers.

                                  Overall, the quicker you look for a godaddy alternative, the better it will be.

                                    We purchased a vps server 1 month ago after confirming that we can downgrade the fully managed support to managed support. Godaddy agent agreed before the purchase.

                                    We tried taking support from godaddy fully managed team, they told to take support from third party or purchase more. However, there was 0 benefit on amount spent for fully managed (Also cost is greater than server cost). We said to downgrade it from the second billing month as
                                    1. We didnt find it useful as fully managed support is least managed support in reality
                                    2. We got a commitment from godaddy agent that we can downgrade fully managed if not required in future

                                    After that, we made upgrades in ram of vps as the performance was very less (Even the maximum possible 8gb godaddy vps is much slower than expectation). We confirmed during the time o[censored]pgrade about the renewal cost multiple times and the godaddy agent confirmed it multiple times that we will not get charged more than the server cost upon renewal.

                                    Solution proposed by godaddy team later when we requested them to remove fully managed (Godaddy agent changed the commitment completely - godaddy floor manager and godaddy us support as well)
                                    1. Take another server without fully managed support and migrate everything
                                    - not possible: this requires lot of rework and approvals from third party vendors
                                    2. Go ahead with fully managed support irrespective of the usage. I. E. To pay more than 100% of server cost without any reason.

                                    This was very disappointing.

                                    Dear godaddy team: never allow a person to support customers without essential knowledge. Because your customer support team is not aware of any single thing and they keep on holding the call for a long time. Calls get stretched unnecessarily for over 2 hours and your team commits false information even after wasting 2 hours of time.
