3 months after installation, 2 locks out of 14 found defective. Both side handle with key type Godrej 6 lever locks V type licking lever stuck inside, not able to pull out.

The keys are not properly working in the key socket I cannot close or open the door using the keys.. both from outside and inside..

Dear Sir,
I have purchased 36 pcs. Godrej Mortise Locks (7 Lever Mortise Deadlock 2 Way) on dt. 05-10/21 . After installation of 1 month when i insert the key in key slot and spin the key breaks. I spoke to the customer care but did not get any help from them. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Sir, I am from Jammu and Kashmir.
I purchased Godrej VDP before few months but unfortunately after two months the outdoor unit of it doesn’t work properly, when i call customer care, they send some technicians and they also fail to resolve my issues, after they assured me that we will replace it, but neither they repair nor replace, what i can do now as of only two to three months now left of warranty

It has been 16 days since service request raised for repair of lock that is not working.
Understand Godrej has only one service Center in Bangalore and service can be provided at Technician’s convenience
Nobody is able to help in Godrej…..

I have purchased this Godrej Lock on 21/-8/2020 from M/S Sanwa Hardware Mall-Udaipur for Rs.1960.00 against bill no-1468.

I had actually asked him for a door lock that hangs on the bolt, normal but something secured.
The shop keeper Mr. Feroz insisted that I take the above so I purchased the same. He said I will send the person to fix it but later said he is not available .
We got the door lock fixed and after some days had a problem, the door would not open from inside. So we went back to him and reported the complaint. As he had written and given that it is under full guarantee for five years we did not expect a refund but a replacement. He checked and said it is working and is good and will not give any problem so we came back and fixed it again.

Yesterday my wife was alone at home and put the lock from inside, when she wanted to open it, the lock would not open. Anyhow she called me and threw the keys from the balcony so I opened it from out with the keys.
Today we went to the shop and gave our complaint and said we would like to have a replacement. The lady said Mr. Firoz will come so we had to wait for half an hour. Then their mechanic came he checked the lock and said it is ok.

We informed him the same was told to us last time also but it gets stuck so please exchange it.

The shopkeeper became rude and was very disrespectful also refused to change the same stating that Godrej people will not understand this they will say it is working. So I offered that we will give it in writing that this is not functioning well to which he said it will not work. He even went on to say Get out of my shop...

We look forward to a solution for the above at the earliest.

I am belonging in maharashtra Beed District si have purchase 8 levers lock 2 Quantity on dated 28.09.2020 but 1 lock is Not working Now as per billing lock is under warranty Now I require Replacement our deler is strictly denay for replacement
I have talk to your Customer care Executive she told Me that company not provided service of My location.
Please look into the matter

the above said society has hold godrej locker
one of the customer lost her key therefore that locker as break down and open it

I am a resident of Jagan studio, Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad.Vasavi Marketing installed the lock and left. My wife was present at the time of installation. I came to the house and tried to lock the system but the key is not inserted into the key slot. It is very difficult to operate the lock. So please provide the assistance to lock the door properly.

I have given complaint regarding my safe locker display to godrej customer care.
As they arranged a person for the same they had charged me Rs500 for the same and told me your xyz part is not working and it will charge to some where about 1800 to 2000.
After that I called them multiple times that your person had not arrived so they came after a month for service. The Same day he asked me Rs3500 for that part (may be he thought to take an extra amount from me)
After that I said him that you had told me this will cost me somewhere about 2000 and I had already paid him Rs500 for this visit which he said will be deducted when you pay for the part which is not working.
After that he started to bargain with me for the part and he said I'll take 2800 for the same and I asked him for price list or connect a call with your boss, so he refused and later I thought he must be fraud person and I told him to go.
After that I raised another complaint but I had not received any resolution for the Same in past 1year.
I had also received a call from service team but again they where asking me visiting charges Rs600 .
My question is first also I had paid Rs500 which is my loss and again why should I pay Rs600 for loss which has been caused to me because of Godrej company.
Kindly take some strict action against the service team. And help me to resolve my issues

Door lock is not working .

I brought a Ultra XL+ Godrej lock on 11/11/2019 and it was installed by company personal.
I am facing issue with Locking the door, Godrej lock is stuck and it's not locking a door and also key gets stuck it's not moving on lock side...Please solve the my problem ...

Yesterday I have raised a service request, [protected].

It's been 24 hrs, I am waiting my door to be opened. The lock is under warranty and and fitted by Godrej itself.

You people have assigned a technician and he was unable to open the lock, he just drilled the key hole.
He was insisting to break the door, this is highly unacceptable. My door is far more expansive and I have done some interior work.

Please arrange a good technician who can open the lock without damaging the door.

I am currently staying at hotel.

Please take is matter to highest priority. I lost my two working day, as all my laptop and other stuff inside my flat.

I brought new door lock on 05/04/2021 and was installed by the company personel. I hardly used it 5 to 6 times as I have left to my native in the same week and home was kept locked. I came back to hyd yesterday only. In the morning I am about to leave and door was not getting locked. I have raised a complaint. Executive is demanding Rs 250/- as service charge. What is the warrenty you are providing.

We have purchased 5 set of godrej handal lock model no-neh-06 8" 7117 on[protected] from sumit enterprises gurgaon-122001. On[protected] one piece of these handle locks got stuck badly. This handle did not open lock even after carpainter's millions attempts.After which it had to be compelled to cut it.This is a question mark on company product.. Please replace it...Otherwise i will put this matter in consumer court.

I had requested Godrej Customer Care for purchase of duplicate key against my Godrej Ultra XL+ Tribolt lock . They provided me the contact no. of Mr. Purna Pradhan (M- [protected]). I had contacted Mr. Purna and he informed me to come to his location at 4:30pm of 26th April 2021 but he did not came till 6:30pm. I had called him at that location 3-4 times. Every time he assured to reach within 5minutes but did not came. Lastly, he switched off his mobile. Again I contacted your customer care and they provide me a ticket no. W[protected] but I found same is closed without taking any action by Godrej lock service.
