Its been three and half years since we got the safety locker which has not been used once also in the past years. Now the lock is not working and the door is not being closed. I request you to kindly send your executive and provide the needed service as soon as possible.

I purchased 4 godrej door lock 3 month ago from local shop.one of lock now not functioning. I register a complain company by call.but they are demanding charge to repair the lock. My lock is under warranty for 1 year but they denied to repair it free of cost. They told me that as I installed lock from local carpainter so my warranty is void. But there is no such a point of their warrany card as well as local shop owner did not told me that installation only done by company technician. Company cheated people like this.So I demanding my warranty by company as lock under warranty.

I purchased vertibolt 2c locker for main door on 21.9.2020 at sb interiors and office sustems at peerzadiguda, hyderabad and sincerely called up customer service and registered my details of product and address for fitting the locker and i had got a call after two days and confiirmed for details but no action. Again i telephonically requested confirming details but as of now no action on the part godrej service. I think it has become third rated response and patronage. I am a quasi judicial authority and a valid customer as i purchased so many products of godrej from time to time. It’s unfortunate and unacceptable on this front for their callous and shabby services. Resolve the issue immediately or else be ready to face the consequences out of legal issues in the matter.

Sir on 7th july i searched for job on quiker, after few hours i received a message from an unknown person stating that he is Mahesh Patel from Gujrat based data entry company suv solution he offered me job for filling and completing 1200 forms and each correct forms cost 25 rs X[protected]/- in which i dont have to pay in advance any amount after he said i only have to pay after completing my job and charges of 6700 will be deducted from my sallery they want 90 percent accuracy . If not then there will be no sallery and instead of it i have to pay registration charge of rs 6700. I agreed they send me a fake agreement in which stamp doesn't have any serial number which is not there i joined on 7th of july and i had to submit my work on or before 15th of july i had completed and checked my work twice before submitting on 14th of july and submitted it. It shows quality check in progress result will be send or shown in 72 hours. Next day i received a call from suv solution they said your work is accurate but ur id is locked if you want you sallery then you have to pay 8000 rs to unlock your id. I said i dont have money so please leave it I don't want money they said ok. Ur id is terminated. On 19th of july i received a message and a call from "smshelp" which is send online so that no tracing should be done. I had few words with that so called fake lawyer and he tried to scare me with legal proceedings. I agree for proceeding and cut his phone after that there was no response till 23rd of july. In between suv solution unlock my id itself and show my data is not accurate and they only show 1 form which is wrong. After that on 23rd another case with another internal id lodged (fake) and i received sms form 23rd till now i.e on 25th. But today i received a call from that fake lawyer named shivam Agarwal i asked him details about from which court my case was lodged, which district case type which is essential to check on government app "e court" but he is unable to answer me correctly seems like he doesn't know anything about court cases. He said district court vapi which is not in government app record... On asking case type he anonymously said internal case which is given in sms(which is not a case type)after that he told me to check on a site which can be created by anyone on checking that site there emblem is not clear which shows its fake. I told him there is no court in vapi according to govt. App and my uncle is lawyer in Gujrat, Gandhinagar he will handle my case you tell me your address he disconnected my call after calling him 10 to 12 he pickup i call and said sir please tang mt kro i warned him to answer my question otherwise you get call from many numbers throughout a day. Than he told me his address "ground floor h no 17 kalapathri colony viduti hall, lane vapi, gujrat 396191" which seems to be copied from google. On asking id he wants me to provide him an affidavit from my uncles side.so till now from those experiance i suggest everyone to tell your friend and everyone who is looking for data entry jobs not to do that type of jobs and aware your friend about suv solution specially. I will attach some ss and datas here.

1-days ago i was also register for online data entry job to suv solution company. After that i received a mail about the details of the work. It's about filling 1200 forms in which i need to make at least 1080 forms correct. If i complete more than 1080 forms correctly they will detect my registeration fee rs. 6500 or else i need to pay them. They also asked my id and password of the website and my aadhar card proof. Only they forced me that if i won't pay them they would file a case against me. They have my id and password so they might change everything wrong and making me to pay them money.
After i searched about that company i got to know that few people are already got cheated by this fake company.
My request is hereafter no one should be cheated by this fake company. I have all the proof of them.

This is k. Mathiyalakan contractor from dharmapuri, tn. I'm doing powergrid projects in various powergrid site locations, the last 2 years i was done the grill door work and i'm using godrej 3572 grill door lock more than 150 pieces that all are good condition, but this time i purchased 18 no's of locks but unfortunately 13 no's of locks forming rust after fixing with in a week, the powergrid officials are not accepting that what can i do sir, after we are cotacting dealer they told its not a big issue just clean with kerosine and use. Here my question is godrej is a very big company their locks are not easily forming with rust here how to form rust in that particular no of pieces i need an reply and solve this issue.

I am a resident of sector 9, dwarka, new delhi and i purchased 7025 godrej exs astro lock for my main door on 27 june 2019 from your authorised dealer m/s. Gupta sons, sector 10, plot no. 13, mlu market, dwarka. Telephone:[protected] and email id: [protected]@gmail.com. The invoice of purchase is attached with this email.

On 7 march 2020, the lock broke and i took the broken lock to the dealer to make the complaint. The dealer said that an aurhorised service person will attend to the complaint and the lock will be replaced. I expressed my urgency as the lock is of the main door and in no other way i can lock my door which is a major security concern.

The service person from godrej visited my house on 13 march 2020, which was already very late and did the survey and provided replacement notice in writing (The notice along with the photo of the broken lock is attached). He said that when we take this lock along with the notice, the dealer will replace the lock. We went to the dealer again on 13 march 2020 itself. The dealer took the notice and the broken lock.

But i am afraid to inform you that the dealer has not replaced the lock till date (17 march 2020) and we are unable to leave the house and go anywhere. I and my wife are both working and we are taking leave and sitting at home alternatively as we cannot leave the house open. This is causing lot of problem to us.

I would really appreciate if an urgent action can be taken to resolve this issue. I can be reached on my mobile number [protected].

With my night latch and called them for help. Upfront they told me that emergency charges will be 600 + gst and within 48 hours charges will be 130+ gst. Since i didn’t want to pay so much i opted for the 2nd slab. Shortly a technician called me and after asking my apartment details he asked me if the lock was installed by the carpenter or the godrej guys. When i told him by the carpenter, he immediately told me that the charges would be 330+ gst. My question is, are you trying to fool us. We have paid a hefty amount for the lock and in distress, are u trying to make money. My vendor had not informed me that the installation should be done by godrej company and neither was this told to me on godrej helpline. Very very disheartened to see such an obnoxious behaviour of a much branded company like godrej. Please amend ways and stop harassing your customers who have bestowed their faith in you.

Sir this company didnt told me that if i dont complete i have to pay 5400 ruppes now this guy name priyank sharma is threathing me to give money other wise they will fille a case. Sir this is not right this guy states that he is from aurangabad court but i didint find him. He has. Told me to give money by monday or he will send notice kindly help.

I was searching for part time job, so i did registration quicker perphap 1 day of doing the same, a girl contact me from oval solution and ask me for online captcha filling work. I'm agree with the condition of rs.3.00 per right captcha of 90% correct filling out of 10000 captcha but they didn't tell me about if I not completed the work or cancel the work, you have to pay 5000 rupees at any cost. As per the conversation i gave her my adhar card. When the agreement copy received by me, i found that there is rs5000 for compensation money for failing to do the 10000 captcha filling target and instantly I reject to do work on her whatsapp number I attached screenshot of conversation. on next day I got a email in which there is login id and password info, I regularly reject to do work from 2day my email or telephonic call. after 2day of getting email an employee called me and asked"are you doing work" I reply no then she told me to pay cancellation amount and cut the call. i have a audioclip in which she accepted that the license agreement paper came to me with my digital signature which is not in my knowledge.
after reading agreement paper I decided to not work with company but force me to do work otherwise you must pay cancellation amount of 5000. Today when i searched about the company on web, I found that it is a fraud company and many more like me are stuck in the same case.

I received a call from the company. They will send me demo job and told me that 1000 forms to be filled up in 10 days for which they will pay rs. 20/- per form. I am a retired person and i was looking for a home based job.
They asked for a personal identity card on 02/10/19. I sent copies of my driving licence and aadhar card. Immediately they sent me an agreement form and asked me to send back the agreement form in their whatts app no, but i did not receive the agreement. Then they told me to provide the google password of my mobile which i denied, they had my mail address and a mobile no. They then asked for my second mobile no. Which i innocently provided. They then said that your job is done. At night on 2/10/19 i recvd a notification from google that my password was changed. Immediately i reset my google password. I apprehend now that they have hacked my mobile. I have lots of personal information including bank a/cs. On 4/10/19 they sent me the log in information to work on the. The job.
By filling about 40 of the forms. I found that it takes 8 to 10 mins. So to fill up 1000 forms it will take 9000 mins or 150 hrs. Or one has to work 15 hrs per day. It appears that it will not be possible for me to complete the job in 10 days.
Viewing the other complains on the same company in your site i am apprehending that they will ask to pay rs 5200/- for not being able to complete the job and if i refuse to pay they will send me a legal notice.
Under the circumstances, i do not know what to do. Please help
& advice me to overcome the crisis.
