I have very bad experience related to godrej element hinjewadi project. I booked the unit in j1 tower of the said project based on the floor plan printed on godrej element brochure showed to me by sales team but later on found that floor plan as per approved blue print is different which was shared by crm team.

Do not understand how false information is shared with customer for the rera registered project.

My name is Dipesh gupta, I was on the lookout for a 2/3 bhk flat and come across GODREJ FOREST GROVE, Mamurdi.
I had a multiple discussion and finally concluded not to go with this property. I would like to say from my experience please don't pay any advance to sales person or CP. They are very irresponsible and not professional to handle you hard earn money.

They ask me to do multiple payment and now i am chasing sales...

Godrej is the name you can't trust. Everything is fake. Poor quality, cheating customer with false information. I have all snapshot borouhers, promises and messages, call records from sales team. Its really high profile cheating company. Worst customer experience. Zero value for money.

The quality is so poor and no where matching with the brouchers and promises....

I owned flat in godrej infinity, keshav nagar pune. When i took possession, i found lots of small, small quality issues which are not expected from brand like godrej, door was broken, stoppers were not working, not proper slope in washroom area, doors were not closing properly, tiles were cracked or broken, damaged windows and so on...
I never faced such small issues with other builder when i bought my earlier flat.br...

I had expressed an interest in godrej nest propery in kandivali during a square yards expo. Later, i had applied for my eoi refund and sent all the documents to mohit jolly (Godrej sales manager), on nov 1, 2019. I was told that i would be getting the refund in maximum of 45 working days since date of refund application. It has been now close to 3 months but i haven't received it yet. I have been in constant touch with mohit about the same....

Godrej properties is constructing apartments just back of ashok vihar, gali no 1, phase 1, railway road in gurugram. They have cut multiple trees more than 10 and still cutting more. The trees were 40 years old tress approximately. There is no reason of cutting trees. Take some action by today else will have to do something else. Trees should not be cut. I am not able to add photos which is more than 2mb size. Do something. Save environment....

I have booked flat in godrej central park, march 17th, 2018 by paying rs. 1, 77, 786/- as token amount. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder. I have not even given a receipt.

Due to personal reasons, when i contacted godrej to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from godrej and entire amount (1.77lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges....

We had made a booking for an apartment in godrej garden city as early as may 2014 with a promised date of possession as 12 february 2015 in the sales deed.
The advance payment as per agreed payment (25%-booking advance + 75% possession) terms were done promptly by taking personal loan based on nri status. My emi per month is ₹166658 @ 5.99% for 48 months.
Based on the promise of handover we made a major decision...

I had bought a house in Godrej eden woods project at Than in Bombay in the year 2006.
Ever since then the project has been delayed close to year and Godrej has been not responding to my telephonic queries on settlement for losses.
The project according to the agreement was to be delivered in Oct 2007, hence I had taken a floating loan and now the interest too has gone high from 7.5% TO 12.5 % and i am loser on both counts.br...

I have purchased a unit in Godrej Park Retreat Unit Tower C 402. When we went to their sales office in Sarjapur road the Sales team (Mohini and Saurav) mentioned there is plan (80: 20), where in the actual EMI will start post the possession of property.
We agreed to this plan and made an initial payment of 10% i.e 7 Lacs to book the flat in April 2022. We availed loan from Godrej Capital accordingly to the plan.
Our initial EMI from May 2022 till April 2024 was 8300/- Per Month (i.e 10% of loan amount). In April we received an email from Godrej Properties (Relation Manager Saket) they will initiate for 80% Demand and we need to pay by May 2024. He also mentioned the possession of property will in July End or by Aug. When contacted with Godrej Capital RM he mentioned basically the 80% demand will be raised 6 months prior to the possession of property. According the 80% loan amount was processed and payment was made to Godrej Properties by Godrej Capital.
Basically my Godrej Property RM does not answer the call, hence I Whatsapp to him today to check when will the possession of the property. He mentioned it's in December. If the possession is in December, then why the 80% demand raised in March. I am salaried women, and we stay in a rented house. I am paying 63700/- as the EMI to Godrej Capital + Rent of 17000/- towards the house. If we would receive the possession by Aug at least our rent would be saved. Now the Godrej Property team is telling it's in December we are paying actual EMI + Rent. This is quite stress-full, no one from Godrej Properties is addressing this issue. RM is not answering the call and Call center team is directing us to RM. We are having a difficult time due to their wrong commitments. After paying everything me and my husband is left with 2000/- to survive, nor Godrej Capital or Godrej Properties are unable to understand our situation.
We went ahead with Godrej Properties with the thought that they are committed to their words. But now it's totally other way around.
And the RM is not answering our call nor is anyone helping us or providing us with exact situation. We are reaching out to for your support and guidance.

Godrej properties sales team has been calling me regularly. Even though I have not raised a enquiry. This is pure harassment. I don't want any calls from them

I have booked the flat in Godrej properties in Mamurdi project and my contact sales manager is Ritesh Sonwane [protected].

After booking the flat I suppose to complete the register and pay the further payment. During this process Covid was started and lost my mother and unable to make payment so godrej has sent few notices and cancelled my flat and not returned my booking amount.

I couldn't respond to any of there email as I was in family tension due to mother loss. Now I asked them for payment but unable to refund my 2 lac rupees.

Hi Godrej Properties Team,

I am lodging my complaint for not allowing me to carry out interior works in my flat#O1G01 Godrej Eternity Zest. I have made 100% payment in Sep2022 and since then I am following-up with Godrej Eternity team in Bengaluru. I have made ready interior materials in June23 and I have been requesting to carry on with interior works inside my flat. Till now, I haven't received clearance from Godrej Eternity. I can't wait indefinitely and this is affecting my mental health issues due to financial losses.

My only request now is to allow me for interior works. Hope this time I will get positive response.

I have been getting incessant calls from Godrej properties lately and it is just become a major irritant! Weekdays while I'm at work, and weekends at home, every day they keep calling which is extremely annoying and disturbing. Please help.

Please note that the Godrej Properties sales team has been constantly following up with clients to visit their office and then denying entry to the office a some Rera approval is pending. Why is Godrej properties in Hurry t sell the inventory without proper approvals as well.

Godrej properties should be penalised for such an act in their Kandivali east Akurli road project.
