    I have ordered a product from snapdeal on 1st sept and it has been more than 12 days the order is still undelivered. They are simply extending the delivery date without providing any reason.
    There are also no updates after 8th sept when I am tracking it online.
    The mobile no ([protected]) provided in the gojavas website is switched off from the very first day and the customer care no[protected] does not exist. It is really frustrating.
    The tracking no is UNISNPP6200929.
    Please look into the matter and provide me the exact delivery date.

          I have ordered a product from snapdeal with order id. [protected] on 6th of september. and it was shipped through gojavas courier on 7th. after that no update is available on the same.i need the product on urgent basis as it is a gift some special occasion. I tried tracking the courier with the given AWB no. UNISNPP6212257 but its not showing any results. and the customer care numbers provided in the website of gojavas is also not working. such a pathetic courier service. and this is the first time snapdeal is taking such a long time to deliver a product. Kindly help to deliver the product by atleast 12th.

            Stupid idotic GoJavas! God knows how they're running this damn business!! My SnapDeal order was supposed to be delivered by 7th October, today is 9th October!! Not a single update have I got regarding the delivery of my product, except that it had reached my city Kolkata on 8th October. These SnapDeal workers are also lying! Gojavas' God damn website does not open, even after entering the docket no, it doesn't track, your useless phone numbers all over this damn world are either switched off, or don't exist at all! How convenient! Then all of a sudden God knows how, in the evening of the 8th, SnapDeal tells me that order had been dispatched, and that I wasn't at home!!! 5 Human beings behind the front door and they say no one's there!? Get me my order fast or this craps gonna get serious!!! Docket no. UNISNPP6207249. I just want my freaking delivery fast!!!

            OH! NOW those on SnapDeal have updated that 'Delivery has failed a second time!' !!! How amusing!! Let the delivery boy come...I'll show him! You idiot SnapDeal and Gojavas, I will never ever interact with you again! Today I received a Flipkart delivery as well! They handed my product over from the same place, in just 3 days!! You idiots, Snapdeal and Gojavas!
            My mobile set is out for delivery for last 5 days but I don't have any status of that mobile ...neither their website is showing details nor their customer care number is working...my consignment no. is UNISNPP6202064

            I don't know when I will get this consignment..

              I ordered [protected] from snapdeal and the delivery date was 7th sep, till now they did not deliver the product and since past 7 days the gojavas service is down either by phone or email you can not reach them, are they really into the business or they are coward to come forward and accept whatever went wrong. Coming to snapdeal i am not sure why they work with such a horrible courier service. if you buy anything from other websites (amazon or filipcart) you will not have delivery issues at least.

                  I purchased ufc 2 ps4 edition from snapdeal on 30th august 2016. As per snapdeal it was handed over to gojavas on 1st september 2016 however till date (06/09/2016) there has been no response as per when will the product reach and where is it. What i simply fail to understand is how long does it take from delhi to patna? I ordered in flipkart for a material on 2nd and got it by 5th.
                  To add fuel to fire snapdeal says its our courier service fault and gojavas helplines are both off - [protected],[protected].
                  Way to go guys. Such an amazing service and response specially after being already paid for not even cod.

                    Car arm rest black colour, product was returned within the stipulated period through gojavas delivery service only (They being tied up with jazzmyride).
                    Note that the date of return is august 8, 2016 and my money has still not been reimbursed yet.
                    I have already contacted jazz team quite a few times now and they have confirmed that they have not received product so far and therefore, no refund has been made yet. What the hell is this

                      Hello
                      i order a side bag from you website . the order is in the delivery center from the date 30/7/2016.
                      i have called the delivery gojavas approx. 7 times and asked them to place the delivery after 3 pm, i ll only be available after 3 pm . still these guys are attempting the delivery at 11 am morning .7 days i am calling daily to the customer care they say the delivery will be soon still they came at 11 am .
                      and know they are saying they cant help out they have attempted maximum time
                      may i know my fault??
                      is this the services provogue & gojavas give to there customer .
                      let me know if i am going to get my delivery or i have lost my money // the mistake was i paid you guys early.

                          Hi All, Whoever reads this reviews please make sure do not buy anything from Snapdeal. Especially when the product ordered has been handled to extremely efficient partners like GoJavas. One word Pathetic. Shame of service guys..GoJavas has no tracking system, you might have to wait for more than 5 days for your product when delivered form Bangalore to Pune even via Air. Called multiple times to check but no help. No wonders why none of my colleagues and Friends even discuss or say the word Snapdeal when finding a product online.

                                  This is to inform the ridiculousness of the reverse pick up arranged by your organization.
                                  The supposed reverse pick up order no 1141343 is apparently being attempted for the past 4 days, and according to the website GoJavas, I haven't been available for the reverse pick up. I have been receiving messages from GoJavas that the reverse pick will be attempted since the past 4 days.

                                  However, I have been staying at home for the past 4 days to ensure that I am available for the reverse pick up, and yet, no one has shown up to collect the reverse pick up package.

                                  The gentleman (Ph no.: [protected]) from GoJavas who was supposed to come for the pick up answered my call once (and assured that he will be here today by 12 PM to pick up the package for reverse pick up) and then went out of coverage area since then.

                                  I hope this is not another sham to ensure that the exchange is not implemented.

                                  The organization did not have the courtesy to respond with an apology or return my phone calls.
                                  This was a priority pick up. Hence, getting the order picked up a week after the scheduled and expected pick up (along with all fake delivery attempts and the frustration that ur customer had to go through to get this done) does not really resolve the issue.

                                      It was falsely updated on the gojavas website that current status: attempted but not delivered - reason:- cid - address incomplete for docket no. Delpvnp670919 from printvenue. I was supposed to receive the courier on 18/07/2016, but did not receive. I called gojavas customer care three times and i was told that i will receive it today before 8 pm, however the last time i called at 8 pm, i was told that the address given is incomplete. On the same given address i received another courier on friday (15/07/2016) from printvenue through gojavas (Delpvnp670903). If the courier was received on that day then how was it not delivered today. The reason updated is false and i have complained at the gojavas customer care but i want strict action to be taken against the person who did this.Instead of calling up to find out the location, he conveniently updated false information that address is incomplete while i have already received a courier from gojavas on the same address on friday.

                                        A wrong packet was picked up by gojavas on 24th june, since then i am followingup to get it back by there is too much delay.

                                        Here is the docket number (p[protected] that was provided to me today by call center.
