My order no is unisdlap434294. I was expected to get the product by 26th may 2016. They are telling, the delivery estimated date is 1st june... How can they decide the delivery date themselves without informing the recipient. The product reached chennai on 23rd morning... From 23rd to 28th, no action taken by them.. Telling under transportation.. What type of transportation is this.. Areyou delivering the product from usa or what,, from chennai to chennia its more than 5 days and still not received..

Such poor service. Hate this courier company. Snapdeal please break your partnership with gojava and see some alternative like some local courier service or bluedart or else you will loose many trusted customer because of the frustation like i am getting with my order.

    I had a shipment from jabong.com which was shipped on 23rd may 2016 by gojavas courier, the tracking is freezed for quite some days, i haven't received my package till date. I have contacted both the customer service number but it's of no use.

      I have booked a package by go javas on 18th may docket no. Delpvnp662996, which is untraceable since 19th may. No response from their team to track the shipment.
      Even raised the complain on both gojavas and printvenue portal, they have no clue about the product. Maximum time to resolve was 72 hours which are already over, but still i haven't got the product.

        I m. Naveen kumar has ordered a something, and it's current status shows "in scan done at bangalore airport" on 22.05.16. But still i haven't received my package not the delivery was attempted. I am really disappointed and i have contacted gojavas many times through email but they kept on saying don't worry, i will look after and u will receive the shipment as early as possible but till now i haven't received. They kept on saying the same and i received an sms saying delay in sorting out. Please delivery me as soon as possible, as this is the first order. Hope u do and don't make me feel bad about ur service. I request u to delivery my package tomorrow 27.5.16 or on 28.5.16. As i need it urgently. I order this through snapdeal.         Actually I first email them, and they said they that the order will delivery by 25-5-16, but on 25th I didn't receive as 26th is the last date I waited and by 3 pm I got to know that the item won't be delivery on that day.So I registered a complaint, here.As I registered within 1 hr I got response, and by today(27.5.16)I received.So I recommend If u order haven't be delivery after the delivery date.register a complaint here, u get quicker response.             I've ordered a product from printvenue on 12th may. They dispatched the product on 16th may via gojavas (Docket no: DELPVNP661803 ). Even after 10 Days the product is not delivered by gojavas. The people at gojavas call center keeps reading a script saying that the product is on the way but have'nt got a clue what is causing the delay. A very bad service from gojavas

                          I placed the order on 7th april 2016 and the estimated delivery date was 15th april 2016. The item reached guwahati ganeshguri on 14th april 2016 and its not delivered to me yet. Ganeshguri is just 10 mins away from my delivery address. What is this. I have got message/mail on 16th april that my item delivery will be late by 2 days and i will get the product on 18th due to heavy rain. Where is heavy rain in guwahati. We all are going to work in this rain. So why product delayed. And again on 18th april i.E today i got a message/mail that again delivery will be delayed by 2 days i.E postponed to 20th april. So worst service by gojavas and jabong. What an excuse heavy rain. So everyone should stop work during rainy season. And rainy season has not started yet. What will gojavas do during june july. Do they stop making all deliveries. Really disappointed. I had to gift the shirt to a friend on his birthday. Please i want the delivery by today itself.

                                The oder tracking says Current Status: Attempted but not Delivered - Reason:- Shipment received at incorrect branch will be forwarded to correct branch for reattempt.                                       Hello.

                                      I have ordered in Jabong.com a pair of shoes and paid rs 1441 through my debit card .

                                      The AWB number is 26464244.

                                      I ordered the item on 4th of March and the package is suppose to come by 7th of March. On march 7, i got a message saying that the item is out to delivery and will be delivered by end of the day. But it did not come.

                                      Later in their website, they updated the status as "Customer not available on the location". The next day on March 8th again i got the message that the item will be delivered by today.

                                      I was waiting till 6 PM in office and no one called me. Later at 8 PM, i got the message that the item was deliverd and in gojavas website, i saw the message that the item was delivered to self.

                                      Also i got the mail from Jabong saying that the item has been delivered.

                                      I want to tell that Gojavas did not deliver the item and stole my hard earned money.

                                        My docket no. Is uniphxc113118, in the tracking history its shown delivery date 1/03/2016 but its not delivered on due date further i have booked complaints against it on gojavas on 04/03/2016 but still its not deliver nor got any reply against my complain .I have recived text saying that by 06/03/2016 deliver. But they didnt deliver.I was there only waiting to get the product.. When i call office's contact number no one is responding to it. So if this shipment has not deliver before 2 o clock tomorrow it is totally useless for me. So, kindly help me on this matter on urgent basis.
