I have been using gokul full cream milk for many years . This milk is known for excellent cream and best quality of milk, which results in getting excellent butter and good tea respectively.
But for past 2 months I am finding difficulty in procuring butter and seems quality of milk is has gone down . The taste of milk has become thin.
Pleaser look into the matter at the earliest as I don’t want to move from gokul to any other brand . Country delight milk is equally good as gokul which provokes me to switch over .

Status please or else I will be approaching consumer court . I am being cheated . And no information is updated regarding the quality of milk .

Since 5-6 months the quality of Gokul milk is continuously decreasing... Less cream and n consistency is thinner then earlier. It doesn't seems to be a Buffalo milk now, only price is increasing every next month, so many complaint placed to the distributor of kurla west ( Mr. Munir) but he just says to complaint on the portal. So here I am doing the same.

Lot no 2, Batch no. V - 05A.

We are facing quality problem since 6 months in our area.
There is no originality found in milk as it was 6 months back.
Less occurance of butter milk.
Also it is having a different odour which does not seems to be as buffalo milk.
Plz look into the matter on priority.

There is no cream as it used to be in past . i have been using this brand from last 20 years . i have complained to the vendor that since last 2 years the cream is absolutely nil

From last 6 months there is a continuous increase in price for Gokul classic milk. About 8 to 10 Rupees hike in the price. Please make your products affordable to middle class too.

This is a complaint about higher prices charged by shopkeeper on daily need product i.e. milk. I would like to address you that in my locality shopkeepers are charging more than MRP on milk product. which is unreasonable charge, they are charging 4 ₹ on 0.5 liter of milk. We buy Gokul Classic milk, it's MRP is 33 ₹ and they used to charge 35 ₹, but from today they start charging 37 ₹ which is 4 ₹ more than MRP. I hope you and your authority will look into this matter and take a strict action against this malpractices as soon as possible.

I have been taking Gokul Satvik Milk for a few years but have recently observed tampering with the milk pouch. The seal seems to be broken at one of the edges and resealed again. The taste is changed as well and request you to please check and get inspection done at the respective distributors in our area.

In Shirur City which is Taluka in Pune District All shopkeepers, Bakery shops charge 2 rupees extra per 500 ml, ( For 500 ml they charge 35 Rs) ... Please look into this

The quality of milk has changed in the last 6 months.
The cream of the milk used to be very thick earlier but now It's very thin.. and when we make ghee from the cream it doesn't whip at all. It stays in the liquid form only. The price of the milk kept of increasing tremendously and very quickly and the quality detoriated. Kindly look into the matter.

I am using Gokul milk sice last 1 year and today I have shocked once i saw milk has generated plastic while we are processing milk and prepared ghee. During processing I have found some plastic particles generated in whole process.
I think this is a big scam. Please inquiry and check.

Milk is not good now a days.. from last 2-3 months milk quality has been changed. It taste n smell diffrent as compare to before... N it feels like no fat milk. We couldn't make ghee from it.. very bad experience... Plz improve the quality

I bought 5 litres of gokul milk on 2nd May on occassion of EID from a local distributer. The person explained that its a fresh set of milk cartoon and is of good quality. However, soon as I came back home and kept the milk for boiling, it was all spoilt. I immedieatly complaint to the distributer but he did not help, nor he is ready to take this complaint forward with his superior. Please can someone help me.
