I want to complain a milk vender name ashapura shop near kanakia police station Mira Road east pin code 401107 on Gokul milk 1/2 ltr mrp is 29.50 and he is charging 31.50 pl take necessary action as he told me complain any where no one can do anything to him. Nor he is giving a bill to his customers my name s b mehra mob no [protected]

Updated by Shivanmehra Yes they hv notified about my posted complaint waiting to take action on this shopkeeper. It will really help for middle class people whom he charge more then mrp and make money in this corona period where there is no work or job or business and this type of shopkeeper r doing fraud.he is not ready to give even a bill that means he know that this proof may take him to jail. Still you can catch him call me I am the witness and customer at that time when he fought with me by not giving bill.

We have been buying Gokul classic pasturised full cream milk (MRP 58 per litre) for last 3 to 4 years.
Today bought 2.5 ltrs (two & half ltrs) & date best before use put on pouch was 3rd July 2021 (ie today). The store keeper had removed from refrigerator before handing over to us & we also put in our freeze as what we have been doing every day.
In afternoon when we wanted to use the milk, we found that the entire milk was spoiled & not fit for consumption. This has never happened earlier with us but this is warning signal for us.
Request company to refund the amount please.

Suppliers at Prabhadevi Mumbai 400030 not aware of printed Milk Pouch Buyback policy.. Pl revert how can consumer avail that ?? If not feasible and scrapped then still why you print on pouch and mislead consumer?? Pl suggest what should costomer do??

I have received as usual milk dtd 25thApr'21 from local vendor on 25th April 2021 at 8:45 am. The milk was in curd form in packet. I called the shopkeeper (vashi, sec 14, riddi stores) and tried another packet also which I found the same. The milk was so much broked that we can not use it further as it can harm health. The shopkeeper agreed to replace yesterday. But today he did not provided replaced packet. He is saying tempo person supplied...

I have recently moved to Thane in B 501 Olivia, The Verraton, Neelkanth woods, Manpada, Thane West 400610

I have started taking 1 ltr Gokul milk from today from the local dealer. He gives me 2*1/2 lt packs. The Mrp on the half litr pavk is ₹ 29.50 that makes ₹58 per ltr. The vendor is charging me ₹62 per ltr. This is not at all competetive as other milk companies which are equally good are selling milk at lower cost so why I shd ho for Gokul?

This is unfair and unneccesary exploitation of customers.

As a company you need yo protect your consumers.

Pl ensure that your product is sold at an affordable and competitive price to build customer loyalty.

I tried curdling the milk to make paneer but the milk does not curdle no matter how much lemon I squeeze into or even after adding vinegar. The milk just keep boiling like regular milk and doesn't feel like real milk.

Today morning we received Gokul milk from our vendor Pandey Dairy(Veena Nagar, Mulund West, Mumbai - 400080) the bag which we received was leaking as we couldn't see from where it was leaking as the torn part was not visible. As we doubt the milk bags might be adulterated by vendor or handling by vendor is not proper.
As in this pandemic situation Gokul should check about vendors are they doing the work proper or not.

Waiting for your prompt reply and I hope the matter is solved and proper action is taken.

Hi, I live in datar colony bhandup near R.A.D.A.V college.in this area gokul or any package milk is sold 1rs extra for each package and the reason is cooling/storage charge.irony is there is government authorized dudh center which does the same thing after 12 PM. And for gokul buffalo milk MRP is 29.50 but they are rounding off it to 30 rs. If we ask why they say how we can charge .50 rs. But if we are taking 1 liter it comes to 59 rs still they are taking 1 rs extra.
