I was issued the enrolment no as receipt of my money however before the final receipt is allotted to me, the management of the company was suspended. Since recently the committee appointed to settle the claim has started taking up the claims via karvy computer services, i wish to settle my deposit with gfil, however...

name amount mismatch

When trying to submit the claim form i am getting name and amount mismatch. I have given the correct account number and receipt number details. Amount is also correct. Only mismatch is with the account name and it may be a spelling issue regarding account name.

trying to claim my gfi investment

While trying to file claim regarding gfil i am getting an error 'account no is invalid' on the very first page. I am filing the claim for myself (Depositor) holding account in golden forests (India) limited (Gfil) bearing the account no: 01/9/ruc250430.

After filling all details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up...

mismatch of details in gfil claim form

I have made a deposit for a period of 3 and half years in golden forests india limited in the year 1996. I haven't received the amount yet. Recently the supreme court has given a judgement in favour of the depositors as per which the depositors are entitled to receive 70% of the principal amount deposited.in persuit of this the company has set up a committee for redressal which has authorised 'karvy computershare private limited'...

about status of maturity

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had invested a sum of rupees One Thousand (1000/-) in your company under RECIEmPT NO. LS/ 97/97667 Zone 3 ST.NO:APC97-2984/777701 ISSUE DATE ; 05/05/1997 ST. DATE : 21/03/1997 and a canara bank cheque 0836170 was issued in the name of Rajath Kowndinya for a Sum of One Lac One Thousand Only (101000/-) due for payment on 21/03/2018.

This cheque was rejected from the bank as it didnt contain MICR No...

      I have submitted my claim for subject deposit number LS /96/97279 dt 25/04/1996 vide claim ID number 1477020. It has been close to three months now that I have not received my maturity amount. Further my details under physical warrant section has also been incorrectly entered by KFIntech (Bank Account details for NEFT entered correctly).

      The current status is showing pending for approval from committee. Kindly let me know the timeline by which committee is required to dispose the case, as per my understanding Supreme court has ordered to dispose off claims within 3 months. Kindly process my subject claim on priority without further delay.
