My amount maturity date for one investment is 31/01/2006 and other is 26/04/2006
Under enrollment no.1228887

But till the date we have not received our maturity amount

Kindly let us know the process to get the maturity amount.

But not refund my payment in my account
Company provide me a cheq rs of 256000/- date of 25/01/2012
But my cheq is bounce not clear in bank because not available balance in company account

I invested rs 10, 000 on 04/07/1996 in golden forest (India) limited vide their receipt no ls 96/98296 dtd 30/07/1996, a/c no 01/9/lsb254887.
I was issued with post dated cheque no 0288212 dated 10/06/2003 for rs 36, 000 drawn on union bank of india, mani majra chandigarh, which got returned with "insufficient funds" note.
All original documents like receipt, post dated cheque, memo from drawee bank are with me.

I have sent a mail to gfil. [protected]@karvy.com regarding non acceptable of claim form. This site is not working properly. The site is showing that account number is not valid after submitted all details included account number, receipt number, name of claimant, nominee name, amount deposited etc. I have sent all these via screenshots and other necessary documents. The contact numbers given at your site even this number [protected], [protected], [protected]. These mobile numbers comes to be switched off while others always busy during working hours till 5pm. I tried so many times and have recording also of the above mentioned numbers. According to supreme court guidelines, you are bound to help the customers before 31/10/2018. And i have sent this mail including all the details of claimant with uploaded details of original receipts and some screenshot. If you are really want to help me regarding this matter, you will have to call me at the following number to resolve this big issue.

Sir this is naveen. Am having cheques issued by central bank on behalf of gfi ltd.. Presently i dont know about how i will proceed.. I dont have clarity about why they issued cheques and maturity date is 15/3/2020.. But now i read news company is not in a position to pay debts.. Please help me sir.. I[censored] want any refrence i will attachment of such cheques.. Those are huge amount consisting of 4 cheques.. This is to inform you that i had already submitted my claim application with available supporting documents (Enclosed postal receipt). Gfil did not issue any certificate in my case for the deposits. However an attested copy of the joint receipt for three deposits of rs. 50, 000/- each including four other depositors was dully issued by gfil and amounts were re-invested vide a/c no - lsc 860473 and code no-1465699.

I had purchased three sets o[censored]nits of rs.1000/- each totalling to rs.3000/-on[protected]. At guwahati from your marketing member, lipi khound, enrolment no.452456, in my name, sri pabitra kumar duara. Three nos. Of receipts vide nos.665087, 665088 and 665089 all dated[protected]. Were issued against booking units worth rs.3000/- of rs.1000/- each for three thousand units. As i tried to get the maturity amount from the company, golde forest india ltd. I did not get positive respons. So now i, wan trefund of my principle amount as per directive of the honourable court.

I have been filling the golden forest india limited claim form since 2 days, but it always shows "name/amount mismatch" error.

Earlier, it showed invalid account no. Error but now it shows name/amount/receipt no. Mismatch.

Even after verifying all the details correctly many times, the problem persists.
Please do the needful in this regard.

I had entered all the details as mentioned in my receipt and also suggested by golden forest committee reply received, but the claim form submission shows mismatch. I wish my amount deposited to gfil, refunded at the earliest to me.

My father had invested in golden forest (India) limited in october 1996 in his name - s. Nezamuddin rs.1, 000/- ; in my name - perwez akhter rs. 50, 000/- and in my brother's name - jawed akhter rs. 50, 000/- which had matured in march 2000 (Double amount in 3.5 years). The three cheques were issued by the company gfil and the 3 cheques were returned by my father which was received and endorsed in the original old certificates by the marketing representative of gfil as those were reinvested for another term of 3.5 years. However we did not get the new certificates for the reinvested double amount of rs. 2, 000/- ; rs.1, 00, 000/- and rs.1, 00, 000/- respectively. The gfil claim form is not accepting the account nos. And receipt nos. Of the initial old certificates and as such we are unable to submit our claim. I am attaching the original old 3 certificates for your kind perusal to please help us how to submit our claim. The details are as under:

My father late bankim bihari das invested a rs.10, 000/- vide account no-gfil a/c no-01/9/lsc/598961 dt.25.01.1997, pf no.832190. The maturity amount rs.30, 000/- was issued in favour of my late father vide chequeno.0975093 and the maturity dt.25.01.2003 of canara bank, chandigarh post dated but all the above original document were lost. But the same had already been intimated by me (Her daughter legal heir) on dt.01.04.1999 to m/s golden forest india, head office : n4-22, milestone -36, near ambala, chandigarh delhi highway, teh-rajpura, dist - patiala, punjab. Along with my representation and photocopy of death certificate and other documents of my late father and paper published. I am the only child and legal heir of my late father. Also my mother was also died on 29.07.2009.

Therefore, i request you to please refund the above amount as soon as possible, whichever greatfull to you.

I have deposited various amounts with golden forests which amass to a total of 50000 inr in the name of myself, my wife and my daughter.

However now in view of the honorable supreme court order i have tried many times to register the claim on your portal but every time it says the name does not match or some times the amount does not match and no claim gets registered.
