My name is nikita when i was trying to fill up this claim form. I found that my acct. No. Is invaild.. As i was doing in the same manner as shown in the example form i donot know why this is happening. My acct no is lcc74465 and my recpt. No is 99/38851. My commencement no is 18/01/1999. And may enrollment no. Is 18190. Please help mee out its my humble request..

    My father had invested in golden forest (India) limited in october 1996 in his name - s. Nezamuddin rs.1, 000/- ; in my name - perwez akhter rs. 50, 000/- and in my brother's name - jawed akhter rs. 50, 000/- which had matured in march 2000 (Double amount in 3.5 years). The three cheques were issued by the company gfil and the 3 cheques were returned by my father which was received and endorsed in the original old certificates by the marketing representative of gfil as those were reinvested for another term of 3.5 years. However we did not get the new certificates for the reinvested double amount of rs. 2, 000/- ; rs.1, 00, 000/- and rs.1, 00, 000/- respectively. The gfil claim form is not accepting the account nos. And receipt nos. Of the initial old certificates and as such we are unable to submit our claim. I am attaching the original old 3 certificates for your kind perusal to please help us how to submit our claim. The details are as under:

Name - perwez akhter ; a/c no.- 01/9/lsc495354 ; receipt no.- ls/96/234636 ; deposited rs.50, 000/-, maturity value rs.1, 00, 000/- ; commencement date - 11/09/1996 ; maturity date - 11/03/2000 ; enrolment no.- 805937 ; reinvested as gfil's cheque no.- 0915793 of rs.1, 00, 000/- returned, received & endorsed by gfil's representative on 14/03/2000.

    3. Name - jawed akhter ; a/c no.- 01/9/lsc495355 ; receipt no.- ls/96/234637 ; deposited rs.50, 000/-, maturity value rs.1, 00, 000/- ; commencement date - 11/09/1996 ; maturity date - 11/03/2000 ; enrolment no.- 805937 ; reinvested as gfil's cheque no.- 0915794 of rs.1, 00, 000/- returned, received & endorsed by gfil's representative on 14/03/2000.

      My father late bankim bihari das invested a rs.10, 000/- vide account no-gfil a/c no-01/9/lsc/598961 dt.25.01.1997, pf no.832190. The maturity amount rs.30, 000/- was issued in favour of my late father vide chequeno.0975093 and the maturity dt.25.01.2003 of canara bank, chandigarh post dated but all the above original document were lost. But the same had already been intimated by me (Her daughter legal heir) on dt.01.04.1999 to m/s golden forest india, head office : n4-22, milestone -36, near ambala, chandigarh delhi highway, teh-rajpura, dist - patiala, punjab. Along with my representation and photocopy of death certificate and other documents of my late father and paper published. I am the only child and legal heir of my late father. Also my mother was also died on 29.07.2009.

      Therefore, i request you to please refund the above amount as soon as possible, whichever greatfull to you.

            I have deposited various amounts with golden forests which amass to a total of 50000 inr in the name of myself, my wife and my daughter.

            However now in view of the honorable supreme court order i have tried many times to register the claim on your portal but every time it says the name does not match or some times the amount does not match and no claim gets registered.

            I have sent an email also to gfil. [protected]@karvy.com, however they also suggest that i get in touch with you on numbers provided http://www.goldenforestcommittee.com/contact/contact.htm however no one picks up the call.

                I had deposited rs.500/= only as fixed deposit in golden forest pvt. Ltd.in year 1992. But till date no maturity amount received. At present i am searching
                Related documents and surely i will submit these document. So you are requested please consider my name in your investor list winch your are maintaining to refund 70% amount. I have allotted land paler also which was provided by the company at the time of amount deposited.

As per their notification in news paper for proceeding of money reimbursement claim as declared by honorable supreme court of india we are trying for claim process completing with gfil committee. But they are rejecting our claim form request by saying that our accounts are invalid. We tried for contact them but we can not get any of the reply from their side.
