Today is 30/1
I hv sent my mobile on 6/1
Till date i didnt even get a call from your side.
I thought you will reply me but till now i dont know the status of my mobile
I was the first one to buy mobile in my city but see now i have no mobile
Please see that customer satisfaction must be the top priority.
But in your orgnisation there is none to hear my problems
Iam regretting from the bottom of my heart for choosing your company
Sir, this has crossed all the limits.
Its ridiculous and iam speechless for the worst service provided by your team

    I Sunandan Sanyal, account holder in sbi bank, complain about my hard earned money being taken out from my account.

    The debit card was in my custody, and i have never shared my credentials to anyone.

    On dated 20/01/2018 my account has been debited by 50/- and 6000/.The sum ofRs.6050 has been deducted through my debit card without my knowledge. Thus a total amount of 6050/- has been deducted from my account.

    My account number is in SBI high court branch, kolkata.

    The fraud transaction details are -
    1- (20-jan-2018) by sbi debit card xxxx xxxx xxxx8815 for a purchase worth inr 50.0 on pos [protected] at google servicestxn #[protected]

    2- (20-jan-2018) by sbi debit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 8815 for a purchase worth inr 6000.0 on pos [protected] at google *btpure txn#[protected].

    I request you to take immediate action on the above.
    Please take this up on priority.

    On dated 24/02/2018 my account has been debited by 50/- and on 02/03/20189 debited by 1300/.The sum ofRs.1350 has been deducted through my debit card without my knowledge. Thus a total amount of 1350/- has been deducted from my account.

    My account number is in SBI N-Ali branch, Jorhat.

    The fraud transaction details are -
    1- (24-Feb-2018) by sbi debit card xxxx xxxx xxxx0787 for a purchase worth inr 50.0 on REVERSE POS PUR

    2- (2-March-2018)by sbi debit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 0787 for a purchase worth inr 1300 on POS [protected] at GOOGLE *Visual Supply txn#332751

    I request you to take immediate action on the above.
    Please take this up on priority.

      I, sri sribatsa sanyal, face a debit card fraud on date 14.12.2017 at about 16:31-16:34. I am giving the statement of transactions of these fraud attached herewith. The account is ecom pur/google/*youngjoy/g.co/helppay# where my money send without my concent. Significantly the transaction done between 141217/16:31-16:34. I have received messages of fraud transactions at about 21.30. After that i receive a call from your fraud control unit bearing no[protected] asking about any such transaction (At about 22:05). I said them that i had’t made this transactions. They tell me to report branch. They blocked my card permanently. After that only one transaction amount 66.04 to account no ecom pur/google/*servi/g.co/helppay# (14.12.2017, 16:30), that made firstly, reversed.
      I need a proper enquiry in this respect as i have not made those transactions personally and my debit card as well as my phone is with me that time.
      So i need proper steps for this kind of fraud and refund of my money.
      Waiting for your necessary steps taken as early as possible to refund the frauded money.
      I know lately about this forum so it is quite bit late.
      I informed bank about this fraud the very next day.

        This is completely fake online clothing site. They make fool innocent people. They provide poor and wrong product and no contact detain or refund policy clicking on site. Contact number is wrong email is fake. Kindly remove it from google search so people can be safe for such type of fake site. Because its also affect original clothing site. How we can trust on online marketing. Such type of fake content highly affecting on online economy growth.

          Dear sir,
          My gmail avvount has not been shown on the gmail login site. My facebook and all other social networking site is connected through it, the social networking site are working but my gmail account is not opening. I have many mails to check and send so inorder to get my gmail account back please help be as soon as possible. I am many trouble due to this problem plaease sort out it as soon as possible.
          My gmail id is harsh. [protected]@gmail.com, and to sort out alternate gmail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

            Sir,
            I am k. N. Venu, my sb account no: [protected] and my sbi debit card number is [protected] and mobile number is [protected].

            On[protected] at 22.16 hrs my sb account got debited for rs.4000/- for 3 times
            With pos [protected] at google *octor inc with txn numbers :[protected],[protected],[protected].

            I have not done the above transaction and no otp was received. This is fraud and my account got debited. Please restore the amount back.

              This is happening all the time. SBI needs to make its electronic transactions more secure.

                  My absa bank account was deducted with several purchases which i did not authorize by google young joy, i even don't understand which services are offered by them. The purchases was done on the 18th and 19th of january 2018. This started after i have some few transactions with fto capital and downloading team viewer, metatrader4. I am wondering if this have some connections.

                    I did a transaction through tez app worth rs 1400. Status is waiting from bank and money is deducted from my bank account and recipient has non received any money yet. I reported the problem on app and issue is still same. It's over 7 days. I will never use this app and also recommend others not to use this app.

                      I have purchased the nexus 6p 11 month before. I faced many problem in this mobile like mic prob speaker prob etc. How many time i called google assist but they not solve my prob singal time. The always said to me that plz go to huwai service centre. Last time a month ago i have received update 8 android version and i have just installed and two day after i have noticed that my phone goes automatically going silent mode. Next 6 and 7 day after i received author version 8.1. And i have installed again but problem not solve. I called google they told me "aap huewai service centre jaaye wo hi dekhenge," that i paid these phone cost to google not huewai. "par marta kya na karta huewai walo ne bina matlab motherboard change kar diya or kaha ki aap android 6 chalo agr abhi aapne 8 installed kiya to aapka phone ded ho jaayega or humri koi responsibility nahi hogi." it's pure chines chep product don't buy any google product they are sold in india "pure kachra" product " if happens in usa. They gives new product plz plz plz share and rate it review. Don't buy any google product
                      Indians are not fool.

                        Hi i am aakash jagtap. My payment fail on 25th december 2017, but still after 15 days they doesnt provide refund. In between i raise dispute about transaction. I call customer care center but they are not sure about when i receive refund. They talk vary arogently. They told that there is no any time limit for refund of amount. It depend on theire procedure.

                        I had sent the sum of rs8000 to binay kumar harichandan on dated 10.01.2018 at 9.14pm. But it is still showing under processing. Rather that that amount got debited from my account. At a while recipient first got credited and simultaneously it also debited. And still now i didnt got my sum back.

                          Google transaction id: cicagicmnoixww transaction was going on 23 oct 2017 4.06pm for the amount of 100rs both transaction was failed but amount debited from account not recived the reciver. When im calling to tez help center every time they said it could takes time 3-4dys of working days but problem was not solved at till it tkes 2month 15 but not yet solved. Im alredy reported the transaction it shows under rewiev... Im thinking tez app was a worst and cheating indirectly if not like means please solve the issue of above the transaction, thank you
                          I sent 9000 through tez. But its showing "payment in progress" from last 8 days. I raise many complaints but they don't respond for any of them

                            I have transferred 1350 rs to someone's account and what i have noticed that amount has been deducted from my account but not credited in other account. I did this transaction on 7th dec 2017 and now its been a month they have not taken any action even after i raised many complaint.

                            Current status is showing "payment attempt failed"

                              Google customer care tells me my “google nexus 6p is not a google device. It’s a huawei device because it was made by huawei. Please go to them for support.”

                              I am willing to pay full price for it. I am not asking for a replacement phone, i am not asking for a cheap upgrade, which apparently are options in other countries, i just want to buy a new battery for my phone.

                              "... The latest in the line are built by htc and lg… not google. Why would i buy it now for you to not support the device less than two years down the line?"

                                      I bought a pixel 2 phone from croma store bangalore on dec 10th. I was suppose to get a vr at the time of purchase but due to no stock, google event manager rasika promised me to get it by a week. Till now i haven't received it and i'm trying to contact her everyday but no response from her. I am not expecting this from google. Where should i complain?

                                        I abhishek rana holding current account17 nov there are some unrecognized transaction, please helpout in that and take the action asap.

                                        *sbi promises us to give safe and secure payments so whats the issue now fix it asap otherwise trace the ip address and all regarding this fraud.

                                        What is this? Is this the matter of phishing or what? Suggest me asap..
