I given my electric rice cooker for repair (Second time), i bought 6 months back from your vendor[protected] at 8th cross manjunatha layout, munnekolala bengaluru. His answer is sorry greenchecf haven't responded back they did every time like this. Its almost 15days, disappointing with your service. I have all the bills.

I had register a complain on[protected] for a greencheff product aster but i haven't any reply from service centre from that day my complain no is cl130777. As im reading that my complain has been completed in my massage box im surprised so i want to complain about ur reply n ur service im realy dispointed to read about please solve my problem as soon as possible.

The above cooker was purchased from our show room on 22/09/2019. When the costomer used the same all materials inside the cooker came out through whistle, then he complained at our showroom and i adviced to maintain water labele but still then the problem was same. And i have registred a complain two day before but there is no action, and this is my 2nd request, if possible try to solve, because we have no time to type a small complain like a compitative essay writing.

Green chef stove: we baught this some 5 years back along with hp gas cylinder as a kit.. We haven't used till now just recently one month back started using this it is 2 burner stove.
The flames are burning very low.
The stove immediately gets off whn it is turned to sim.. So we are not able to cook at low flame.

We tried calling customer care number a several time from past one week, but the call is not connecting. Please contact the respective engineer and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Green chef wet grinder of two liter capacity has been purched by me on 25.02.2019.the motor of the appliances has not been revolving .complain issued to the diller but solution is awaited.we have been impressed while seen the colour combination and elegent look of the product and also the warranted period of 5 years on moter.sinceraly requested to dispose of the issue.

Green chef fresh coolz tower fan is not functioning after 10 months from purchase date. We reached the store where we purchased the fan but they asked us to contact the manufacturer for service and told they are not doing any services for this tower fan. When we contacted the customer care of green chef they are asking to return the tower fan to the store where it was purchased and said they does not do any services at home.
Since the fan is not functioning and response from customer care is also not appealing we will not be suggesting this product and ask people not to buy this tower fan from green chef in future if this fan is not being serviced on time

I have purchased a 3 burner stove some years ago, now the burner is not burning okay, very low flame. I live in mysore. Tried calling the customer care number but got no response. Nobody answers the call if it rings at all. Please reply to the mail at least. If you could give me number of any greenchef agent in mysore, that too would be fine. Waiting for an early response.

Purchased induction cooker with free pressure cooker but cooker is not working on induction. It's very bad when you purchase new appliances and it don't work as per assumption. Please look on this on urgent basis, i am badly impacted due to this.in starting it took some heat and boiled the cooker but after that it did not take heat. Seems some issues with surface, all over i am looking for early response and quick action on this complaint.

It is highly painful to note that a complaint was registered about faulty gas stove as it goes off while in use and many a times when lighting the gas stove it gives a blast noise and it doesn't light. We had registered a complaint with customer care wide compliant no cl64753 each time the customer care was contacted there was a standard reply that technician will attend with in 48 hours. Today morning i had spoken to a customer care executive ms. Diksha, who was so annoyed as if we are at her mercy for service. If the company is going to behave such way, it will have to face lots of cases in consumer court. I suggest all who reads this to not to buy green chef, such low standed product and face service issues.

Recently i bought a new mixer grinderon 2.1.2019 but in the first instance the mixer was not functioning. When approached to the dealer he simply said wait for some days mechanic will come and make correct it. But he didn't assure about the time. He simply said don't call to us. We will inform you. What is the use of purchase a new one without functioning. Please do needful in this regard.

Last 3 months back i brought new 4 burner gas stove from boran electronics and house hold appliances. From last one week i am getting gas smell, i raised complaint to hp gas agency. They send one technician as per him the gas getting leak from input port of the gas stove. I asked him to change but he told to contact greenchef people. To replace the input part they charged me. He did it for temporarily. I request you people to help me on this.
I am getting issue in on/off ports also. Please send one of your technician to check on this issue.

I have purchased greenchef induction stove at saravanas store, t-nagar, chennai.

It worked fine for 6 months and after that, on one fine day when i started my cooking in the morning, suddenly some sound came from the induction stove and stopped working.

At the same time my mobile phone was under charging but it didn't get harm.
I do not understand why greenchef induction stove give long life even when other local brand induction stoves give life more than 2-3 years.

I very much disappointed with the performance of greenchef induction stove and shocked to see that when i contact customer care number [protected], it always says busy, busy & never gets connected and moreover i do not get callback from greenchef customer care.
I am totally fed up trying contacting greenchef customer care and wasting my time in waiting.

I request greenchef to immediately respond to my complain and replace my older greenchef induction stove with new stove at the earliest.

I have bought a greenchef rice cooker which is not functioning... The warm nd cook button is not working well..
Even though it is an electronic device, current can not passing through it.

Please consider our requests.. And process it quickly... Is there any service center at berhampur??? I want to repair the device as soon as possible.. Otherwise u should replace it.

Purchased a 2 burner gas oven in the month of september 2017, now the problem is gas is leaking from one of its knob, which is very dangerous for us.
Requesting to solve the problem at the earliest from yours end.

I have a greenchef namo 2 burner gas stove. This product i bought in 10th march 2018. This gas stove was not going well because falmes are frequently stop and there is bad sound in this oven. And yesterday one burner's nov was broke. I called your customer care number to docket your complain. But they are not responding. So please help to do this problem.

I purchased wet grinder regular model on 17.02.17 at slv electronic vijayapura 562135. This grinder repair yesterday, problem : motor running but wet jar not running, i can't find out problem, i try to call your help line, but not connecting, so please arrange and provide services, this warranty period 5 year s date of purchase, regards shivakumar.
