I bought a 3 stove burner of Greenchef a week back. On unpacking I found that one of the burner knobs won't fit. On checking with the seller I was informed that I need to log a complaint to get the same replaced. But he did not give any information as to whom and how to contact for the repair.

I am unable to use this stove as required due to this manufacturing defect.

Please assist how I can get it replaced.

                                      I hv purchased the such products online from Flipkart and the same was delivered on 22 October, 2020. Since 10 days I hv waiting for installation of product and the same is bothering me and I m totally disappointed from such type of service. I hv no time to make call again and again to customer support which assure me every time that installation will complete in 2 days...I think he/she r making fool to customer. Really very disappointed from Indian brand Greenchef.
