Halogen elements getting fuse every next week after replacement. Tried to contact customer care but none is responding....

been facing some issues with my gas stove. Please arrange to ratifying the problem....

I hv purchased the such products online from Flipkart and the same was delivered on 22 October, 2020. Since 10 days I hv waiting for installation of product and the same is bothering me and I m totally disappointed from such type of service. I hv no time to make call again and again to customer support which assure me every time that installation will complete in 2 days...I think he/she r making fool to customer.
