As haldiram claims that every product they deliver is hygienically packed and approved by FSSAI but I found a long piece of thread inside a packet of haldirams classic nutcracker which is a physical hazard for a consumer .this is not the first time I have seen this type of physical hazard in haldiram product but this time after seeing this thread this has crossed all limits.

      I usually love everything about haldirams and their namkeen range, and as usual i got myself a packet of nut cracker from a retail shop... Nut cracker for those who don't know are peanuts coated with spicy batter and then deep fried. What we get is super crispy and tasty peanuts... But to my surprise i got an extra hard peanut in my mouth, i couldn't crack it and before i would have broke my teeth i spit it out To find IT WAS A PIECE OF "STONE " i couldn't notice it because that too was coated and fried in the BATTER Didn't expected this from HALDIRAMS And my tooth aches very bad 😶 Thanks to your manufacturing unit @haldiramspvt.ltd. for not providing a strict quality check 😞😢

        Hi, I am Prateek (One of the regular customer of Haldiram). I purchased 1 Kg pack of Soan Papdi which showing the expiry date of 8/8/2015 few days back with our mindset that it is Haldiram product so there shall be no issues. But at the time, I opened the packet, I found that the Soan Papdi pack seems to be some older (Actual taste was not there, seems to be older packet, Not satisfied with this pack). As I can't able to find actual taste of Soan Papdi provided by Haldiram. It seems that the inside material in the packet seems to be much older. As there are two packs of 1/2 half KG Soan papdi in a box of 1 KG, so I have still one pack unopened. So I would like to ensure you to stop using old materials in the packets and also return my pack as well. If this is the material that I received from Haldiram, then what shall be the difference between packet provided by local sweets corner. So pls take care of this issue and return my packet soon.           Got Iron Nail in Haldiram Namkeen

          Hello Haldirams, I purchased a packet of namkeen yesterday in Bijwasan area, and I opened that packet I was eating that namkeen directly from packet, suddenly I found an iron nail in the packet I was surprised because some seconds back I was having that namkeen directly from packet, I want to register complaint against this serious issue.           We went at haldirams of sector 12 faridabad and had a v bad experience in terms of service and behavior of the staff. While taking pani puri when we asked for some sprouts to be given along with aloo the said person ruely refused to give it to us and they were talking to us as if we are taking it for free or a beggar. Even we did ask to take out aloo if requires but they bluntly refused. Secondly, last week moong dal halwa was full of ghee only and no taste at all. When we two the senior persons for anything they behave rudely. Is this the way a customer should be attended? We pay good amount of money for the quality food and good service which we do not get at all. Bikanerwala is another alternative we chose alternatively which is far better than haldirams in terms of service and quality. The seniors there do listen to our queries and sort out the issues immediately. We have decided never to use haldiram outlets anymore. Haldiram needs to improve on the same else many people were overheard being completely dissatisfied there. Devendra and suruchi SHARMA.

            Its a great news for us that finally haldiram has opened a new store in Allahabad. We were so glad and excited about the fact that finally we have a haldiram outlet in Allahabad. I went there yesterday with my family for a dinner as expected haldiram has always maintained its quality and hygiene but it was just the opposite the quality of food that we expect to eat at haldiram was lacking and there was no sign of hygiene. There are some issues of copyright of this franchise as the people were talking among themselves . i would like you to please look after this matter and if it is an authentic haldiram store that we all are expecting then try to maintain the quality and hygiene that haldiram is famous for.

              we bought a tin of haldiram rasgulla.the tin was tightly sealed it was so hard to open. we tried putting it in hot water but it didnt budge.the we used a spoon to break open the seal.that took a while but it did open at last.It initially tasted sweet but it kept getting bitter and the taste lingered there for a long time. we checked if the product has expired but there were still four months. we all love rasgulla and haldirams too for their taste. but the tin was such a disappointment. kindly rectify what is wrong and do something about it.

Yesterday i went to haldiram sec 63 noida outlet, There i ordered 8 Special thali, when i went to take my order, the person who was assisting me was rude and affected to VIP cutler, when i asked him for the order, he was fighting with me, after that when i went my home with the order i found that chapatis were very hard, it seems that they give me old product.

                        Hi I went to Haldiram outlet in D-mall, Rohini, New Delhi outlet, the one near Rohini Metro Station. I went in the morning around 10:15, and i was very rudely told by the man at the cash counter that food is not available yet you have to wait before anything becomes available. simple question, in hospitality industry or for that matter in any retail business, if you are not ready for the customer. you dont have inventory or what ever the reason, why open the shop? any ways I would suggest looking for alternative places to eat.

                        BURNED MATCHSTICK IN NAMKEEN PACKETS

                        i purchased haldiram namkeen panchrattan 400 gm pack from reliance fresh amritsar bar code was[protected]. i found one burned matchstick inside this packet. i paid 143 rupees for this.

The packet upon opening had a big stone as shown in the enclosed picture along with the peanuts which raises a serious question mark on the quality claims of this old brand.                             I was surprised to know that your Outlet at Nagpur did not receive payments by credit card/debit card. It is not the first time that I have encountered such situation at the same shop.Since last two years I have been attempting for the same but had been unsuccessful.                                 PLEASE NEVER VISIT HALDIRAM AT SPICE WORLD SECTOR 25 NOIDA ON SATURDAY/SUNDAY OR HOLIDAY. I VISITED THIS OUTLET TODAY EVENING (ON 14TH APRIL). I FELT CHEATED WHEN HALDIRAM EMPLOYEES PUSHED ME FROM CASH COUNTER TO FOOD COUNTER. THEY HAVE FAILED IN MANAGING RUSH ON WEEKENDS, THE PERSON ON CASH COUNTER WAS NOT AWARE WHAT FOOD IS AVAILABLE AD WHAT IS NOT. THE PERSON ON FOOD COUNTER VERY RUDELY REFUSES TO GIVE FOOD, THEN I HAD TO COME FOR REFUND ON CASH COUNTER LIKE A PUBLIC SECTOR OFFICE, I HAD TO WAIT FOR REFUND AS THE CASH COUNTER PERSON HAD TO TAKE PHOTOCOPY OF THE BILL. FUNNIEST PART IS THAT MANY ITEMS WERE AVAILABLE WHILE THE PERSON ON CASH COUNTER WAS REFUSING FOR THE SAME.. THE ONLY SALES PERSON AVAILABLE ON SUCH PEAK HOUR WAS MR. SAURABH WHO WAS TRYING HARD TO MANAGE THE RUSH, BUT FAILED COMPLETELY . WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT MR. RAHUL, THE UNIT INCHARGE, OVER HIS CELL NO. [protected], HIS REPLY WAS "WRONG NUMBER". NO PROBLEM, NOW WE, OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS HAVE SAVED HALDIRAM AS WRONG NUMBER / WRONG ADDRESS FOR OUR FUTURE WEEKENDS. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM VISITING HALDIRAM ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

                                  hai... i am sreejesh ps, on 29/03/15 me along with my two friends, mr. anil kumar and mr. rajendra raja visited your shop at braborne road kolkatha (opposite Cathederal church ) at about 01.10 pm we placed order and all o[censored]s waited there for more than one hour for delivery. we queried the matter in the supply counter the boys(kitchen counter) in the counter behave towards us like street boys. we introduced us we are from kerala and we are all officers of the govt. but they are misbehave towards us. that hurted us much, what an irresposible fellows they are...!!!. they will perish the fame to the company...we mention the above matter to the manager( an age old man sitting in the cash counter) also. but he is not willing to hear our complaint..so you may take appropriate disciplinary action against them..
