Found a non expired Lacchaa parantha pack (Jan 2023), while the date says it's valid till July 2024, while the paratha inside had fungus on it. Usually whatever i purchased till date after checking the expiry date has been in good shape, but this pack instead of expiry date of 2023 came out to be infected and could have done food poisoning if i wouldn't have checked it before eating.

Today I purchased moti pak.. before open seal pack, there is smal hair..it should prepare net & clean..very much disappointed..

I purchased Haldiram's SoyaSticks 5rs packets in my area kirana shop, I see that the cover is different from the original one, and the taste is also little bit different, seems this is duplicate. We trust Haldiram's as a branded and quality product, but this is pure cheating by the company. please look into this issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday I have taken the Haldiram Nagpur sonpapdi from our society shop keeper and gifted to my uncle and aunt.
Today morning they called us regarding complaint of that son papdi eaten yesterday was not up to the mark which makes them un easiness and vomiting entire night.
Please be aware of while making such products.

There was hair weaved through the Naan, over and under the spice that put on the Naan.

Poor quality control for such a reputable company. Will inform all friends and family NOT TO USE HALDIRAM Products and they carefully check all before eating.

Will post pictures on social media to make the public aware. Noticed a lot of hair issue, maybe haldiram should switch industries from food to hair products.

I bought Haldiram Tin packed gulab jamuns and tried them but Unfortunately they are sour and bitter in taste. Im trying to call the customer call number but nothing works. Can you please provide me refund or return for this box?

Hi. So we bought Haldiram's dried kiwi, mango and jalapenos cashew cans and WHAT A disaster products they had!
We had to vomit kiwi instantly and had to vomit again as jalapenos cashew were so chemical treated. Sorry but we had to file a complaint.. and we want a refund!

It is just to bring it in your notice that one of your franchisee stores Prabhuji located in P 43, CJT Scheme Kankurgachi Ground Floor, Phone +[protected] is serving Food and Sweets. I visited the store on 26.10.2022 .I ordered 500 gm Kaju Barfi and 15 Gulab Jamun on the occasion of Bhai Dooj. To my utter surprise I found that the Kaju Barfi was Stale and it was damaged and was black in color and too smelly. I complained about the same when i got a complaint from my sister's house as it was delivered to her"This is very common and nothing to worry". I took the thing seriously and complained about that to the store people over the phone and send the pictures as well. This guy just told me that bring the sweets we will change it and i informed him as its your mistake kindly deliver it to my sisters place else refund the money and collect your damaged sweets.They informed me that we have a shortage of people and we will try to deliver the sweets and before leaving the store we will inform u in advance so that somebody can receive the order and return back the sweets. I already informed them as its a time of Bhai dooj my family might not be available so inform me in advance before leaving the store but the guy directly reached to that location and calling me after that.I told him why you have not informed me before leaving the store he said we didn't had enough time and therefore he returned back to his store and didn't deliver the sweets. Inspite of requesting him so many times that kindly wait for ten mins so that i can tell my sister to return home within 10-15 mins or else give the sweets to security he denied and took back his sweets and told me to come to collect the sweets.
In place of asking for apology the staffs contested me. I was surprised with behavior of the staffs in the store. I never expected this kind of service and food quality from a reputed brand like Haldiram's (Prabhuji).

Requesting you to please take a immediate against the same and move the case to consumer court.

I have all the proof like images of the sweets.

I ordered haldiram sweets on 19th Oct 2022, order no. [protected], still not recd. I sent emails got auto.ated response. Cc no. As good as useless.

Dear Concern,

This is to bring to your notice that recently I have purchased some 22 packets of Prbhuji Kaju Barfi for distributing on occasion of Diwali. Out of which 2 packets were retained by me for self consumption.
Product expiry is well in advance which is in the month of November but, both the packets items were not in a condition to eat.
It was stinking and got fungus also.

Kindly look into this issue as this is a serious matter of concern.

My son is 6 years old and he had consumed a bite unknowingly. Please note that if any health issues will be there then, your company will be held responsible.

I am looking forward for some suitable action from your side in this regard. If I will not get satisfactory revert with in next 24 Hrs then, I will be going to file a complaint in suitable forum.

On October 17th, I placed an Order on Haldiram's Nagpur website, which claims to ship online orders.

Regarding my Order 00002645, Tracking ID: [protected], I still have not got it.

Tracking details show, it was shipped through Delhivery, but Delhivery Tracking Information is incorrect, claims my Order was delivered on Oct 22nd, but that's wrong

I have NOT got my shipment, neither was it left with anyone else.

When i open this box on occasion of Diwali, i Found fungus on Boondi Laddu.

I would like to intimate you that I have purchased one packet elaichi sonpapdi from our local shop. I opened the packet and found some yellow colour oil type liquid and all sonpapdi colour brownish and bad scent. Pls see the photos for your reference.

You are requested to kindly check the matter. Also, request you have to thorough check the these type sweets to avoid customer harres in future.

I bought cake from haldiram d mall sector 7 rohini. It was not fresh dry from inside and tasteless. I have never had this kind of cake ever. When i talked to staff members they didn't do anything. Pls help me in this matter. If you are charging money then we need quality.

I had ordered sweets from Haldiram & they have given packaged fungi infected moong barfi, when I complained they didnt listen & just out of pity given 22 rs coupon. This is a health hazard from Swiggy & haldiram outlet. I want my complete refund. PFA fungi infected barfi pics. even after escalating matter no resolution given for such health hazard legally. This is a poisoning on purpose.
