Sir complaint is prakar hai ki yaha 2 distribution kar rahe hai .maal bhi de rahe the abhi kuch samay se na mal de rahe hai na expired wapas kar rahe hai aab kah rahe hai ki jiska area hai usi se change karao mera area nahi hai aur jo dusra hai kah raha hai ki jisse mal liya hai ushe hi wapas karo.aur batmigi se bat kar rahe hai is liye hame ye plateform use karna pada mere pass sep2021 ka Anil trending ka bill bhi hai aab na mall de rahe hai na bat sahi tareke se kar rahe hai aap log batao.

Item expire hone ke babjood ek saal se producut mere pass hai wapas nahi kar rahe hai aur apna dealer change karke bhej raha hai

I purchased product on 18oct 2021 and i opened it on 19oct 2021 and there was 2 cockroaches in the product and use by date is 20 oct 2021 soo have careless and so unhigne people trust ur brand n this is how u keep there trust i will never trust this I can't its disgusting.

It's insane, we just found out a huge thread in our Haldiram pack. We bought this pack from army csd canteen.we are regular consumer of your products. it's really disappointing to see such a quality compromise from your side. I also clicked pictures if you want to know about it. I think you'll deal with the problem. And gave us a good answer.

I ordered Froed rice and manchurian from Haldirams Asansol through Zonato on 13 September 2021. They called and said it was not available so they will give paneer chilli and fried rice instead. To my disgust I got an iron screw in my first morsel! I could have swallowed it by mistake. Haldirams is a big brand. This is too low standard of quality.
Please look into the matter. I am unable to add photos as the size exceeds. I have mailed as well and attached photos.

I wish to bring to your attention that on 31 Aug 2021, I purchased items worth Rs864 at your outlet in T3 terminal, Indira Gandhi International Airport, Newdelhi.
Initially i made payment on Paytm and the amount was deducted from my account (paytm slip attached). However, the cashier Ms Arti told me that the amount is not recieved. She told that in case the amount is deducted, it would be reversed within 24 hrs. So, i made payment by cash (reciept attached).
However, it has been 02 weeks, and the amount has not been refunded. I even spoke to Mr Vikram who is the supervisor and he informed that he is awaiting further clarification from accounts section and later admitted that it will be refunded. Proofs of above are attached below for your reference.
There has been response to my mails sent at [protected]@haldiram.comSo please resolve the matter as soon as possible and refund the amount immediately.

Hi I am prakash from Kolkata, I have brought a Papad Packet of 200 gm ( Batch No H, Mfg date 05/ Aug, Mfg add: Pratik food produtcs, 58 Chowringee road, kolkata -71) from Big busket ( Inv No - MKOVI[protected] and found dust & sand particle such that we could not eat and finally through away .
WE have using so many products from Haldiram but this is first time we receive a very bad quality product.

I have purchased a Combo besan laddu ghee with Chana Barfi @Rs.220 against Inv no.VIP[protected] DT.8/8/21. The product is not at all good in taste with excess sugar in it and when I complain at No.[protected], person is very casual and told that taste will be like that only and he didn't have me proper answer if the same will be replaced . Really very bad experience

I bought a 1kg prabhuji haldirams bhujia sev from jio mart... when I tasted it, it had a peculiar taste of bad oil coming from it.. never expected this from haldirams...

I have expired products since 2020 lockdown which I have informed to distributor whose name is J B marketing to get them picked from my shop, I have tried several times but he is not ready to listen.
It's my humble request if you can get them picked asap....

I bought a haldiram khata metha mixture packet and ate it. Suddenly hard plastic from the mixture got stuck in my tooth which has damaged my tooth badly. And also a small amount of plastic i consumed thiinking it to be the ingredient of that haldiram mixture. I have the proof with myself, that hard plastic substance and the damaged tooth.

Haldiram Aloo Bhujia (400g+40g) packet bought from Amazon around 10 days back is smelling bad and having taste as if product is expired. Product was packed as on 31st May 2021.
Would expect the refund as the product is bad for health to consume.

Purchased a ‘All in one’ mixture and when I grab it in my hands the mixture .I found there is a deep fried lizard also came in my hands from the packet .It’s totally unhygienic & dangerous for people health .It’s may cause people’s death .I and my personal lawyer file a case against this company.My number [protected]

This is Rakesh Kumar Saini, purchased two packets of Nut Crackers from Krishna Market 37, Adchini on July 3, 2021 at 9.23 pm. When I opened the packet and consumed the nut crackers its taste was bitter, initially i thought it may me my mouth taste but when I gave to my family memebers also they all complaint about the same, immediately I called at customer care no [protected] more than 6 times but nobody picked the call then I wrote a mail to the quality control team but they told me that they will contact me but no action has been initiated till now. it shows that company is not interest in resolving the problem caused by them, they are just taking it lightly and playing with the health of lakhs of customers.
Kindly take aa appropriate action to resolve the issue.

I purchased a moong dal packet n when i grab it in my hands the dal i found there is insect also come in my hands from that packet n it's totally unhygienic n dangerous for people health m a official lawyer n am gonna file a case against this conpany

I was eating corn flakes bhujia and suddenly
a large piece of hiing came into my mouth and my mouth's taste was completely ruined for the whole day.I would like a refund.

After I open the pkt and eating, felt bad taste. Then I found item was expired...
It is the duty of the counter to remove the expired product from the shelf...but they did not do that. ..I have purchased 6 pkts in which 3 pkts were expired...it was a loss purchase for me...

Purchased Murukku ( Batch 21B-307) from local reliance stores. When opened, observed hair particle and unusual particle. Added photo with batch details and observed particle.
