    My wife was eating Haldiram nut cracker namkin. Suddenly one rubber piece came in his mouth she told me. When I see that the rubber piece fried with nut.I am very angry because my wife is pregnant. When my problem is not resolve by you then I go to the court.

      I followed the instructions given on the top of the container of haldiram rasgullas. But even then i got the deep cut all over my hand, bleeding didnt stop and it caused me a serious injury, Would never buy again. Hated this product. They should improve their packaging otherwise it will caused serious issues to others too.

            I live in the USA and had been buying haldiram namkeen for years and never had a bad experience. But this time their export pack of Navaratan 400 grams had a foul smell, changed the color of namkeen, and cannot be consumed.

            These numbers I found on the pack. I guess that's the batch number.

            A little bit surprised with the quality of Haldiram. Definitely, I will not quit buying it's namkeen but this complaint should be taken seriously as this is an export pack.

              I would like to inform you that i am going to make a complaint with the food department fssai and other bodies as I found a foreign body/fried insect/lizard in your peanut pack it is totally layered up in masala and seems to be fried too, i am really disappointed with your quality control below are the pics of what I found in your packet i am keeping it for future reference and for complaining purpose, do let ke know about the details of the person to whom I should send the complaint and notice. People should know what a brand like haldiram is doing and playing with the health of people

                        I visited haldiram store which is located in exide more
                        I used the washroom before ordering any food and the staff created a fuss about it and humiliated me in front of other customer and i was made to pay a fine for it
                        If I don't get a quick response I have to knock higher doors

                          Dear Sir,

                          It is just to bring it in your notice that one of your franchisee stores located on VIP Road near Chinar Park is serving stale foods. I visited the store on 25.12.2021.
                          I ordered 4 dishes. 1 masala dosage, 2 chola Batura and 1 special thali. To my utter surprise I found that the food was stale. I complained about the same when I heard some writer's response "This is very common and nothing to worry". I took the thing seriously and complained about that to the cashier. This cashier guy just shouted on me. In place of asking for apology the staffs contested me. I was surprised with behavior of the staffs in the store. I never expected this kind of service and food quality from a reputed brand like Haldiram's

                            Purchased Haldiram bhujia from Army canteen next to Sena Bhawan some time back which tasted very odd. The batch number is DBL 07A, Date of MFG: 07/12/20. Usually their product is very tasty and good quality so it made me wonder if there was something wrong with this particular batch or defective products are passed off to Army canteens.

                                    I m Harish Sharma from Namak Mandi Amritsar Punjab...I m routine customer of your product like peanuts chips bhujia etc. But from last couple of months I m seeing mostly expired date products r being selling in markets by retailers... After so many complaint o[censored]s they hardly cares and ignore it always so I m writing to u now... I bought ur Rosted crushed peanuts and again found it is Expired by date of packing...mostly my children goes to market n buy chips bhujia for their self n they r not aware from ur expiry goods game...here I want to say u guys r doing big cheat and fraud with innoceny childern...U ll b responsible for any harm of them...plz look into this matter and sort it out
