Hello Customer care team, I am working in Automobile company base in Pune chakan. Everyday we are purchasing Snacks for our staff but today 1 vendor sold an expired packet to me. fater eating this packe I got sever stomach pain then I checked and found that Packed has already expired. Packet was packed on 26 Oct 2020 with 5 months expiry. Vendor sold me on 27/04/2021. Please suggest what shoul I do? Do I need to file a case in Nagpur Consumer Court? I had placed an order on the HALDIRAM website on 3rd April with order number 3032978. But the parcel hasn't arrived yet
I tried to contact the customer service via mail but there was no response.
Kindly look into the matter.
Or atleast issue a refund

Found a thorn cleverly coloured in yellow so as to match of khata meetha inside the packet... Poor quality extreme carelessness. Company should be banned

Sugar particles in motichoor ladoo, sugar is not properly dissolved in ladoo

Yesterday i bought 1/2 kgstraw berry katli alongwith other items at around 10.40 am, at home found that Straw berry katli is missing and bag contained bill of only one kachori which i never purchased. I returned, complained to manager present, counter boy acknowledged that by the time he realised, i left the outlet.
He gave me one 1/2 kg strawberry katli duly packed and said sorry.
Today i opened the pack for bhog to find that packet contained laddoo, in stead of strawberry katli

In course of my second visit, i bought noodles, manchurian and papdi chat for take away and found that manchurian was missing, instead of travelling back 2 km from my home, i preferred to complain via SMS on [protected] quoting bill no and token no and i had no intention to pursuue this complain and spoil my festival.
But today when i found that pkt of strawbeerry katli which i bought for my Gopala contained Laddo, i decided to lodge my complain and expect Haldiram to take remedial action as both instances can not be coincidence,
My mob no is [protected] and [protected] and my name is RK Lakhotia and i am a regular customer of Haldiram.
I do not wish to be compensated, but the two incidents prompted me to write the things happening in my favourite eat out

I purchased Rasmalai(10pcs), 4 pastries (2pcs black forest, 2pcs fruit pastries) from a Haldiram Outlet at Smart Bharat Mall(earlier known as Spice Mall), situated in sector 25-A Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The order was placed for a takeaway and on consuming all of it was found stale. Certainly this tarnishes the image of Haldiram as well as plays with the health of the customer. Haldiram being a brand name is playing with the health of the customers by serving stale food that should not be consumed and is certainly causing food poisoning. Such an incident has discouraged me to buy and consume food from Haldiram and I would surely not recommend Haldiram to others.

I bought a box of kaju barfi worth 210 they said it contains 15 kaju barfi but their was only 10 kaju barfi in it

Hi my concern about the products which have palm oil as a main ingredient why you want a major population suffering from heailh issue. Because of your profit why do you use dalda known as plam oil which is the most hazardeous fat to use.Being such a big organisation are you not socaily aware how much suffering you will add to the society.Do your organisation has some moral and social responsibility.

My whole family ordered ready to eat food packet 1.Mutter panner rice2.Kadhi rice 3 Choley rice In ingredients we found onions, garlic paste In special train which is only for vaishno devi we didnt expected this because no one eat onion garlic in vaishnodevi trip so please take care of it and provide without onion garlic food option too.

On 24/1/2021 we visited a newly opened Prabhuji haldiram outlet at harshvardhan cold storage saguna more patna run by franchise Pitambara enterprise at 1510 hrs . We ordered three plate pavbhaji extra pav four n who aloo parantha and paid Rs 620 bill noSMP[protected] but to the horror the preperation were pathetic and not befitting to the brand name haldiram . The place is not ready yet they hve opened the resturant there is cutting of ply wood and board happening when people are eating leading to saw dust flying . The overall experience was appalling . There is no complaint register, there is no card swiping machine they are taking money in cash against govt rule of cashless transaction . If the franchise is not ready to start the business and provide satisfactory service they should wait till till theyarefully ready to provide services

Today in 21/01/2021 I unbox Haldiram Rajbhog, MFD date 07/10/2020, best before date 06/03/2021, batch no. PBJ07B.
When I opened the box it smells bad, and after taste the product it was bitter and bad in taste. I never expect this from Haldiram.

I have bought your product today and plastic was found inside it. This is really a serious issue to be bought into your concern. Under FSS act 2006 this is a heinous crime. I want a proper revert on this issue

A big chunck of plastic is found in the packet well not sure if its a plastic or sonething else. Highly disappointed in the product . Never imagined this kind of mistake by a huge company like this .
