I purchased two tickets on 19th may 19 first purchased from kolkata to chennai and secondly kolkata to agartala but after non opted to insurance option they had charged rs.249.99 without asking me and on enquiry from helpline they didn't help me and moreover on enquiry with indigo it has been found that ticket agent is showing as riya travels and also the said ticket booked without insurance. How happyeasygo platform can book ticket using 3rd party agent and also made insurance from 4th party that is reliance and without customer approval.
