I had booked a flight from happyeasygo to bkk which the indigo airline has cancelled. But now happyeasygo refuses to refund me convenience fee of inr 848 which you state is non-refundable. How am i to blame if the airline cancels the flight. Other travel websites like makemytrip and goibibo are refunding convenience fees due to airline cancellations because of covid19.. So why are happyeasygo still refusing to refund the convenience fee???
Moreover indigo has given happyeasygo the full refund so why are they deducting the convenience fee???
Its really pathetic that happyeasygo misuses a global pandemic to cheat customers of their hard earned money.
