HappyEasyGo — the flight fare got deducted twice from my sbi account | |||||
With reference to the trip id.[protected] booked on 30th March 2019 at 9:14 p.m for a flight from AJL to CCU (AI714), the amount being rs. 4853, was deducted twice from our SBI account (debit card ending with 2540) by the website happyeasygo.com.. The ticket no. are[protected] and[protected].. PNR- ZEMBF... The website is unable to reply or take calls.. The transaction id are Txn#[protected] and Txn#[protected]... It might be a technical error.. I would be highly obliged if the website could be contacted and the amount that was deducted twice for the same ticket could be refunded.. I have paid 16000 for my airline tickets and also I paid 9000 for changing the ticket date to Indigo. Now Indigo has given a refund of 13000 to Happyeasygo for my tickets. however happyeasygo is not giving me this money and telling that they can give refund of only the tickets cancelled from their site.
